EPISODE- 10

She rested her head on his chest. When three hours passed no one cared. Anika got up rubbing her eyes. “Shivay…” she called softly. He wasn’t there. She sprang up on bed. “Shivay…” she called aloud. He wasn’t there beside her. She noticed she was sleeping on the pillow nicely. She tried to remember what has happened before sleep took its toll over her. “I… I rested my head over his chest… I was… I was crying… maybe after that I slept as I didn’t sleep yesterday night. But I still remember clearly my head was over Shivay’s chest.” She thought.

She checked the washroom but he wasn’t there. “Shivay… where are you?? Shivayy” she cried aloud fearing Shivay left her alone. “I am sorry for hurting you always… where are you please come back.” She said and called Shivay on his phone.

Tring… tring… tring… sound came from the corner. She ran towards the corner and found his mobile on the wardrobe. “His… his phone over here… he never leaves his phone and go… where is he… Shivay.. Shivay” Anika called his name aloud again and ran out of the room. She ran down.

“Ohhh baby… come I will soothe your pain” came a lady voice from behind when Anika was to go out of the hotel entrance. “There he is” Anika thought. She soon ran towards Shivay.

“Ohhh Darling stop drinking” the girl again said kissing his cheek. “Shivay… Shivay you are here? I was searching for you… why did you come out of the room… come with me let’s go our room” Anika said putting her hands over Shivay’s shoulder.

Shivay slowly looked up. His eyes red, hairs messed up. His lips curved up in a faint smile. His hand shivered and put up on Anika’s hand. “Come Shivay” Anika said gripping his hand. Shivay got up but stumbled and fell down on the couch.

“Ohhh… who are you?? He will stay with me today” the girl said.

“No… he is going with me now… in his room please help me taking him to the room” Anika pleaded.

“You are talking as if you are his wife” the girl shouted back.

“Yeah I am his wife… and second thing stop shouting… I am talking to you calmly so I at least expect a bit calm reply.” Anika said.

The girl left Shivay’s hand. Said sorry to Anika and helped her taking Shivay to their room. “Thank You” Anika said. The girl smiled and walked away. Anika closed the door. Shivay’s feet stumbled again. “Shivay… careful” Anika said and supported him to stand. She took him to the bed and made him sit.

She got up to get water for him “Anika” his voice shivered. She looked back to find him crying. She sat beside him caressing his hairs. “Don’t leave me” he said like a kid and soon hugged her. She could feel his tears on her shoulder.

He came out of the hug and put the beer bottle in his mouth. “Stop this Shivay” she said raising her voice and tried to snatch away the bottle from his hand. “Arre Anika… come you too drink and celebrate… I am celebrating my loss for the first time Anika… come… wait let me go and get another bottle for you” Shivay said extending and then again taking back his hand.

“Shivay why are you doing this?” Anika asked, her voice cracking up with every single word.

“I am celebrating my loss… I was the one… THE ONE… who use..used to say Shivay Singh Oberoi can never loose but… but today I lost… I LOST my love” he said and sipped down another sip of the drink. His voice is shivery… Anika was caressing his head while he was speaking this.

“No Shivay… you can never loose” Anika said caressing his cheeks and wiping off his tears.

“He he he…” he laughed aloud leaving Anika in shock and then continued “arre you are saying..saying this?? You.. you left.. me… alone… you knew I loved you… you were my life… but you left me alone… all alone…” tears made its way through both there eyes.

“Shivay… I had no other option” she tried to say something but got cut in the middle “I had my happiness with you but you… you killed that happiness… why Anika?? You have to answer me today… why???” He asked cupping her face. Anika wiped his tears. Extended her hand indicating him to surround her. She wanted his touch now… nothing else. She forgot about all her responsibilities, he promises and surrounded him in a tight grip.

“I Love You” she muttered slowly in his ears and kissed over his hairs. He threw off the bottle and hugged her tight, fearing if he loses his grip she will again go away from him.

“I will tell you everything Shivay… the time has come now” Anika said and pulled herself out of the hug but Shivay was all slept by then. She pecked her lips over Shivay’s forehead, caressed his hairs and put him to sleep. She too lie down beside him cuddling into him. He cuddled more close to her. She smiled looking at the child infront of her and closed her eyes.
