EPISODE-9

The wind chime was jingling with the wind. Dancing with the flow. “I love you Shivay” Anika muttered as drops ran down through her eyes. She looked at the sleeping soul and smiled looking him sleeping peacefully.

“I cannot go back to you, it’s not possible now Shivay… the responsibilities that we promised to share together, I took over it alone… I have messed everything. You are suffering for me… I can’t see this. So I must go away from your life… far away… I cannot let my Shivay break down infront of me… I can’t” she collapsed on the floor.

Her phone beeped. She checked the phone and saw a message of her job transfer came from her boss. She wiped the tears and thanked God for this. Suddenly her eyes fell on the time. 11:30 A.M.

“What???” Her eyes widened in shock. She looked up and saw Shivay still sleeping. “Shivay…. Shivay” she cried twice and ran to him. His body seemed cold than usual. “Shivayyyy…. Shivay get up Shivay… you… you can’t leave me like this… get up Shivay” she pleaded massaging his palm. Her phone ran. “Tia…” she said picking up the phone. “Anika… where are you and Shivay?? We all are waiting for you downstairs… come soon… we all are going for sight seeing today… you both know na…” Tia ended in a questioning tone.

“Tia Shivay isn’t responding… he is not getting up… Tia… my Shivay is not responding” she broke down. Her voice trembled. Tia cut down the phone from other side and ran towards Shivay-Anika’s room. “Tia what happened?” Ragini asked. “Shivay isn’t responding…” Tia just managed to say this. All of them ran towards their room.

“Shivayyyy… Shivay get up… you are the one who used to say that… that you are Shivay Singh Oberoi… and Shivay Singh Oberoi can’t die so easily… get up Shivay” she cried his name allowed. Tia and Ragini soon ran towards Anika to compose her. Tia instructed Dushyant to call the doctor soon.

The doctor arrived in an hour. “Who was there with him?” The Dr. asked. “Anika” Tia answered. “Ohh okay so you are Mrs. Oberoi…” he was continuing when Anika said “no I am not…” but without listening to her the doctor continued “Mrs. Oberoi… relax nothing has happened to him… he has heart issues right?” The doctor asked checking the medicines lying on the bed side table. “Yeah…” Anika answered softly. “Do you have his personal doctor’s number?? I need to talk to him before prescribing any medicine” the doctor said. “Yes… yes I have his personal doctor’s number… wait a minute.” Anika said and soon searched out Shivay personal doctor’s number from her phone.

After sometime the doctor said “Mrs. Oberoi… there is nothing to get worried… he fainted because maybe he has skipped his medicines and stressed himself much… I am injecting him a medicine… he will get fine soon. Just take care he takes his medicines and food on time and yeah don’t give him much stress.” The doctor completed and injected Shivay a liquid. Dushyant helped the doctor till the door .

“Anika why don’t you tell him the truth? He always trusted you… he never lost faith in you… but you are just telling him lie. Why are you doing this Anika?? You can also see he will die without you then too you are being stubborn now. Tell him… don’t let him die everyday thinking about you” Tia said Anika taking her aside.

“No Tia… I can’t tell him the truth… I have many responsibilities on my shoulder now and I cannot deny it. Please don’t get me wrong. Some truths are better if they remains hidden. Anika said and went back to Shivay. She sat beside him. The crowd was still looking at Shivay.

“Hey… you all go na… for your sight seeing… I will manage” Anika said caressing Shivay’s hairs. “But Anika leaving you alone…” Ragini was speaking but got cut by Anika “I will manage… you all go or else I would feel bad that for me all your plans got cancelled” Anika pouted. “Hey nothing like that haan…” Tia said. “Then goooo” Anika smiled. Dushyant signed Tia to come and leave them alone for sometime. The crowd dispersed soon.

“Ohh Mr. Shivay Singh Oberoi… get up soon you tadibaaz… now you have to face my anger” Anika muttered while ruffling her fingers through his hairs. “Listen I can’t see this… you are sleeping and I am starting at you like a fool… so it’s better you get up… get up soon” she again spoke and rested her head over Shivay’s chest.
