The next day shivay and rudy reached Bombay. All the way shivay noticed rudy to be silent and not at all meeting eye to eye or face him. On the way to OM shivay asked to rudy.
S: rudy I am noticing you from the time we have boarded the flight. Are you all right.
R: (trying to ignore) it’s nothing bhaiya. I am fine.
S: then why are you sitting silently. And why are you not facing me while talking?
R: (in mind) I am sorry bhaiya I can’t tell you now because if I tell you then you will ask me so many questions which I can’t answer. (clearing his throat and saying facing him but not meeting his eyes) bhaiya I am fine and you know what you are thinking too much about me. and haan don’t worry I am very much tired due to today’s work so you are feeling like that.
S: fine then as you wish.
Rudy sighed in relief and looked forward but a thin layer of tear had formed in his eyes thinking about anika. while on the place where anika and kavya were kidnapped, anika was trying to make kavya relax as she was continuously crying and her fever was also a bit high. The place was not familiar to kavya and the way ranveer and daksh had brought them had created a fear in her mind. Ranveer on getting frustrated by the continuous crying that he barged into the room making kavya hell scared that she immediately stopped crying and started cuddling into anika.
Anika just rubbed her back asking her to calm down. But kavya was so scared that she just kept on saying in a feeble voice.
K: mu… mu… ma… g… go… ma… (mumma let’s go)
Ra: (getting angry) what the hell anika get your damn kid quiet. If I hear a sound from this room again then I swear I will do something which you don’t want me to do.
A: (turning kavya away from ranveer in a calm tone to kavya) shhh… baby relax mumma is there with you. (she rubbed kavya’s back and kissed her cheek and then in a threatening voice to ranveer) and you mr. fraud ACP ranveer singh Randhawa being a baby she is supposed to cry while being in an unfamiliar environment and that too with dreadful people like you. now before I do something which you don’t want me to do (in a stern voice) then go away from here (closing kavya’s ears) now.
With that ranveer left from there. Anika made kavya leave her and then looked at her face. it was all drained due to continuous crying and eyes still having the traces of the tears. Her blue eyes were showing fear. Anika just cupped her face and said in a comforting way rubbing kavya’s cheek.
A: princess you are mumma’s only strength right now so please don’t break your self-confidence. If you will break down then mumma will also break and I know you don’t want me to do that. Haina.
K: (she just tried saying) mu… ma… pa… pa… to… me… (mumma papa won’t come)
A: (looking at her but she knew she can’t give false expectation) look princess I can’t give you false hope but all I can say is let your wish come true that your papa comes here. But I don’t know who will and how will he handle himself there. We both are here don’t know how omru are handling him. Now don’t cry baby your fever will increase.
Kavya just hugged anika and in OM shivay entered and looked around for anika and kavya but were nowhere to be found. Then he went to see ishana in room and found all the family members really sitting tensed. He didn’t know why but the moment he stepped in mansion he felt very restless and his eyes were constantly searching anika and kavya. He was about ask about them when ishana woke up all sweating screaming didi yet again.
Shivay got confused hearing it that he just looked at everyone expecting some answer. Jhanvi and om made ishana calm down while shivay just left from the room followed by the rest except dadi. Shivay came to hall and putting the coat on the sofa stood in the middle with a questioning face. on finding no response he clearing his throat asked.
S: (in his always tadi mode) are you all expecting me to break a coconut like people do in temple so that you all open up your mouth… and where are kavya and ani…
O: (shivay couldn’t complete as om said) voh actually shivay they are not at home.
S: (rubbing his forehead) fine if they are not at home (in an angry tone) where the hell are they?
J: (om was not knowing from where to start and from where to end so jhanvi said) shivay we all had gone for a family meet and anika and kavya were here only (then she narrated the whole tale what ishu told which shivay was listening without any reaction) and when om came back ishana was lying here unconscious and anika and kavya are missing since last evening. Police are trying to reach them but they have not found any clue about them. And above that kavya is having a mild fever. Don’t know how her condition is right now.
R: (who was observing shivay said in a sorry tone) I am sorry bhaiya I was knowing all this earlier but I didn’t have the courage to tell you. please don’t get angry on me. (he looked at shivay who was not answering he said) bhaiya are you o…
Before he could complete he saw shivay sitting with a thud on floor. omru immediately rushed to him and shivay was just gathering the events which was told to him. Omru were continuously asking him if he was fine or not but the mere thing that anika and kavya had been kidnapped was enough to break him. Shivay immediately hugged rudy who was shaking him to come out of trance. All the members who were present there were shocked to see shivay like this once again after 2 years. Om held shivay’s shoulder and said.
O: shivay I know that what anika and kavya means to you and what is going on in your mind.
P: (pinky coming and sitting beside him and making him face her) yes shivay this is not the correct time for you to become weak. Your wife and this house respect is in danger right now. If you really want to prove that you are the great wall of shivay singh oberoy then bring anika and kavya back to mansion.
S: (getting up and wiping his tears he called Khanna (Kh) who immediately rushed inside the mansion) who were the people who dared to kidnap my family by entering my mansion? Have you found it or were you waiting for me to come and scold you for that.
Kh: sir, I checked the CCTV footage but they had damaged the CCTV at the entrance before entering. So, I really don’t know who that is. We are trying our best sir.
S: (getting angry and almost screaming) what do you mean by you are trying? Haan, it’s almost a day now that my wife and daughter has been kidnapped and you are saying that you are still trying. Khanna, I need the information today itself. If not then I will fire you from the job.
Kh: (shocked by the response from shivay he said almost stammering) ye… yes… yes… s… sir… I will gath… gather info…. Information as… soo… soon as pos… possible.
S: (almost screaming) do it now.
Omru held shivay and asked already scared Khanna to leave the place. Om said making shivay face him.
O: shivay please calm down. You have come from travelling right so you take some rest. Till then me and rudy will handle things here.
S: (smiling mockingly) really om you will handle things and you want me to rest. What do you think om that I will be able to rest after my reason for living are somewhere else? I am not that heart less om.
R: okay fine bhaiya at least get changed and have something.
S: no, I am leaving to search anika and kavya right away.
Tej: (holding him back) no shivay this is not the right time.
Shakti: haan shivay Bhai Saheb is correct this is not the way. We don’t even know where are they taken and who have taken them.
S: I don’t care papa. I can’t leave them unattended.
J: shivay please calm down. Even we are worried about anika, but let us find some clue then you take whatever action you can. First relax.
Shivay made a fed-up face and went to room. To his surprise he found completely messed up with things scattered here and there. Kavya’s toys were on floor so were the things in room. Curtains half fallen down and half messed up. He could understand from the rooms condition what had really happened. He was walking around the room when something familiar caught his attention. It was anika’s moon bracelet which was broken.
In the struggle to get free the bracelet got broken and had fallen down. Shivay took it and holding it tightly said.
S: I am sorry anika I left you unattended and this situation happened. But I promise I will soon find you out and I swear I will not leave the person who has done a big crime like this by harming my family. Just please don’t lose hope.
While anika with a great difficulty made kavya sleep and left her carefully on the bundle on clothes kept there in the room. She stood up and went near the door and tried opening the door but it was locked. She in anger hit the door rashly and went to the window and was looking at the moon. She smiled and said looking at the moon.
A: what kind of fate have you given me? first you bring me in this world then snatch my everything from me and then again bless me with a family. Then when again happiness came my way you snatched the same family away from me leaving the responsibility of sahil on me. from then on you made my life hell and then you made meet shivay and when happiness was about to strike my way you made me away from him for 2 years and now again you have made me stand back in the same situation. What are you planning to with my life? You never give me happiness to the fullest nor you let me live in pain. I am ready to bear anything but please don’t drag my daughter in between this.
In the mean-time, daksh entered the room making anika look in the direction of the door. Daksh was having a wicked smile. Anika gave a disgusted look back to him and said.
A: oh, so finally you got the time to meet me in person mr. daksh khuranna.
Da: (smiling) not bad… not bad. Even being in my custody you have the guts to speak with me like this.
A: (giving a mocking smile back) custody… like really what do you think daksh the thing which you have done is a great thing. Poor you. I am very sorry to say you will have to pay a large fine for committing a mistake like this.
Da: well anika I must agree you very great and have gained a lot of confidence in this two years. Living alone with your daughter in goa without informing shivay that you are alive I must say you have learnt to live your life alone. Am I right or am I wrong.
A: (she gave a surprised look to dev and said in a sorry tone) oh, so you know very well about me. that means you were keeping an eye on me. not bad. (in a questioning tone) Then how can you miss the stunts which I performed after I came back in OM. Even then you dared to kidnap me.
Da: really anika if you have so much power in you why didn’t you try to escape till now.
A: (smiling) and why should I try that daksh? When the world stupidest person is standing right in front of my eyes.
Da: (getting angry on her comment he held her hair and dragged her near the wall. He said in anger) how dare you talk like this in front of me?
A: (laughing and holding the place where he was holding her hair) don’t even dare to do anything to me daksh because if you do you won’t get a chance to regret afterwards.
Da: (leaving her hair and slapping her hard) see now I have slapped you. common let me also see what you can do now.
A: (she fisted her hand in anger and then pushing him away she said) daksh leave before I do anything worse which you don’t want me to do.
Da: (smiling) acha so you didn’t do anything to me even after slapping you then let me do something with shivay’s dear little life. (pointing kavya who was sleeping)
A: (in a calm but angered tone) if you really dare then try touching her, because I can’t guarantee about the thing which will happen with you later but for now I won’t leave you.
Daksh just laughed and went near kavya. He looked back at anika who was all red with anger and her eyes were red shot with disgust. Daksh winked at her and looked back at kavya and was about to hold her when a tight slap landed on his face which made him move some steps back from his current position. And the slap was gifted by none other than anika and she again went to him and landed another slap on his face. daksh got so angry that he was about to respond when ranveer came there and held him. Anika said.
A: (looking at daksh gaze) what are you looking at haan… (in a calm tone) I had warned you before not to touch her but you didn’t listen. So, my action was justified and I slapped you. Ranveer now before I slap you too for sending him in at this time get yourself and daksh out of this room.
Da: I will see you afterwards.
R: mama please don’t make the situation worse… please come. I will look after what must be done with her.
Ranveer left from there with daksh and anika relaxed herself. While Khanna called shivay in the lawn and showed him the footage of the outside gate where it was shown daksh and ranveer were the kidnappers. Shivay’s anger knew no bound on seeing daksh. Shivay was about to leave when Khanna stopped him saying.
Kh: sir, please calm down. Give me some more time I will track them down.
S: Khanna it’s already too late and anika and kavya needs me there.
Kh: sir I can understand your situation. But please sir I am only asking some more hours from you. Then I promise sir I won’t leave them both for kidnapping anika mam and kavya baby.
S: (letting out a sigh in relief) okay fine. Khanna make it fast. (Khanna left from there and shivay clenching his fist said in anger) daksh you have kidnapped my reason for living and my life this time. So, be ready as I will not let you live in peace. (in mind) I am coming anika. I am coming.
So, done with this part. I know that this part was a typical blunder and I don’t know what was running in my mind while typing this.
