Rhea’s smirks intended to Prachi and her fingers trying to intervene his was making him hell irritated.

Shahana came near her, sweating and shivering. She seemed nervous as she came near Prachi.

Pragya and Abhi too came to the mandap.
“Dad… Maa… ,” cried Rhea as she ran towards them and gave them a hug.
The priest arrived.
“Let’s start?” asked the priest.
“Wait a minute Panditji,” said Abhi.
Everyone looked at him surprised.
“What happened dad?” asked Rhea.
“Dear… Marriage is a sacred bonding. It is a new phase in everyone’s life. Everyone starts a new life with marriage…”
“I know it dad…” said Rhea.
“So.. I want you to do something..” said Abhi.
“What is that dad?” asked Rhea excitedly.
“If you have done wrong to anyone… If you have hurted anyone.. if you have desired something that belongs to someone… Confess…” said Abhi.
Rhea was shocked for a moment. She looked at Prachi who was confused with what Abhi said.
Sighing, Rhea said, ” no dad… I have not desired anything that belongs to other…”
“Have you ever asked someone to sacrifice something in return for something?”

“Are you sure?”

Abhi slapped Rhea hard.
Everyone was shocked.
Rhea could not process what had happened just now. Her cheek was burning.
Tears filled her eyes.
“What are you doing? Why have to slapped Rhea?” asked Pragya hugging Rhea.
“Bhai… What are you doing?” asked Aaliya.
“SHUT UP…” shouted Abhi.
“You don’t have any voice… You spoilt my daughter..”
Aaliya was taken aback.
“What happened? Tell me the matter..” Pragya asked.
Abhi pulled Rhea from Pragya’s arms.
“You never hurted someone?”
Rhea didn’t respond this time.
“You have brought disgrace to me. It would have been better if I had allowed your mom to take both of you with her. If I had, you would not have become like this..” shouted Abhi.
“Aap please tell… Baat kya hai..” shouted Pragya.
“Yesterday, Sumana came to me telling that her jwellery is missing. I went along with her to check the CCTV footages. The recordings were made into many files. By mistake, I opened a file and it played the video of my “dear sister” discussing new “plan” to get Prachi in trouble… They also discussed how your other plans of accusing Prachi in theft, drug case, spoiling the food, trying to kill her, etc got backfired..”
Everyone looked at Rhea with disgust.
“I was not able to believe this at first and then I heard yesterday night Rhea exclaiming how she managed to snatch Ranbir from Prachi..”
“Today morning, I heard Prachi and Shahana’s conversation. I made Shahana tell me the deal that Rhea made with Prachi.”
“Deal? What deal?” asked Pragya.
“Yahi ki if you and i have to be together, Prachi should sacrifice Ranbir. She even asked her to leave this house and us forever after their marriage.” explained Abhi.
“Bhai.. this middle class girl might have lied to you about…” before Aaliya could complete her accusation against Shahana, Abhi slapped her hard..
“Not a word more. Are you filled with poison? How many lives do you have to destroy? I have not forgotten anything that you have done earlier… The only consideration that I give you is that you are my sister.. now, I will forget that too…” threatened Abhi.
Turning to Rhea, Abhi said,” I thought that you were good at heart. But now, I take my word back…”
Rhea was shattered.
Abhi walked towards Prachi.
Cupping her face in his palm, he said, ” I couldn’t care you, protect you or love you for twenty years.. Even after meeting you, I couldn’t love you… I was a partial father… Still, you were ready to sacrifice your happiness for ours? Now I will make sure that you are happy….”

Abhi was always a partial father. He was actually not a good father, at all. He couldn’t be a good father neither for Kiara, Rhea nor for Prachi.
