The Episode starts with Malhar taking rounds with Kalyani and tells her that he will never say bad to her childishness. Kalyani promises him that she will never doubt him. Malhar says I will never say anything bad to your songs and will listen to your songs, will never refuse you to take selfie. Kalyani says our hearts are united, but if we fight then also we will be Moksh’s parents, our son will be the link between us. She says I will not make you feel that you are of other generation and will shop for you, so that you look somewhat young. She says dude and babes. Malhar smiles. Malhar says I promise that I will never hesitate to confess my love to you. Kalyani says I promise that my love for you will increase every moment. Malhar says last vow….is that…they say together that they will
Pallavi tells Aao Saheb that Null called and said that he will come after exams. Aao Saheb says if he comes here then we will get his admission done in the best school/college. She tells that everything is of Null. Pallavi gets happy. Aao Saheb asks her to inform Null. Null calls Pallavi. Pallavi asks her to return and says she wants to give good news to him. She comes to know that he sat in the bus and will surprise Aao Saheb.
In the hospital, Malhar asks Doctor to take care of Moksh and tells that his wife pray day and night for their son. He asks Doctor not to give more anaesthesia as he is just 1 years 6 months. Doctor says they are waiting for Trilok. Malhar calls Kalyani and tells that they are waiting for Trilok. Kalyani says if he had eloped. Malhar says no and tells that he will see. He tells her that Trilok came and shows her on video call. He asks her to pray as mother’s prayers are strong. Kalyani asks him to take care of himself and Moksh. Trilok asks Malhar if he is planning to celebrate, but the war is still on. Malhar tells that nobody can stop this operation, only God can, but you are not that.
He tells Doctor that he has given Trilok’s consent papers to Nurse. Trilok lies down on the bed. Kalyani starts doing the puja for Moksh. The operation starts. Kalyani does the puja along with Anupriya, Aao Saheb, Pallavi and Swara. Nurse asks someone to call the pediatrician. Malhar asks what happened to Moksh? Doctor comes out of the OT and looks at Malhar. Kalyani gets a call from Malhar. She asks if the operation is done. Malhar says yes. Kalyani says our Billu is fine now and asks him to be with him. She says I will come there and informs Anupriya. She hugs her. Malhar thanks the Doctor and tells that he will be fine in 1 hour and 30 mins. Malhar asks about Trilok. Doctor says even he will gain consciousness in 1 hour and 30 mins. Malhar asks Police constables to give tight security outside the PS. Kalyani is very happy and tells that she will go there. She tells that she will say tata bye to hospital and gets cheerful. Aao Saheb tells that today she is very happy and wants ration to workers for 3-4 months. Swara says I will take up this responsibility. Aao Saheb tells Anupriya that she got another daughter. Kalyani tells that she will go to hospital. Aao Saheb tells that she has to make Naag devta drink milk. Kalyani says if snake bites me. Anupriya says the snake will be in the box. Nurse comes to Doctor and tells that the patient Trilok is not on the bed. Malhar, Sarthak and Doctor run to the ward. Malhar gets worried for Moksh. Null is walking on the road and tells that he will surprise Aao Saheb. He collides with Trilok and sees Moksh in his hands. He thinks this man is Trilok, I have seen him on feeds, where is he taking Moksh. He tries to stop Moksh and sits in the car parked by someone. He thinks he has to drive to save Moksh. He drives to follow Trilok. Malhar comes to Moksh’s ward and finds him missing. Malhar is shocked and tells Sarthak.
Precap: Sarthak finds knife in snake charmer’s hands and catches him. Trilok stabs in Sarthak’s stomach shocking kalyani and Anupriya.
