Uma teaches deep breathihng exercises before starting her studies Kanak silently looks at him. Uma falls asleep. She wakes him up and makes him sleep on bed. Nanda sees Mausa sleeping and picks her mobile. She gets a message to come out and walks out. Kanak sees Nanda going out and follows her silently. Nanda walks out of house silently and looks door from outside. Kanak cannot go out. Parag meets Nanda and gives her poison to exchange with Uma’s bike ambulance medicine. Kanak watches from window and is shocked to see Nanda’s betrayal. She rushes to room to inform Uma, but does not find him. Nanda exchanges medicine by then and hides. Aditya informs that Uma got an emergency call and is leaving on his bike ambulance. Before they could reach Uma, he leaves. They run behind him, but he does not hear her. Nanda watches them hiding. Kanak calls him and panics. Aditya asks what happened. Kanak says Nanda showed her true colors again and befriending Parag exchanged Uma’s medicine with poisonous expired medicines. Uma reaches patient’s house. Patient’s wife says he is having high fever and feeling uneasy. Uma gives injection to patient. Kanak reaches there and reminisces Parag’s words when Uma gives poisonous medicine to patient, his bike ambulance license will be canceled. Uma turns and sees her.

Uma says he has to give antidote to patient within 5 minutes. Parag stops him, calls police and asks inspector to arrest this man, he keeps expired medicine in his ambulance. Uma says he has to give antidote to patient within 5 minutes. Inspector asks constable to check medicine box and bike first.
