Next day, Abhi was early to clg and was sitting in his bench, smiling alone. Purab who just then entered saw Abhi and smiled too. He came to Abhi and asked him the matter. Abhi started shying and his cheeks went red. Purab started teasing him and that’s when Nikhil entered the class.
“Seems you both are having fun” Nikhil said sitting next to Purab, throwing his hands in his shoulders.
“Slowly man” Purab screamed and narrated what Abhi was doing.
All the while, Abhi was sitting silently and dreaming…
“Will you tell us what happened then?” Purab asked him.
“I dropped Pragya and came back” Abhi told.
“I believed it Abhi…” Nikhil said sarcastically.
“I did nothing else” Abhi sniffed.
“Then you did” Nikhil started laughing.
“Nikhil” Purab shouted and Nikhil shut.
Purab signalled him to be quiet as Abhi started telling what happened after he dropped her.

“Bye handsome” Pragya waved as she got down the motor.
“So, is your Scooty so badly damaged, that you have to go by auto tomorrow also?” he asked showing her shining trek that was parked a little away. She smiled.
“No, my brother is free. So he will pick me tomorrow” she said smiling and showed her brother, who was running out of the house hurriedly to attend a meeting! “Bye baby” he said as he ran out, got into his car and drove off.
Both laughed madly and Pragya started moving back.
“Hey, you called me handsome, didn’t you?” Abhi said as he realised.
“I did not lie” she told.
“Thank you” Abhi blushed.
“I see someone blushing. I didn’t know they take things so seriously” Pragya said sticking her tongue out.
“Stop playing Pragya” Abhi winced like a kid.
Pragya smiled and said “You know what… I got close to you just like that” to which he smiled. “How about you?” she asked him.
“I am the ‘attracting’ kind dear…not the ‘attracted’ kind” Abhi said proudly
“So…what do you mean?” Pragya was getting a little angry. She expected something but he told something else.
“I mean…it’s just that I attracted you” Abhi said again, but he knew—the opposite was right. He just didn’t want to confess the truth.
Pragya’s face became red with anger… “So you mean you are the magnet and I am the iron” she told crossing her arms.
“Proving me that you are an engineering student? Fine… take it the same. I don’t object. Art students are always agreeing” he broke into a big goofy real smile.
“Don’t show me that goofy face of yours” she said and went even red.
“You look like a red balloon! You are a fugga…no, Fuggi!” Abhi smiled again.
“How dare you! You!!! Get lost” she ran into the house.

Purab and Nikhil who were listening to this got freaked out.
“Are you mad?” Nikhil yelled.
“Man…Did you really tell all that to her? I mean attracting, attracted, Fuggi… like seriously? You are stupid…just stupid” Purab frowned.
“Be practical Purab. You want me to say all those cheesy things to her…like I miss you, can we see tomorrow, can I pick u tomorrow… will u be free at night and all? I just told the truth and that’s enough” Abhi smiled again.
“To hell with your practical concept” Nikhil shouted and punched Abhi’s face.
“Ouch…That was painful…u thicko” Abhi said catching his jaw. He was shocked because of the sudden punch.
“Ok…leave it all. Why were you smiling?” Purab asked confused.
“I felt good thinking about it all” Abhi smiled again but now dreamily… “I might have told her something…but the truth is just opposite…she is my magnet and I am her iron” Abhi said, his voice even dreamier.
Purab and Nikhil smiled. Suddenly Abhi jerked and took his phone… “See this” he told them.
