The Episode starts with Aykam saying I will promise later. He shows the dish. She says you got this dish for me. He says yes, have it. He feeds it. She says you will get infection. He kisses her and says let it be, love will get more, I just want to be with you. She cries. He cheers her up. They laugh. He says just love looks good in your eyes, not these tears, take rest. He hugs her and asks her to take care. He says promise me. She says promise. He leaves. He signs her to smile. They give flying kisses to each other.
Its morning, Satti looks for Nehmat. Nehmat gets ready. Satti says you did the work, you should take rest. Nehmat says I took hot water bath. Satti asks her to have hot tulsi kada. Nehmat says I m fine now, check. Satti says your medicine is Aykam, I was scared, no other medicine
