Naina asks Arjun why he drags her repeatedly in his issues. Arvind says because she is Kajol’s sister and if she considers herself as Chaterjee family bahu, she will not attend Kajol’s wedding as he cannot see his bahu/DIL with middle-class people. Anandita says they already lost daughter and asks Taiji if she saw how Bulti was roaming around Kajol’s family like a servant. Arvind says his blood boils when he sees Bulti with them. Arjun asks why don’t they go and bring Bulti back. Anandita says he knows Bulti will not come. Arjun says to defeat them, we need to use their tactics on them, Naina should attend Kajol’s wedding as her sister. Naina says of course she will. Arjun says he will not let Kajol marry Anurag and will bring back Bulti home. Anandita says she cannot allow Kajol’s status increasing than them after marrying Anurag. Naina says she will not let that happen and will do anything to defeat Kajol and bring Bulti back home.
Chandna and Pishima decorate house for Kajol’s engagement. Chandna calls Opu and asks if he brought cheque as she doesn’t want Naina to create problem today. Opu gives 25 lakhs cheque. Chandna is amazed to see that. Pishimaa says Kajol can go to any extent to keep family happy, from where will she arrange such a big amount. Chandna hopes Anurag keeps Kajol happy always. Naina enters holding gifts and acting very happy. She gives gift to Bulti. Chandna asks what is all this. She says its sweets and gift for everyone as she is very happy to watch Kajol’s engagement, Kajol is marrying Arjun’s cousin and will be her close relative again. Pishimaa says when she speaks sweet, she has a hidden agenda always. Naina acts as hurt hearing that. Chanda calms her down. Naina gifts dresses to her cousins. They deny saying they already bought dresses for themselves and don’t need costly gifts. Anu gets a call that Anurag’s family has already left home.
Anurag’s family reaches Kajol’s house with shagun. Chandna welcomes them and tells Sharmila there was no need for so many gifts. Sharmila says its necessary for engagement. Anurag searches Kajol. Anu, Chandrika, and Bulti notice him and forcefully take him to Kajol’s room. Kajol busy wearing sari feels shy seeing hm. Anurag gets nervous and tries to walk out, but girls close the door from outsid.e Kajol asks Anurag to help her get ready and correct her sari pleats first. He does nervously. Her pallu falls down. He orrects it. She wears her bangles. He fixes necklace in her neck and earrings in her ears. Maahi Re Tumhe Kitna Chahne Lage.. song plays in the background. They both feel romantic. Anu knocks door and says aunty is calling her. Kajol asks him to go. He demands kiss from her. She shyingly asks him to go and sends him away. He says he will take it at any cost. She closes door and smiles. Naina gets jealous noticing him getting out of Kajol’s room.
Girls bring Kajol down for engagement. She takes her father’s blessings. Naina frowns thinking didi’s drama started again. Kajol takes elders’ blessings and sits next to Anurag for engagement ritual. Sharmila performs ritual and gifts her golden anklets. Naina is amazed to see that. Chandna asks her to go and check if starters are ready. Door bell rings. Naina opens door and seeing Priyanka says she came at the right time.

Naina is just so petty, who says things like that aloud about jewelry. …..Also, let’s see what Priyanka does tomorrow. I liked the sweet Anjol scene!
This series is getting on my nerves. Like Udaariyan it seem to tell us that bad behavior prevails over good. Naina hates her her sister like Jasmine hates Tejo. I stopped watching it hoping this series won’t just centre of evil prevailing so long over good and goodness, I’m bored already.
even sasural simar ka has the same story simar’s sister hates her. simar is the over mahaan type like kajol and tejo.
