The Episode starts with Dil lovingly telling Nandini, “I’m your Dil, and you’re my Dhadkan.” Nandini smiles, stroking her face, and says her little girl has grown up. Dil playfully complains that she has become budhi because she hasn’t been going to school. Nandini assures her that once they leave for Raunakpur, she can return to school. But Dil admits she is scared of Maama. Nandini hugs her tightly and promises, “I won’t let anything happen to you.”
Curious, Dil asks how she disappeared all this while. Nandini explains about her accident and how she slipped into a coma. With tears in her eyes, she adds, “The moment I opened my eyes, I began searching for you.”
Dil, with a smile, requests her to sing. Nandini begins to sing softly, and elsewhere, Raghav recalls
Raghav goes to check on Dil and finds Nandini by her side, putting her to sleep with the lullaby. When Dil finally dozes off, Nandini turns to switch off the light—only to notice Raghav standing at the doorway. Their eyes lock, memories flashing back. Nandini recalls his broken promise of not returning to Raunakpur for her. The hurt rushes back, and before Raghav can say a word, she shuts the door on his face. His mother silently witnesses his pain.
Meanwhile, Natasha visits Maama in jail. Handing him a blank cheque, she orders him to get rid of Nandini and Dil. Maama smirks wickedly and says, “Deal done.”
The next morning, Nandini wakes Dil. Dil jumps up with excitement, saying, “Today I get to spend a whole day with Dad—I’m so happy!” She lovingly tells Nandini not to feel bad, promising they will leave for Raunakpur after this day. Downstairs, Raghav’s mother hands him black coffee. Raghav admits he is thrilled to finally spend time with his daughter. With guilt in her voice, his mother says, “I made mistakes with you and Nandini… and now you are paying the price.” Raghav consoles her with quiet strength.
Later, Raghav surprises Dil and Shanaya with balloons, calling them his little friends. Shanaya sulks, saying, “Dil is your daughter, not me.” But Raghav pulls her close and assures, “You are both my daughters. I love you equally.” The girls smile, and Raghav steps away to arrange a vehicle for their picnic.
At that moment, Maama storms in and kidnaps both Dil and Shanaya. Natasha pretends to panic and pleads with him to stop, but he shouts her down and holds the girls at knifepoint. Raghav and the family rush in, horrified, begging him to release the children. But Maama drags the girls into a room and bolts the door.
Inside, Shanaya trembles in fear, but Dil hugs her tightly, whispering, “Don’t be scared—I’m here.” Raghav bangs on the door, shouting for the girls to stay strong. He demands to know Maama’s price. With a cruel laugh, Maama demands 2 crores. Nandini breaks down, begging him to let them go. But Maama snarls that he will release Dil, while keeping Shanaya for more money. Dil cries out, “She is my sister!”
Raghav agrees to arrange the ransom, but Nandini reveals the shocking truth—that Maama is her brother, Gautham. She warns Raghav not to trust him. Furious, Raghav yells at Gautham, “If you harm my children, you will be finished!”
Meanwhile, Shanaya tries to unlock the door, but Gautham notices and hurls a knife at her.
