Kunj Manohar Sarna, an arrogant and drug addict with a painful past.
Dr. Twinkle, a girl who had eloped from her home for building her career and to save herself from her greedy brother. She was hired by Mr. Manohar to cure Kunj’s addiction through a legal six months contract.

His heart was shattered, eyes dried, trust broken into pieces that pained him every now and then but maintained a straight, cold, cruel and unaffected mask on his face.

She was like the most beautiful star of the night just like her name whose light and warmth was destined to show him his way.

Will she be able to build his trust once again?
Will she be able to bring him back to his life?
Will she be able to heal him or end up by getting herself broken?
How she’ll stop him from taking drugs?
Will they live blissfully or would his past come haunting?

PROLOGUE:
He was breathing heavily, painting and Twinkle could see him sweating all over.
He hadn’t taken drugs as promised but his body wasn’t ready for this sudden change. He was getting another panic attack. “Kunj try to calm down please”, she said hardly controlling her tears.
“I…I….c..can’t…bear this pain”, he managed to say
“Tell me what can I do?”
“Just distract me, talk something unimportant, do anything to distract my mind so that I don’t think about it”
She couldn’t understand half of his words but just understood one thing, she shouldn’t think about anything now….
He was still rubbing the corner of his forehead through his fingers to get some relief from that horrible feeling when Twinkle made him to face her through holding his shoulder and gave a tight slap to him straight on his cheek. He was shocked on his sudden gesture, but soon his mind was diverted to that burning sensation.
“I…actually..this was the only way to….”she stuttered turning her face to other side
He leaned close to her, though she didn’t turn but she could feel his breath on her shoulder which was giving ghoosebumbs all over her body
He came close to her ear and whispered “I’m already addicted enough, I don’t want to get habitual of these slaps now. So now do that again”, saying this he stood up from couch and left from there.
She sat there confused because she didn’t understand half of his words maybe due to mismanagement of his tongue or maybe because her mind was numb at the moment.

Hey everyone! So much overwhelmed to get such amazing response from you all on my One Shot. Also I had taken inspiration from a novel “Love cures”, telling you before so that you don’t complaint afterwards, though it’ll be different from the novel but still it’s my responsibility to inform.
