The episode opens with Dil feeling overjoyed to see Mau Billi again. She lovingly tells Billi how much she missed her and feels hopeful that today, with Raghav ji’s help, she might finally find her parents.
Elsewhere, Shanaya receives a gift from Raghav. Instead of being happy, she purposely breaks it. Raghav catches her red-handed and gets furious, scolding her for breaking the special instrument Nandini had given him. Shanaya tries to lie her way out, but Natasha arrives and asks why he’s yelling at their daughter over a “silly instrument.” She reminds him sharply that he ruined her exhibition, and now he’s facing the consequences. Natasha asks what’s so special about that thing anyway. Raghav reveals that the thread connects him to music and, in anger, declares that from
Suddenly, the electricity goes out. Mau Billi heads to the balcony, with Dil following her. Meanwhile, in his room, Raghav loses control of his emotions and begins smashing things in anger. Dil sees him in this destructive state, gets frightened, and starts crying.
Just then, Nandini appears in front of Raghav. She notices the broken instrument she had gifted him. Seeing him sitting in sorrow, she gently tells him not to mourn for it because their love is eternal and unbreakable. She assures him that one day, their daughter will mend the broken instrument. Saying this, Nandini disappears, leaving Raghav with her words echoing in his mind.
Shanaya comes to Raghav and he calls her close. She admits she felt scared watching him fight with Natasha. Raghav apologizes and explains how much that instrument meant to him. Hearing his pain, Shanaya promises to practice music and asks him for a promise in return. Raghav agrees to whatever she wants.
Meanwhile, Mannu warns Dil that if she stays any longer, Padmini might catch her. Dil nods, agreeing that Raghav will never help them. She tells Billi to come with her and they prepare to leave.
Later, Shanaya ties Raghav and Natasha’s hands together. She tells them she’s quitting music to fulfil their dreams, and requests them to become friends again for her sake. Chandan’s wife supports Shanaya, telling Raghav and Natasha to think about their daughter. Shanaya then makes them promise not to fight anymore, to have a family dinner and movie night every week, to attend her school meetings together, and to sleep in the same room like normal parents. Though both hesitate, they agree to keep her happy.
Dil tells Billi to wait outside as she will return soon. Manu hides Dil from Raghav’s mother. Feeling hungry, Dil sneaks to the dining table and eats a banana. Manu finds her, quickly wraps her in a white blanket, and urges her to leave before anyone sees. Manu then rushes away when Raghav’s mother calls her.
As Dil moves, she bumps into Sili, who gets terrified seeing her draped in white and screams thinking she saw a ghost. Dil hides under the stairs. Raghav’s mother and Sili come searching but Dil throws the white blanket over them and runs upstairs.
There, she sees Padmini struggling to reach her injection. Remembering Manu’s strict warning to stay hidden, Dil hesitates, trembling in fear.
Precap: Dil is locked in a dark room, feeling hungry and thinking about her mother. Suddenly, someone throws a chapati towards her. Natasha enters and tells Dil she can give her mother back in exchange for her voice. Desperate, Dil agrees.
