Uma asks Kanak to slap Aditya for misbehaving with her and prove that Aditya is a coward and not a man. Kanak gives Aditya a tight slap. Uma then tells Payal t hat he got her married to Aditya, ruined her life, and is her big culprit, so she should slap him. Payal says she cannot. Uma says he insulted a womanhood, did not think of Payal’s wishes, etc., so he will punish himself. He slaps himself repeatedly. Payal stops him and says she was thinking him wrong all the while, but the truth is he took care of her like an elder brother. Kanak emotionally tells Vansh that Uma is pure hearted and does not delay correcting his mistake once he realizes it. She asks Uma to ask useless Aditya who gave him money. Maasi thinks Kanak will expose her today for sure. Aditya silently picks Ved’s gun and points it at Maasi. Uma gets worried for Maasi and pleads not to harm Maasi. Kanak says he will not harm his own mother. Uma says he cannot take chance. Aditya runs away with Maasi to parking area. Maasi asks him to elope, she will send him money once she gets it. Adfitya runs away.

Uma with team rushes to parking area. Maasi says Aditya escaped, she cannot believe her son stooped so low. Uma thanks Ved for helping him protect his family. Ved says it was also his duty. Kanak tells Vansh that Uma is pure hearted and she is his top priority, she is happy with him. Ved says their sister has grown up and can take her own decisions. Vansh calms down. Uma sees Ved taking giving water to Payal and consoling her and taking care of her.

At night Uma asks Payal if Payal had food. She says yes and says he does not look good said and is better as daku singh, he feeds whole family and she want s him to have food first. Their chit chat continues.

Vansh meets Sara and says he can do anything to convince her. She says she wants to see if he is capable of taking care of her, so she wants him to earn 15,000 Rs by evening.

Next day, Bhabho visits Kanak’s house. Payal receives her happily. Kanak sees her, runs and hugs happily. Bhabho says everytime Kanak gives her surprise, this time she gave her surprise. Kanak asks if someone came along. Bhabho says yes and calls Ved. Payal gets emotional seeing Ved. Bhabho then asks servants to bring gift trays. Maasi asks what are all these gifts. Bhabho says shagun, she brought Ved’s shagun for Payal. Maasi stands fuming. Uma walks in and says he asked them to bring Ved’s shagun for Payal. Kanak stands in a surprise.

Precap: Uma takes Aditya and Ved;s hands to get them in one another, but then stops and says he cannot make a mistake again. Maasi smirks and thinks she knows Uma very well.

    Superb episoid. Cant belive is tht the same uma???.who is think making payals re marriage.hope v can c another vrsion of uma(modren thinking).waiting 4 kanak rocking step 2 make uma feel love 4 kanak love.

    wow heart touching episode today after seeing lot od drama in tsmsp .uma shankar character is slowly changing he is slowly breaking his niyams one by one which he was so strict in following them.Uma realised his mistake of ruining payal life he has committed the sin of taking her lifes decision without her consent.He will soon realise that each woman has rights to decide their own life this is the first step of uma’s redemption.But it was tough to see uma punishing himself becos payal refused to do it as she respects uma as her brother uma was surprised and he hugged her with brotherly affection so uma broke one of his rule of not touching Parayi sthri .Massia mind works faster than any computer how can she outsmart kanak everytime in a sec great applause for her presence of mind,Does she eats lots of Acrunuts for her brain and mind to be active everytime.Poor kanak has to soch soch to expose her but massi is a born criminal she always turn the tables.Kanak tried to convince vansh highlighting the good qualities of uma she tries her level best to make him believe that she is the life of uma and uma is life for her but i guess vansh is not yet convinced but ved was pleased seeing the other side of uma and abudant love he has on kanak.Then comes the most beautiful part what a lovely kanum moments sharing their love concern trust on each other .Uma today broke another rule for kanak they where eating in their bedroom earlier umashankar did not allowed her to eat in bedroom.Uma was totally depressed and upset that he couldnt protect his wife in his own house itself.He regretted for failing in his pati dharam kanum was the best feeding each other sharing an emotional moments between them.They were sharing the food from same plate that shows they are going to share their lives.Uma as responsible brother of payal again took a decision for payal life to remarry her to ved .Umashankar mindset is started to broaden a little he is getting himself into progressive thinking.

      Thank u Meera i will surely try to comment whenever i find time becos nowdays i am busy in forum i comment there regularly in @blueflame episodic analysis .I agree meera vansh is not still matured enough and he is the no 1 MCP.Who gave him rights to force decision on others hope vansh should be redeemed soon

    I hate this star plus channel yr y they stopped repeat telecast of our show tsmsp in night n showing the crap serials like ikyavan n namkaran repeatedly ?

    So finally we are starting to see the old Uma back with a different outlook. Obviously there’s a long way to go before he transforms into the 21st century… but it’s good that they haven’t given him a personality transplant overnight & we can see a meaningful change.

    As for Vansh, his character is a complete moron the guy has been bought up in 21st century style, yet he still thinks that he somehow has a right to dictate how his sister leads her life.. there is a difference between being protective & being overbearing….he really should accept that Kanak is wise enough to make her own decisions. He’s the fool whose trying hard to impress someone he fell in love with overnight ? (but because he’s a man, he can make his own decisions ?)
