Twinkle’s house :
Twinkle is seen sitting on the bed and looks tensed .
Twinkle’s pov :
Babaji muje koi rasta dikao.
I am confused as to what to do.
If shanu gets to know that kunj is her biological father?
No I cannot let that happen .
I better return to India with shanaya .
Ya that’s better .

Twinkle calls Sahil
S : Ma’m u called me at this time? Everything fine .
T : No Sahil . I need u book 2 flight tickets to India .
S : May I know y ?
T : I and shanaya are leaving London.
We cannot stay here any longer .

Kunj is in his room boxing .
He recalls the cabin incident . Twinkle telling him that she isn’t married to uv and that Maya and uv love eo.
She telling him that shanaya is her daughter and warning him to stay away from shanaya .
He stops the punching bag and takes a deep breath .
Kunj’s pov :

You hurt ur twinkle, ur siyappa queen .
U could not bear tears in twinkle’s eyes but u became the reason for her pain
Kunj closes his eyes recalls his memories with twinkle

Kunj proposing her , Twinkle takes him to her secret special room in college after they were thrown out of the class by the professor ,
They meeting each other in the function (Kunj saves Twinkle from falling with him holding her by waist )

He opens his eyes which is filled with tears .

Twinkle’s home
Sahil and Twinkle are sitting in the hall
T : I and my husband are not together for the past 5 years due to a misunderstanding.
He didn’t trust me . (Her voice chokes)
When I and shanaya needed him the most , He wasn’t with us .
Yesterday I met him . He is the one who saved Shanaya from meeting with an accident.
Shanaya calls him dad since then .
She doesn’t know that he is her real dad .
I don’t know how will she react when she gets to know the truth .
I told her that he lives in foriegn and will come to meet her soon . If she gets to know that Kunj is her dad and he doesn’t live in foriegn, she will ask me for answers as to y we don’t live together in spite of her dad being here
What will i answer her ?
S : But how will she get to know the truth ?
T : what if Kunj tells her ?
S : But running away isn’t the solution.

Twinkle is stunned .

Next day :
Twinkle comes to office in her car after dropping shanaya to her school .
She parks her car and is heading towards the building. A car is seen approaching towards her at full speed and the driver tries to deviate the car but realises that he has lost the control .
Twinkle hears the car horn and turns to see the car approaching and gets shocked .
Some one pushes her aside and gets hit by the car instead .
Twinkle turns to see the person lying on the ground bleeding heavily .
T : (shouts ) Sahil!!!!!
The personis revealed to be Sahil . She rushes to him .
T : Sahil wake up . (Panicking)
She calls the ambulance.

At hospital
Twinkle is waiting outside the operation theatre. Doctor comes out .
T : Doctor is he fine ?
D : The only problem is that the patient has lost a lot of blood . He is in need of O-ve blood group which is extremely rare . I doubt blood bank would have that.
Please arrange it or else I can’t help .
Twinkle’s pov
Babaji where will i get the blood from?
Sahil is in this state because of me .
I can’t let him die .
Babaji please help me.
(She cries )

Someone is seen watching her from one corner.
The person leaves from there .

Twinkle goes to the receptionist to do all the formalities . She comes out of the hospital and calls her staff to help her arrange blood for Sahil .

She comes inside and meets the doctor.
T : Doctor I am trying to arrange blood for Sahil. This operation has to go on .
D : Do not worry . We got a donor .
Twinkle feels relieved.
D : But the donor is in trouble . He has donated blood beyond the normal limits.
T : what ?
D :Yes . It’s not fine . He can lose his life as well . We informed him but he agreed to donate . May God bless the person .
T : Can i meet him ?
D : He isn’t in a condtion to meet anyone . I don’t even know if he is gonna survive .
T : I need to meet him . Doctor please .
N : Doctor here is the donor’s will letter to donate blood beyond the normal limit .
D : Thank you .
T : Y this ?
D : This is to prove that the donor has donated on his will and that hospital isn’t responsible if anything goes wrong with his health .
T : Can I have a look at it?
D : sure . (Lending it )
Twinkle is taken aback reading the donor’s name .
T : Kunj (in low tone)
D :Do you know him?
T : (teary eyed) Where is he ? Doctor please tell me . He is my husband .
D : What ? Then what about the patient ?
T : He is my PA.

D : Room no ***
Twinkle runs in search of that room .

She goes to the receptionist

Twinkle rushes through the stairs
She finally finds the room .
Nurse comes out of the room.
Twinkle comes to her .
T : How is he ?
N : who are you to him ?
T : He is my husband.
N : Sorry ma’m . Doctor is trying his best .
Twinkle falls on her knees and cries .
Nurse makes her sit on the seat and offers a glass of water but Twinkle denies.
Twinkle runs out of hospital and drives her car .
She goes to a church nearby .
She enters inside . The church is empty .
She kneels down and starts praying her eyes filled with tears .

She recalls her moments with kunj.
She keeps praying .

On the other side doctor is giving Kunj some injection. Doctor leaves the room .
Twinkle comes to the hospital .
She rushes towards the room .
Nurse comes to her .
N : (smiling )Ma’m he is o it of danger .
Twinkle feels relieved
T : Can i meet him ?
N : Yes u can .
T : Thank you . (She has tears of happiness)
Twinkle enters the room . She finds Kunj lying unconscious on bed .
She takes a seat next to the bed .
She takes his hand in hers and kisses it .
She caresses his head .
She rests her head on his chest and cries .
Kunj gains consciousness.
He smiles seeing Twinkle and wraps his hand around her .
Twinkle looks up to face him.
They share an intense eye lock

T : What do u think of urself?
What was the necessity for u to put ur life at risk . What if anything happened to u?
K : Siyappa queen it’s hurting . Agh

T : (tensed ) So sorry is it still hurting ?
K : No . Relax .
Kunj tries to sit and twinkle helps him to do so .
T : Y did u do that ha ?
K : I did not anything. I saved Sahil’s life for saving mine . It’s completely fair
T : Saving ur life ?
Kunj cups her face

They break the hug . Kunj cups her face and kisses her on her forehead.
Twinkle closes her eyes and smiles .

Sahil comes on wheel chair with the nurse .

Twinj compose themselves.
T : Y are u here? U need rest .

S : Thank you kunj . Thanks for saving my life .
K : I must thank you for saving mine.
Twinkle smiles hearing this .
T : Thank you Sahil .
S : Twinkle , i put my life on risk for your love but kunj did it just for your smile . No one can love you more than him . So thank him and not me .
A voice comes from a person near the door
P : This is not fair . Y am i not in the family moment ?
T & k : shanaya!!!
She comes and hugs twinj .
S : papa are u fine ?
K : Yes my lil princess .
They break the hug.
He takes her in arms and kisses her cheeks and she also does the same .
T : But shanu who brought u here ?

K : bebe.
B : Sahil informed me everything.
Accha now everyone let’s leave . Kunj and Twinkle need some time together .
Shanaya gets down
S : (softy in twinkle’s ear ) Mama u r so lucky . Papa is so hot . All the best .
She runs .
Twinkle blushes .
Everyone leaves . Twinj are inside .
Kunj gets up from the bed .
T : Kunj sleep u need rest .
Kunj doesn’t listen . He kneels down before her .
T : Kunj what are u doing ?

T : hmm but what about the punishment?
