Bhabho tells Kanak that she should not become Gandhari and get blindfolded for her husband’s superstitions. Kanak says yes. Bhabho says she will change her husband’s superstitions and stubbornness and will not change for anyone, she will be herself, will serve her family selflessly and keep them united. Kanak says yes, she will. Bhabho says whenever she needs her, she will find behind her.
Meena scolds Rani to hurry up and finish given work soon. Ved and Vansh come, and Meena complains that Rani is working slowly, Bhabho has decided Kanak’s bidayi. Vansh says she is mistaken, Bhabho has not. Bhabho comes and says Kanak’s bidayi is today. Uma also comes down. Vansh angrily walks towards Uma and says this man is not right for Kanak. Kanak says it is her decision
Bhabho consoles Kanak not to get dishearted. Meena says Kanak that she got married hurriedly and even doing bidayi hurriedly, did not let her make arrangements at all. Bhabho’s friends come. Uma over phone informs Saras that he is returning home with Kanak. Saras happily informs Maasi and tells they are made for each other and even after so much issues, they are united. Maasi angrily looks at her, and she apologizes, leaves to inform Shiv and others. Maasi asks Palomi if she knows why Kanak is returning, it is her love for Uma for some other plan. Palomi says she did not think yet. Maasi asks to start thinking and gives her permission, says she trusts only her.
Rathi family does Kanak’s bidayi emotionally. Uma and Kanak emotionally waves them hands and leave in their car. Vansh looks from balcony and thinks she will not forgive Uma so easily. Uma and Kanak then reach temple for pooja. Pandit asks their names. Uma says Mr and Mrs Uma Shankar. Kanak says Mr. Uma Shankar and Mrs. Kanak Rathi. Uma looks surprised.
Precap: Kanak tells Uma that they will walk together but with their own identity. Maasi asks Palomi to get Kanak out of Uma’s life before Uma loses importance of his identity. Palomi tells Kanak this time wounds are very deep, she has to work more hard.
