Hi all. I am back with my second one shot on Savitri Devi College and Hospital. I am RandomfAnCreationZ here again, and I am really really happy, amazed and overwhelmed with the response I received on my first Savitri Devi College and Hospital OS. Frankly speaking I wasn’t even expecting half of it. ??Thank you so so much everyone. Really really means a lot to me ???
And I am writing this OS since most of you wanted me to write again. I could have wrote earlier but the last two weeks I was so busy due to classes + project + work, that’s why I couldnt even get time to write. But since all my project submissions are over I got some free time on hand before my exams which will start after two weeks so that’s why I decided to write this one shot.
The previous one shot was the story of Dr Veer Malhotra. This time the one shot will be the story of Dr Saanchi Mishra. I will write another one shot on Dr Kabir and I will post that most probably next week if I can.
For now, this will the story of Dr Saanchi Mishra as I said. Well Veer’s love story focused on the one side love story aspect. Saanchi’s story will focus on the aspect of first love.
Well is her first love Dr Veer or Dr Kabir, that you will know once you read this one shot. It may either be a KaanChi story or even a SanVeer story! But till the end whether this is a KaanChi or SanVeer story will still be unpredicted. Here the story begins.
The one shot begins with Saanchi looking at the moon. With a lot and lot of questions in her mind….The beautiful moon which is the emphasis of the dark mixture of black and blue sky.
Saanchi: (in her mind) I never expected. Never expected in the wildest of my dreams, that my life will take such a turn. My first love…
Saanchi closes her eyes and she gets into a flashback.
3-4 years ago,
Saanchi was seen running as fast. As fast as she could. As if she will miss her train. She can even beat the train, in the speed she was running.
Wait a minute! There seem to be a smile on her face. A very broad smile. As if she got something valuable. Something very valuable. That smile was indeed worth a million.
She didn’t even give herself a second to breath in- breath out. She was just running and running. And finally she reached the end. And she stopped. She was in her hostel room. All alone. Isha was out for her modelling classes and Pragya went on a date with her fiancé, Satish.
She started breathing heavily.
Saanchi: (in her mind) Saanchi Mishra! Yes Saanchi Mishra you in love. Saanchi Mishra is in love!
Saanchi tightly hugged her pillow and treated it like a teddy bear. She spin herself all around and she wasn’t even feeling dizzy. When she was finally tired she threw herself on the bed backwards throwing away her medical concepts and precautions.
Saanchi: Tomorrow I will confess to him. To him that how much I am in love with him. I never knew falling in love would be such a great feeling.
Saanchi dreamt of her first love the entire night. Due to which she couldn’t even sleep at night. When Pragya and Isha came she was just closing her eyes to show them that she was sleeping. And even they got fooled by their topper smart friend .
Saanchi thought about him the entire night. And even started building dreams about him. What has love done to her!

Next day morning,
After a sweet sleepless night, Saanchi groomed herself up to get ready for the moment. The biggest moment when she was going to confess to the first love of her life. Her first and last love.
Pragya and Isha was happy to see their friend happy. They knew it! She was indeed in love! But they won’t tease her today. Let her enjoy this moment. After all it must have been a special moment for all girls, that is having love feelings for someone special for the first time.
Saanchi happily walked up towards the hospital with her million dollar smile. All the interns passing by Saanchi got surprised seeing her so happy. They always know the serious and focused side of Saanchi , never saw her sooo happy. It is that evident from her face.

Suddenly a view made Saanchi’s heart beat. It was the view of two handsome doctors . The two most handsome doctors of Savitri Devi College and Hospital.
One was the senior doctor, the teacher of the interns Dr Khadoos Kabir and one was the intern itself , the head of interns Dr Naughty Veer.
Saanchi was lovingly staring at them. But the question is who was Saanchi’s first love! Dr Kabir or Dr Veer? Saanchi told and assured herself
Saanchi: Saanchi don’t fear just tell him I love you!

Saanchi slowly walked towards and just then Dr Khadoos moved away. So that left with Dr Veer.
Saanchi’s pace of walking increased from +2 and +7 like that of a treadmill and she was present infront of Veer. With a huge smile on her face.
And Veer as usually in his naughty world.
Veer: Now what complain do you have Miss Golgappa, my assistant?
Saanchi lovingly stares at him.

Saanchi: (in her mind) Tell him. Tell him that you are in love, Saanchi!
Veer: Yes? Is there anything you want to say?
Saanchi: Veer….I…..I….
Suddenly the brave Saanchi became the coward Saanchi!
Veer: Now what problem you have with my me! Huh!
Saanchi: Veer….
Veer pulls Saanchi closer towards him. With the force Veer pulled Saanchi her heartbeat started to increase more as if Veer just gave her a shock!
Veer: Just look at me! Tell me! Tell me what problem you have with me! Just look at me eye to eye.
Saanchi: Veer….I….Love you!
And she finally confessed her love. After all how long she could have kept this inside her. It was the question of love. Her first love! Yes Saanchi Mishra’s first love was none other than Dr.Veer. Dr Veer Malhotra! Her enemy’s Son!

After a while,
Saanchi again came running. Like the opening part of the flashback scene. She ran with the same pace. But this time her face said something else.
It was raining heavily outside. She went to the outside of the hospital and pinned herself in a corner. The place just near the entrance. Tears began to drop from her eyes.
Just like the sky was crying, even she was crying. Her heart was broken into pieces. And those pieces pricked her like that of glass.
She got into that painful flashback. That hurt her. A lot.
After Saanchi confessed her love to Veer.
Veer stared at her. It was perhaps of a duration of a few seconds.

After a pinch of silence, suddenly she could here laughter. And it was not by one, two, it was by three person. Saanchi looked and found three of Veer friend’s cropping up in the scene and laughing their heart out.
Garv: I must say Veer, you are indeed a genius! So finally you made the most studious and intelligent girl of our batch fall in love with you
The guys give a hard pat behind Veer.
Veer: What Miss Golgappa you also? I didn’t know you can crack such good jokes.
Veer trying his best to hide his laughter. But Saanchi still don’t care. She didn’t believe it!
Saanchi: No veer! This is true! It’s not joke! You know me very well! I am in love with you! I love you Veer!
Veer: Let it be!
Veer who is happy over his so called victory and Saanchi who still couldn’t believe this site. She still couldn’t digest the fact these were all pranks by Veer!
Saanchi: I swear! I swear I love you!
Veer saw that Miss Golgappa was indeed serious. She was seriously in love with him. Veer liked her but love? He has never thought that way! Anyways who cares!
Seeing Veer’s silence, Saanchi realised that Veer never loved her. All these he did, coming to the conference room, making her feed him golgappa, getting Pragya and Satish hitched, lending his towel when her dress tore, his desire for a sweet taste from the cotton candy she had, playing the guitar which pulled the strings of her heart was all part of his plan.
The plan of his dirty plan. Veer’s sarcastic smile irked Saanchi and she just left from there. She couldn’t believe he will turn out to be like this. She knew he would play pranks. But she didn’t know it was that serious that it could even break someone and heart. She shouldn’t have fallen in his pranks!
Someone said right! Blood is thicker than water! Just like father , just like son ! The father played with people’s life including her dad. And the son played with people’s feeling including her.
But no one could change the fact. Veer was her love. Her first love. But it was just so unfortunate that her first love will turn out to be like that. A guy who never takes anything seriously. Not even love. She thought he can be changed. But she was wrong. And now the damage have been done. She is hurt. Very hurt.
She tried forgetting him like his prank. But this time he targeted the arrow at her heart. It hurts. It really hurts.
Saanchi cried to herself. Because her first love was a failure. She has truly loved her and he did all these, just as a prank! How could he!
She understood she just couldn’t stay in a corner and hide for the whole day. She had work too. She walked slowly. Oh yes she doesn’t have any duty now! Oh yes, she have to feed a patient medicine! Wait a minute, the patient already got discharged a while ago. Then?
She slowly sat down on the floor looking at the crying sky. She had nothing to do. That prank revelation was still running in her mind and this time she failed to find an ointment for the mark that her first love left in her heart.
Just then she finds a hand patting her shoulder. For some reason, she found comfort in that. But who was it? Who was it, that she can immediately share her pain to!
She looked up and saw him. It was Dr. Kabir. Oh god! Not Dr Kabir! Not now! Dr Kabir is so Khadoos, defiantly he is either going to give a lecture to her or just give her another work to do right now!
Kabir: Tell me what happened!
Kabir knew something happened that hurt Saanchi a lot which is why she is sitting her and crying along with the cloud.
Saanchi:No….no….nothing!
Kabir: Look Dr.Saanchi, you can’t lie to me! I know something has happened!
Saanchi nods no.
Kabir knew it was not easy to convince her. He never convince a girl in his life. It is going to be hard. But he can at least try for one last time. After all he is a doctor plus his mom’s Gollu at the same time.

Kabir: Look Dr Saanchi I won’t force you. If you don’t want to tell me then don’t. That’s up to you. But yes I can just say that now at this point of time don’t consider me your senior. Just consider me as a Friend. With whom you can share your feelings. Well I am just saying. The rest is up to you.
For some reason, Saanchi found some condolence in those words. She felt so touched that she could maybe share her pain with someone.
She was feeling so relieved and without thinking further, she tightly hugged Dr.Kabir. She hugged him really tightly.
This shocked Kabir to an extent ! He wasn’t expecting that at all! Is this how girls do when they are sad? Hug? Even if it’s their senior? That’s weird!

Saanchi drenched his collar by her tears. To stop her from doing that, he placed one hand on her shoulder. To calm her down. To make her relax.
Saanchi: I lost my first love Sir! He is a cheat! He cheated my feelings!
Kabir couldn’t believe the fact what he just heard. Such a serious girl like Saanchi could fall in love too.!He thought she wasn’t like other girls. But no all girls are same and they had a fragile heart. But the question is, who broke her heart? Who dared to break the heart of such a beautiful soul!
Suddenly Kabir’s eyes determined anger. He felt like killing him in the spot if he gets him. The guy who cheated Saanchi! But Saanchi? She is still sad.
Kabir knew that there won’t be any use of doing so. Saanchi’s heart is already broken. Why is he also feeling the pain of her? As if he is the one who has been cheated not her. But the best he could do was to cheer her up….
Kabir: Dr Saanchi, why aren’t you doing your duties properly?
Saanchi: Sorry sir.
Kabir starts laughing.
Kabir: Saanchi you have still not considered me as a friend . I was just saying like this.
Even Kabir’s laughter which Saanchi heard for her the first time didn’t help.
Saanchi: Sir?
Kabir gets up.
Kabir: I am sorry, I couldn’t be of any help.
Saanchi: What Sir you said that during duties you will be sir and off duties you will be my friend . Then?
Kabir: Not Bad, Dr Saanchi. But why is this sad face still on your face. I want to see a smile on your face right now.
Saanchi tries to smile but that incident really hurt her a lot.
Kabir: If not I can force you to smile.
Saanchi looks on confused and Kabir starts tickling her. A smile appeared on her face, not because she was feeling ticklish but happy with the fact how her favourite senior doctor was trying his utmost best to cheer her up. So she couldn’t fail to let his effort go in vain.

After this, Saanchi realised that Kabir wasn’t that Khadoos as she used to thought. He wasn’t only good as a doctor, but also as a guy. How she wished her first love was Dr Kabir instead of Dr Veer.
It was two months after this happened. Kabir acted like his normal khadoos personality during duties but whenever Saanchi was off duty he will be the friendliest guy in the world.

Saanchi still remembers how the next day he brought her to her family’s house. Jaya, Sunny, Saanchi’s Fufaji and Saanchi’s Dadi was really happy to see her. Kabir realised that Saanchi wasn’t only a good doctor but also a good Daughter.
He started respecting her even more. Friendship between Kabir and Saanchi bloomed more and more. Saanchi totally got the Veer chapter out of her mind. Even though Veer was really sorry about it.
One day,
Saanchi was alone on the way to her hostel. Dr Kabir had to rush back home early that day as his mom had fever.
While Saanchi was walking she suddenly felt a force on her arm. As if someone was pulling her away. She looked behind and it was him!
Dr Veer!
Saanchi tried to move away. But Veer didn’t let her do so. The last two months she was successful in ignoring Veer but she couldn’t do so anymore.
Veer: Saanchi I am sorry.
Saanchi: Sorry? Oh please now your sorry also is looking like a joke to me! Now leave me.
Veer: No I won’t!
Saanchi: Veer leave me if not.
Veer: If not….
Saanchi manages to remove his hand and she goes away angrily.
Saanchi walks away angrily not realising a huge vehicle behind her. She couldn’t hear the horn played by the vehicle due to reminiscing the moment how Veer cheated her! Even though it has been quite long since that accident and she recalled it after many days and it still pricks her heart.
As the vehicle nears to hit Saanchi, suddenly Saanchi falls on the ground as veer jumps in to save her on time. But ended up injuring his hand.
Saanchi was stunned with this action of Veer. The guy who ditched her two months ago is the same guy who even risked his life for her!
She couldn’t see her first love in pain. He was really in pain due to his hand. She immediately rushed to him.
Saanchi: Veer! Your hand! I think it’s a fracture!
Veer: Saanchi I am sorry!
Saanchi: Forget about all these, I have to take you to the hospital! Right now!
Veer: No I want you to forgive me first only then I will go to the hospital. Ahhh!
Saanchi: Veer don’t be stubborn!
Veer: I am sorry…..Saaa….Saanchi.
Due to immense pain Veer started drowsing off. She had no other option.
Saanchi: Fine! I forgive you!

Saanchi managed to find an auto and she takes Veer to the hospital. In that time, Veer asked her something she wasn’t expecting. Never expected that from someone like him!
Veer: Saanchi. May I ask you something? What made you feel that I will love you?
Saanchi: I don’t think we should speak about this further.
Veer: I admit it was my mistake. But I never knew you will really fall for me! If I knew this I would have never done so! I may play pranks but that is to lighten up the atmosphere not to break someone’s heart.
He managed to speak those words but at the same time he was struggling due to the fracture.
Saanchi: Then why did you break my heart! Why?
Veer: Saanchi, ask yourself one more time. Am I really your love? Your first love?
Before Saanchi could even think properly, Veer interrupted her thinking.
Veer: What made you fall in love with me? I am a bad guy, right!
Saanchi: Why does always good girls fall for bad guys? Why?

Veer: So that good guys can come and console them when the bad guys break the heart of a good girl.
Veer: Saanchi I am asking you one more time. Am I really your first love?
Saanchi started thinking. Oh yes! Veer does has a point! What has Veer done was to impress her! Just all those guitar, towel and food and the work is done?But when she needed him the most was he there for her? Not really…
Then what makes him her first love? Just impressing her?
And then there was Kabir. Who supported her at her bad times. When her family was going through a bad times. So is it Dr. Kabir? What is she even thinking! This Veer also is impossible!
But she really can’t see Veer in pain. Saanchi treated Veer. She realised she was wrong in her part too. She fell with someone who wasn’t destined for her. Her enemy’s son .
She looked at Veer. He was sorry. Really sorry for what he did. And this time wholeheartedly she forgave him. And decided to at least forward her hand to friendship at least to her so called first love. And they became friends.

But at the same time, she was getting closer to Kabir. That day, when a mentally unstable patient tried to attack her with the knife, and she thought it was the last day of her life thinking that she couldn’t even fulfil her parents’ dream. But then came a hand. She looked and it was him. Dr Kabir!
Dr Kabir tightly held the patients hand from stopping him to stab her and the blade of the sharp knife poked his hand and blood started dripping from his hand like a paint.
So much care for her. Why did he care so much for her?
She couldn’t believe that he was that selfless that he will be even ready to tolerate the cut of a sharp knife for her.
Why?
After the mentally unstable patient was being calmed down and taken away, she silently took him to a room bandaging his hand.
She didn’t know what to ask him. Rather being scared of been his junior she was scared that what if he takes the wrong meaning of what she was going to ask him. Perhaps staying silent was the better option for the time being.
She applied ointment on his hand and he was looking at his hand and trying his utmost best to tolerate the pain.
All she could utter was
Saanchi: Thank you.
Kabir: If it was someone else I would have done the same too, so there is no need of thank you.
Such an easy answer he gave to such a simple compliment. Maybe she was thinking too much. Rather she already knew very well that Dr Khadoos was actually Dr Kind and selfless.

She walked away after band aiding his hand. She was feeling really awkward in that room. Just hoping for the best and that he gets well soon.
But that day,
What she feared the most happened! Her truth , her fake identity was exposed! She had many eyes towards her and all portrayed disguise.
How can such an innocent and intelligent girl be such a cheat. She wanted to run away. But only one person held her hand that time.
That was Dr Kabir. He stood up. Stood up only for her!
Kabir: I am sure Dr.Saanchi must have a reason behind doing so. Just because her truth have been exposed you all forgot what she did for this hospital!
All stunned and all eye were towards Kabir as he began.
Kabir: And Mr Malhotra you! Let me tell you all these years in my career I have never seen an intern like Saanchi in my life!
So dedicated and so intelligent. Someone like her is very rare to find I am telling you!Remember how you asked her such a question that she can get rusticated she even proved you wrong and stopped her from getting rusticated. Fingers were raised on her for something she didn’t even do.
Malhotra: So what we should do forgive her! Kabir do you even know….
Kabir: I know everything! Saanchi and her truth. The girl who did things which we couldn’t even imagine for the welfare of this hospital , and the sacrifices she made! She had a long journey and she didn’t complain. If Saanchi will leave this hospital then even this soul of hospital will go. And all of you!
Kabir gives eye contact to all the interns standing there.
Kabir: A few days you all were the ones who were praising Saanchi and how she brought this hospital to heights and now you all are scolding her for this! Unbelievable!
Kabir holds Saanchi’s hand, to assure her that he will be always there for her no matter what!
Kabir: Now it’s up to you. Do you want a so called fake doctor to be ousted or a super heroine to be in this ousted!. Yes for me Saanchi is the Super heroine for Hospital. If No Saanchi then No Savitri Devi College and Hospital. Decision is all yours!
Gradually everyone realised that Dr Kabir was right and all the interns! All the interns supported him! At first Isha and Pragya who was always there for Saanchi from day 1 stating if Saanchi will go they will also go. Besides them, Veer took the first step to support Saanchi and gradually everyone supported them. Even Riya supported them. Now Dr.Malhotra had no other option but to hire Saanchi back.
Saanchi looked at Kabir. Her dream was now in safe hands. All thanks to Dr.Kabir. She looked at Kabir. Why did he do so much for her! Why!

That night, Saanchi personally went to speak with Kabir all alone. She wanted her answer. Now she got it why all these time Veer was so desperate to know why she did so for him? Now it was her turn!
Kabir was surprised to find Saanchi at his doorsteps. And that too at this time! To make sure his mom doesn’t get disturbed from her sound and peaceful sleep Kabir gestured and requested Saanchi that he will speak to her outside.

Saanchi was standing outside for around 2-3 mins. And then Kabir came out, finally!
And she herself knew she couldn’t waste a minute longer!

Saanchi: Dr Kabir I want my answer why did you do so much for me! Why?
Kabir: Dr Saanchi whatever I did was just for the hospital and that’s it.
Saanchi walked towards him.
Saanchi: I don’t think so.
Kabir was surprised at this bold step by Saanchi. Wasn’t she feeling scared to be outside alone at this time? Before he could even tell her…
Saanchi: I don’t think you will keep your long career at Savitri Devi college and Hospital at stake just for me. What if I had some bad intention! What if!
Kabir: I know you Saanchi. You are not at all like those type of girls. You are different. You are one in million. You are precious.
Never Saanchi had listened such a praise for herself from anyone else’s mouth. Dr Kabir even went ahead of her own mom in this who was always proud of her
Saanchi: Why do you always help me? You are already too good to be my friend .
Kabir: I never considered you as a Friend,
Now Kabir started taking a step ahead and Saanchi was taking one step behind while he took one step ahead.
Kabir: Dr Saanchi, Saanchi Mishra, I am in love with you! Yes Saanchi, yes I love you!
Kabir couldn’t keep this in his heart anymore. He knew Saanchi had all rights to know about his truth. He wasn’t thinking much about her reaction but definitely she may not like it. He just hope he didn’t hurt her by his own love confession to her!
Saanci couldn’t believe with her own ears what she just heard. Maybe he was the good guy Veer was talking about. Suddenly all her memories with Veer echoed into her ear. She couldn’t tolerate the heartbreak for one more time! she already had enough of it. She couldn’t take it anymore and broke down. And she ran away. Ran away from it.
Saanchi didn’t sleep the whole night that day. The first thing that clicked her mind was when Veer her first love broke her heart. And then when Kabir was there for her in all her bad times and supported her in each and every step. And then when Veer questioned her what made her thought that her first love was Veer. And did she even know what was first love called.
Saanchi: Veer is right! Was he really my first love?
Saanchi wasted around one hour thinking about Veer’s question and what made her thought so that Veer was her first love. Suddenly all her moments with Veer and Kabir flashed right into her eyes!
Saanchi took her mobile and Google search about first love. But none of the results work! Cmon Saanchi how will internet know who is your first love. You yourself have to figure it out, all by yourself!
This was the most difficult question and challenge of Saanchi’s life. Challenge who is my first love! It was even more hard than the worst exam of her life and also even more hard then hiding her identity from Dr Malhotra.
Saanchi began to ignore Kabir after what he did. She didn’t even speak properly to Veer. But how long will this would have go on?
Credit goes to Pragya and Isha who helped their Friend out. By resolving all her problems with Veer, showing how much Veer sorry was and that how he never had any intention to hurt her.
Veer: Miss Golgappa, I never wanted to hurt you. Trust me.
Saanchi: Let it be Veer. It was all the past, I have moved on.
Saanchi left and once again she didn’t speak properly. Veer had a feeling something was on. But he didn’t know this time the blame was again on him only cause of his that one question!
Saanchi did feel bad for ignoring Kabir! She could speak nicely with the guy who broke her heart but not with the guy whose heart she broke! Seriously!
Saanchi: Dr Kabir forget whatever happened between us that night! Like a dream!
Kabir didn’t want to but had to agree. He was fine with her friendship if not love. She needed space and time she just recovered from such a big heartbreak days back.
But then one day, suddenly the hospital out of nowhere caught fire!
Suddenly Saanchi could see all her dreams being burned into the flames. She couldn’t tolerate this. She managed to save all the living beings and rescued them but the one closest to her heart was stuck. The hospital. She always considered her dad to be with her through the hospital. Her dad was burning inside along with the hospital.
She ran in. And she herself got trapped. She thought maybe it was the last day of her life. Now that she got her answer to her riddle she really wants the chance to solve it! Before she dies!
Suddenly amongst the smoke she sees two guys. Again True or False? Dr Kabir or Dr Veer?
They both saved her life together. Veer even burnt his hand for her. Saanchi knew this was the only time she could confess her love before dying.
Saanchi: I….I….love you Dr…..
Kabir: Saanchi nothing will happen to you!
Veer: Saanchi we are here for you!
Saanchi: I love you Dr Kabir!

With these words she shut her eyes down.
Kabir and Veer were shocked.
Saanchi opened her eyes and she recalled her love confession to Dr Kabir. She realised that Dr Kabir was her first and only love. As for Veer, she perhaps had a crush on him. A huge crush. And there is a huge difference between crush and love. And she shouldn’t have been heartbroken that easily, she should have know how, she and Veer were poles apart.
But yes no one could deny the fact that she was indeed heartbroken when Veer played that prank with her which was no less than a deadly prank.
The first thing she saw while opening her eyes was Veer. Veer went to bring Kabir, a super worried Kabir. And then she slowly remembered how she saw her dreams being burned into flames. She couldn’t believe it and hugged Kabir tightly. Who was always there for her, who is always there for her and who will always be there for her.

She still remembered the day when after she was discharged she saw her dreams being fine. Even though some parts were a bit damaged , it was wasn’t destroyed completely. Actually it was still the same patients going in and out and the doctors treating them. But yes it seemed to be less busy like it used to be. But she is assured that with time everything will be fine and be back to normal.

Kabir: Saanchi do you really love me?
Saanchi nods to give Dr.Kabir confirmation that how she really loved him.
Saanchi: Dr Kabir when my first love broke my heart, I didn’t want to believe in love again… but I didn’t know love was something difficult to understand. Something really difficult. It was even more difficult than the exam paper Dr.Malhotra set up for us. But I realised my first love wasn’t my first love. He was just my crush. Just my crush….
She couldn’t complete her sentence and hugged him. She whispered into his ears.
Saanchi: I realised you were the one. My first love. My first and only love. And no one could take the place you made in my heart. I love you Kabir.
Kabir couldn’t believe it. He was so happy. He didn’t know she will accept him. She had the same thing like he had. And they shared a hug. Saanchi was still a bit confused but she was assured when Kabir is with her and nothing can happen to her.
After a month, they got married and finally got hitched together.

Saanchi remembered all these in her mind. She never knew her fate would be like those stories in the films. Completely like a movie.

It was two days before her wedding. She was feeling really nervous. She wanted to call Kabir but he was really busy due to his last minute surgery. So she decided to call Veer. But Veer wasn’t picking up his call either and she was sure Veer was free today. She wanted to go to Kabir and talk but she can’t due to the rituals and customs so, she went to Veer to his house to personally to speak with him.
Veer wasn’t at home. But his Dadi assured her that he will be back in a while. She walked around Veer’s house and with that she even stepped into Veer’s room. And then she suddenly dropped something. It was a diary. Wow Veer even write diary. A big prankster and take for granted guy like him.
Saanchi began to flip through the pages of the diary. A smile appeared on her face as soon as she read it. But as she continued reading her expression began to change. She became surprised and until when she ended reading his full diary tears dropped from her eyes.
She realised that Veer suffered a lot in life. Even more than her family. She was hurt to know she was one of the reasons.
Veer was indeed in love. And it was none other than her. Herself! She was the love of Veer. The first love! The one sided love of Veer. It wasn’t really a love story. Veer was her first love. Truly her first love and he managed to trick her and admitting to herself that he is just merely her crush.
But why did he do so? Yes he did play a prank on her. It was true. He really played a prank the day she confessed her love to Veer. But in that pretext he didn’t know when he actually fall in love with her. Wait he knows. It all began from the day when she revealed her own truth. That’s why he was hurt when he himself hurt her.
Veer didn’t fall for Saanchi Agarwal. He fall for Saanchi Mishra. Her true self. But perhaps not perhaps it was actually too late. Way too late….
Saanchi: Veer was right. He is too late. Too late. Now nothing can be done.
Saanchi said to herself as she closed the diary and sandwiched them. As her ears echoed footsteps, footsteps towards Veer’s room she quickly hide his diary where it was and pretended she was just waiting to speak with him.
Veer was heartbroken. It was seen from his red eyes. He wasn’t drunk or taking weed. He was too depressed due to which he couldn’t speak. The best she could do was to cheer him up. She acted like normal as if she didn’t know anything and she told him what she was suppose to ,the reason why she came to him how like all the other brides she was nervous days before the wedding. Veer hold her hand and made her sit. Despite he himself being heartbroken he indeed made her feel better.
How she wished he said all these earlier. He proposed her two days before. But it was too late. Now she was all Dr.Kabir’s. She didn’t want to break Veer’s heart but she was left with no option because she loved Kabir too. He did so much for her. All she could do was to feel bad and guilty with the fact that she herself broke the heart of her first love.

Saanchi got out of the flashback. She was standing on top of a wonderful house. It was a cold breezy night. She suddenly felt an embrace around her waist. She could feel the wind blowing her hair locks. She was resting her head just below his chin . Just the way her eyes were closed, even his eyes were closed. And he was Veer. Dr Veer! Saanchi’s first love!

She remembered the day very well. She was taking her wedding vows with Kabir that day. She looked around. Veer was not there. He was that hurt! At least not as his first and only love, he should have been here as her friend .
Suddenly Kabir stopped. Is he okay? Is there anything wrong. Kabir looked towards to her.
Kabir: Saanchi this is your one last chance. Go, go and confess your love to the love of your life. Your first love.
Kabir had a bright smile on his face. Saanchi got it. What Kabir was implying. She wanted to go but she stopped,
She looked at Kabir, her biggest inspiration and love of her entire life. She didn’t want to make him feel bad. But she had to do it. Kabir’s face urged her.
She happily ran, and ran and ran. She didn’t give a damn to her heavy lehenga. She found Veer. Who was crying like a little kid whose candy has been snatched in a corner.
Veer looked up to her shocked. What was she doing her. Saanchi squeezed and tightly hugged him.
She got out of the flashback. And recalled their historic day. How they entered into a fresh phase of relationship.
How she faced huge up and downs.
And then Veer was there for her all steps. If not physically at least mentally. And how Veer changed himself to her hero. When she wasn’t the same Saanchi anymore it was Veer who brought her true self back. Who gave her his name. Her life his name. Her soul his name. Her love his name. It was Her first love. It was Veer. Her veer.
Veer could have never took the place of Kabir had in her heart and Kabir could never take the place Veer had in her heart at the same time.
She smiled looking up to him. And so did he, a bit more lovingly though. Tears escaped as she thought to herself why Veer did so much for her! Why so much! She was emotional and sad. But Veer made her happier and alive. Most importantly move on with life no matter how much obstacles will be there, which perhaps she won’t have been able to solve if he was alone. Now she has Veer with her. Her Veer. Her first love.

Okay so, finally I am done with this one shot. I hope you all liked this one shot. Since the first one shot ended up with KaanChi, that’s why this one shot I ended up with SanVeer.
