Kanak is shocked seeing Aditya. Aditya taunts her singing Mai Ghani Bawri Hogayi and grabs her. She shouts to leave her and calls Gabbasa. Aditya laughs that Gabbasa will not come. He drags her to car and she continues shouting to leave her. Her mangalsutra flies and fall on flower boxes carried by people. Uma sitting in front of havan thinks why he is feeling nervous, if Kanak is fine. He reminisces Kanak telling she will remove mangalsutra only after she dies.
Aditya throws Kanak in a car and drives it.
Marriage rituals start. Maasi smirks thinking Kanak wanted to take 50% of property and is losing her husband. Suman walks to Maasa’s room and prays god not to separate Bhabhisa and Dadusa, else people will not believe in love hereon. Ved gets up thinking he cannot marry sister’s marriage is being broken, but then reminisces Kanak’s words that Payal is seeing happiness for the first time and he should not betray her, sits back. Bhabho sadly tells Saras that her grandson is getting married and her granddaughter is getting divorced. Saras walks to Uma and asks what is he doing, once pheras are done, he cannot back off, he is breaking promise made to Kanak. Uma reminisces Kanak telling nobody can break their relationship as it is made by god, their 7 pheras are unbreakable and they cannot break it at any cost. He tells Saras that Kanak broke promises by divorcing him, he is just following the promise made to Maasi and will not back off
Gabbasa comes and signals Maasi. Maasi asks him what happened. Gabbasa says Kanak felt unwell suddenly and he went to bring water for her, but when he returned, he did not find her. Maasi realizes Aditya must have done something and asks him to send our men to search Kanak.
Rituals continue. Uma extends his hand and Palomi holds it. Uma reminisces Kanak telling no relationship is superior than love. Servant takes flower box with mangalsutra towards mantap. Aditya takes Kanak to jungle and drags her out of car. Suman continues praying god. Maasi thinks what new game Aditya must be playing and tells Uma rituals is finished. Kanak falls down. Aditya tautns she fell and came to his level. He drags her holding her hand and says today Kanak will be freed from life. Uma prays Bholenath to show him a way as he thinks he is doing something wrong.
Aditya drags Kanak between his goons and says Kanak gave his missing news paper ads, tomorrow there will be news that wife committed suicide notwithstanding husband’s second marriage. He confesses that he mixed hypnotic pill in her juice and dances singing Mai Ghani Bawri Hogayi. On the other side, Maasi does Uma and PAlomi’s gathbandhan. Aditya fixes noose in Kanak’s neck and pulls rope. Kanka shouts Uma. Suman gets tensed seeing temple lamp flickering. Aditya asks Kanak if she cannot shout. Kanak shouts Uma again. Panit asks Uma to start pheras. Uma thinks if Kanak is fine, he feels something is wrong. Kanak slowly looses consciousness. People throw flowers. Mangalsutra falls in Uma’s hand.
Precap: Aditya taunts Kanak who will come to save her from Ladno. Uma breaks his gatbandhan, removes his pagdi and runs.

Suspense filled thriller episode Uma was perplexed feeling nervous anxious sensing kanak in danger Amazing expressions By Av ?He was uneasy feeling something bad going to happen to his kanak he is in confused state of mind for the first time he was questioning for himself whether he is doing right in the name of dharam he wants bholenath guidance asking for sanket to make him to get back into right path.Uma ‘love on kanak has shaken him although he tried his level best to hide his feelings to fulfil his vachan he cannot do it anymore he was tensed about kanak safety becos that much love and care he has on kanak .When palomi touched his hands he reminisces about kanak confessing her love to him he cannot forget her howmuçh ever hard he tries to accept this forced relationship his heart is not allowingvhim him to do .This is a conflict between his heart and mind where obviously heart overrules the mind.Suman and saras are wonderful sister in law for kanak both of them were trying to stop this wedding suman was so desperate that her dadhusa and bhabhisa love should win.Sara’s was very bold now she tried to stop her dadhusa from doing a great sin of betraying kanak but uma was heartbroken that kanak has broken the marriage vows he is just fulfilling one vachan given to massisa he will never take back his words .Kanak was mikes away from ladnun but uma can feel her danger he can hear her voice is this called telepathy .Uma is been blessed with special powers by bholenath only he can feel hear the pain of kanak .Adithya is a sadist .Tom he will get nice kicks and punches from uma .That mangalsutra in ghatbandan was the heights of creativity .Its a shivji sanket for uma to save kanak .Precap was awesome uma breaking the ghatbandan throwing his pagdi running from mandap to save kanak shows his immense love for his kanak.

Wow! What a nautanki this episode was. The mangalsutra drama is quite reminiscent of 80s movies and actually highlights how remaining in regressive households and with regressive personalities might screw with brains of young girls like Kanak who start acting obsessive with rituals and signs from God rather than placing importance on behavior and understanding and kind relationship. Good message like saavdhaan India or something as this girl Kanak now is merely a shadow of her original, perky, progressive self. She is now a abusive and imbecile man’s slave by her mental illness for him. This show is a sequel to Saath Nibhaana Saathiya and not Diya aur baati hum. That’s fine as there are much worse shows around. This old time filmy drama satisfies entertainment needs of some people so that’s ok. Only I wish they would remove the old “O Diya aur baati hum” tune as that feels like an insult to Suraj and Sandhya’s lovely positive relationship. Just keep Turning Suraj Main Saanjh tune. That’s apt as in this show evening and then dark night falls on the personality, mentality, and intellect of a bright young girl who submits herself to her abuser and abductor.
Hi all…. the episode today for me lasted forever I was so hoping Uma would listen to his heart.
I personally feel that tsmsp took a downward turn to make this maasisa track work …Uma’s character has gone from a strong willed man of principle to a weak easily influenced character & kanak has gone from being a strong self sufficient lady to a damsel in distress who needs constantly rescuing. I personally feel that tsmsp has so much more to offer just as a simple love story without all the high voltage drama… however I am now hoping we will finally see some dabh type relationship, with Uma accepting his wrongdoings and both letting each other know what they mean to each other.
Hi Meera I too liked today’s episode n loved that mangalsutra sanket was superb it looked like kanak came to stop tat gathbandan & agree with you the show makers should now focus on the strong n positive relationship of kanum rather than focusing on villains stuff as we all know the show has lots of potential & can highlight many serious topics related to women’s n Dharm

I agree with you Meera even I don’t like all this drama I love our older TSMSP more than this it was a beautiful love story but for trp race such dramatic sequences are needed so after all this we are going to see only our kanum life journey so happy days are ahead .Did u see meera last week we had no villain track so trp decreased but kotha sequence brought in highest trp so trp audience prefer revenge tracks action sequence and all the masala
Totally loved today’s episode it was too good both Uma & Kanak ??Saras & Suman did great to stop the brother But agonizing The mangalsutra played an awesome role now get to understand the KanUma conversation about mangalsutra beautifully done by writers & directors ??Can’t wait for tomorrow’s episode Just felt bad for Payal & Ved it’s their happiest day but no joy on their faces or Rathi family ?As usual Divyaa you said it all well nothing more to write about today’s episode ??
