The Episode starts with Sayali and Sachin’s friends discussing a surprise gift for Sachin—a car. Sayali wishes to bring back her husband’s car and asks Anish to help her find a second-hand car for Sachin so he can switch from an auto to a car again.
Anish takes Sayali to a showroom where they explore second-hand cars. Sayali picks one, but the manager demands a down payment of two lakh fifty thousand rupees. She is short by forty thousand rupees and asks for some time to arrange the balance. Though Anish offers to help, Sayali refuses any financial assistance, wanting to buy the car for her husband without relying on anyone else.
Sayali calls her sister, Joohi, for advice, and Joohi suggests borrowing the money from their neighbor. Sayali decides to follow her sister’s suggestion.
Meanwhile, Roshni feels frustrated with the priority her mother-in-law, Renuka, gives to Riya over her. Roshni vents her frustrations to her friends. Later, Tejas visits Roshni’s beauty parlour and is surprised to see that the name of the shop has changed from his mother’s name to something else. He confronts Roshni about the reason for the change.
Keshav, a neighbor of Sayali, comes over to meet her since she plans to borrow money from him. Initially, Keshav meets Renuka, who dismisses him without much respect. When Renuka finds out that Sayali is borrowing money from Keshav, she becomes suspicious. After Keshav leaves, Renuka questions Sayali about the money, but Sayali remains silent.
To cover up her actions, Roshni lies to Tejas, explaining that the beauty parlour changed its name because it will bring extra profits by partnering with a private company. Tejas is excited about the idea of increased earnings and plans to tell the family. Renuka, however, understands the situation and becomes upset when she discovers that Roshni changed the parlour’s name from her own.
Roshni tries to defend her actions but only fuels Renuka’s anger. Paresh and Sachin make light of Renuka’s loss of vanity, which adds to her frustration. Though Renuka remains calm in front of others, she secretly appreciates Roshni’s initiative. Irritated, Renuka retreats to her room, where Roshni follows her to continue the conversation. Renuka confronts Roshni, but Roshni stands firm, reminding Renuka that she already returned the money. Renuka is shocked by Roshni’s changed attitude and warns her to restore the original name of the parlour.

So I suppose Sayali borrowing money from a neighbor doesn’t count as assistance because he’ll accept the money back when she repays it eventually, whereas Anya would most likely refuse to take any money?
I don’t understand what you mean by Renu secretly appreciating Roshni’s initiative. This drama doesn’t make much sense to me, why can’t Roshni say that she sold the parlor to get the money they needed back then? Her father refused to help, she was embarrassed and had no other option so she did this, easy solution to cover up.
I do wonder what on Earth is she borrowing money from so many different banks and lenders for.
