Me
My head is loaded with infinite number of questions right now but one thing keeps on ringing my mind. Have I lost it? Certainly , I have. Who blurts out so stupidly to be in love that too with KUNJ SARNA!
My gaze lingered on everyone around the table , coming across the shocked expressions of Yuvi and Rey only. I gulped hardly before standing up from my place. I’m so so so so stupid! What have I done
“Won’t you listen my side of the story?” I’m stopped by Kunj’s voice and turned around eyeing him as he stood up smiling. “Would you just go without getting your answer?”
He speaks pacing closer and I bet my heartbeat could be heard in the room. “And would I just let you go? Nah! Not this time” He moved closer until he was standing right in front of me , just an inch away from me. “I know I’m not good , actually I suck at doing all these”
He took a deep breath before continuing , “But it’s true. Love makes you do everything. Not anything but everything. Just for you Twinkle, only you” He pointed his finger at me and stepped back before disappearing into his room.
He didn’t gave me a second to breathe normally again before I heard him playing a tune and seconds later , he was standing in front of me again , this time a bit farther.

I cried , smiling at the same at how he changed the words for me and he smiled before continuing with the song.

By the end , Kunj was right in front of me with an inch gap between us as he smiled his hand trailing down my arm and holding my hand , kissing the palm of it.
“You can’t deny what’s between us Twinkle. I’m infatuated with you because my heart calls out for you. You turn me inside out and you make me burn with desire…”
I gasped , punching him lightly in the shoulder at the end of his sentence earning a laugh from him. “Sorry..” He laughed placing his arm around me and I hugged him.
“Uh! Guys , we are still here” Rey clears his throat and I pulled back as Kunj glared at him. I chuckled eyeing them both before Mahi comes running with a bottle of champagne.
“What?! We need to toast it to something” She bluntly replied and I gave her a weird look. “And what exactly is that?” I asked raising an eyebrow and she beamed at me , “Finally to pop your cherry tonight”
I laughed out loud as the other gasped before Yuvi smacks her right on her head. “Thickhead” He mutters before taking the champagne and filling the glasses with it. “To Kunj. And for our new lovey dovey couple”
“Cheers!!” we all clicked our glasses together and I smiled. Who thought it would be so hard ? Nah! Not falling in love. It’s hard to accept the fact and moreover it’s hard to make others say it.
PHEW! (That’s actually me saying it. It was hard to get them together)

“And UNO!!” I exclaimed loudly clapping enthusiastically but calmed down seeing Kunj glaring at me. I bit my lower lip trying to control my laughter as Kunj crossed his arms blowing out a breath.
“It’s not fair” He blurts out eyeing me and I raised my eyebrow at him , “You are cheating” and that’s it. I lost my control and laughed at him as he sat there annoyed. “T-that’s it..I’m..not doing this anymore” I told him between my laughter.
“You lost for the 27th time. I’m tired” I reminded him and he pouted. “Whatever! This game is useless anyways” He mutters grabbing a barbican and I giggled. “Aww! You are actually sad about not winning this game” I chuckled and he glared at me.
“So…what can I do to cheer you up?” I leaned in from chair a bit closer to him and he smirked. “Now we are on point” He whispered leaning a bit closer too. “Well…maybe a kiss” He murmured in my ear before leaving a small kiss down my neck.
“or I would love to have you as..” I smacked his arm laughing and ran towards the living room. “When are we going back?” I asked Kunj as he settled on the couch beside me. “Just after I finish some work” He replied and I frowned.
“What work? Aren’t the contracts for the project signed?” confusion surrounded me and he sighed. “Don’t bother yourself , love. Just some stuff” I nodded at his words because I knew if I dragged this further I would ruin his mood.
“Well about the kiss…” I smirked getting on top of him , my legs parted on each side. “Wow! Who boosted your confidence” He said and he placed his hand on my cheek. I leaned into his touch looking down.
He reached down and captured my lips into his. He softly kissed them as his right hand stayed on my cheek and the other went down to my waist. He pushed my t-shirt up a bit and stroked small circles around my waist.
I moaned at his gentle touch and whimpered slowly as he pulled back grinning. “Eager much?” His voice is deep and that gives me a whiplash just as his kiss did. One time he would be so passionate, kissing me fiercely and the other one much gentle and sweet.
“You are a man of infinite shades” I whispered in his ear and looked up at him and he had a small smile playing on his lips. “A single shade can be quite boring” He now softly spoke in my ear and I blushed.
“Not true!” I exclaimed jumping out to my place. His eyebrows jotted in confusion , “And…how’s that?”
“You never asked me out on a date” I crossed my arms and he froze but recovered cursing out loud. I rolled my eyes leaning back and eyed him amused. Suddenly, his phone rings and he answered it.
I couldn’t understand the changing expressions of his as he was talking on the phone. One moment , a wave of anger and the other confusion would flow through. “Do whatever it takes” He snapped before hanging up.
Kunj blew out a breath before dropping his heads into his hands. I shifted closer to him, placing my hand on his shoulder and gave it a light squeeze. “Something bothering you?” I asked , my voice low.
He looked up at me shaking his head instantly and I gave him a small nod. “Nothing just some business related…” He replied , interlacing our fingers.
My heart throbbed inside wildly and I knew something is wrong. Definitely. “You know I love you right?” He asks , his hold getting stronger and I nodded kissing him on his cheek. “I believe it” I replied back and he smiled.

“Ahan! Knew it” Yuvi responded and I chuckled at all the bickering they were doing. “Obviously! Twinkle and cooking..” they all laughed and I rolled my eyes smiling. “So what.. I do have an amazing boyfriend”
I responded smiling and looked at Kunj who hadn’t even touched his food. I know something is bothering him and he wouldn’t tell me easily but I have to find out. “You alright?” I whispered asking him but seems like he didn’t hear me.
“Kunj..” I shook him lightly and he looked up at me surprised. “Twinkle..” He breathed out and I frowned. “That’s it Kunj. You are bothered since a few days and I don’t know how to help you” I told him and everyone went silent.
“It’s bothering me too. You are tensed and I can sense that but you wouldn’t tell me. Yes, you did say about problems regarding business stuff but I don’t think that got you so much disturbed” I blurted out and he sighed.
“I don’t..I don’t think it’s..” He trailed playing with his fingers. “Right time?” I snapped and he nodded , reluctantly. There was a moment of silence between all of us.
“Marry me” it took me a moment to register those words before my eyes widened in realization. No one spoke , no one made a sound whilst my gaze was glued to the glass I had been starring.
NEWS FLASH! KUNJ ASKED ME TO MARRY HIM.
He’s joking right ? Probably , yes.
I gathered up the courage and looked at him and he did back. “I’m not joking. Marry me Twinkle” I searched his eyes for the truth but nothing could be found. Was I possibly dreaming or all the jumbled up thoughts had messed up my mind?
He gently took my hand in his placing the other one on top of it. “I know it’s really surprising. But I want you to marry me tomorrow”

YUP, I’m back.
First thing first , how are you all?
And secondly , where I was.
Actually I went on a vacation to Pakistan for winter holidays so couldn’t cope up with everything. And I APOLOGIZE for that.
But I would try to post as soon as I can.
And how was the chapter?
Two surprising things!
Confession and proposal. So , let’s see how Twinkle reacts to it. And are you eager to know the reason behind Kunj’s sudden decision.

My first one is to write more for you guys Haha. This year had been great for me. I made so many new friends through telly updates.
What should call our friends group? Suggest some names for us and do it with a # (to make it look spectacular Hehe)
