Colors’ Tu Aashiqui is a musical romantic entertainer. The show got a fresh pairing. Jannat Zubair Rahmani and Ritvik Arora play Pankti and Ahaan in the show. They are very much similar in their characterizations. Pankti has interest in music, poetry and singing, just like Ahaan. Ahaan is an aspiring singer. He loses his inspiration on getting failure at every stage of his budding career. Ahaan doesn’t know who is creating obstacles in his success journey. Ahaan’s uncle Jayant Dhanrajgir is an evil minded man. He doesn’t want anyone else to achieve success. Jayant even stops his brother Manav from getting independent. Jayant is like a sweet poison for them.

Jannat has starred in numerous shows. But, she is most remembered for her role in Colors’ Phulwa. She has won Indian Telly Awards in Best Child Artiste award for Phulwa. The talented actress was recently seen in Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap and Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai. Ritvik Arora is debuting with this show. He holds a adorable screen presence.
