The Episode starts with Doctor asking everyone to leave. Thapki asks Jaya if this thing happened due to me. Jaya asks her to stop blaming herself and says it is destiny’s mistake. Thapki says why my life is getting ruined and tells that her life is on the operation table. Jaya says this happens in love and says he is hurt and you are pain. She asks her to realize her feelings for Purab. Preeti says bye and hugs Sagar. Sudha sees her hugging Sagar, but doesn’t see his face. Preeti asks him to run. Sudha asks whom you were romancing on the road. Preeti says he is a friend. Sudha asks her to tell her truth. Preeti says ok. Sagar sits down behind the cart. Purab is being operated. Doctor tries to revive his life. He takes Thapki’s name in unconscious state. Thapki hears her name and comes near the OT. Jaya asks what happened? Thapki says she heard Purab taking her name. Operation ends. Doctor comes out. Veena asks what happened? Doctor says first round surgery is completed. Everyone takes a sigh of relief. Doctor says but 24 hours is crucial for him and asks who is Thapki? Thapki says she is Thapki, his wife. Doctor says Patient fights with death for a reason and tells that two attenders can be here. He asks Thapki to stay with him. Vinod says I will stay. Hansika insists to stay. Veena says city’s best neurosurgeon will come to check my son, then I will get peace. Dadi apologizes to Doctor. Doctor says nothing will happen to Purab. Everyone leaves. Hansika tells that Purab will be fine. Preeti says she hugged the vegetable seller as he used to give him cheap vegetable. Sudha throws water on the vegetable seller and scolds him. She beats him. Preeti asks Sagar to run. He finds his keys missing. Preeti gets the keys and gives to Sagar. Sagar is leaving when Sudha sees him, and calls him. Sagar says I had a meeting with the client. Sudha tells that his brother Purab met with an accident. Sagar is shocked and goes from there. Sargam comes to the hospital and asks if whatever she heard is true. Thapki hugs her and says we will fight and he will be fine. Sargam says if anything happens to him. Thapki says Mata Rani is with him. Sargam worries for him and feels bad. Thapki asks her to be strong for Purab and the family. She asks her to go home and says I will call you. Sargam goes. Thapki prays to Mata Rani and says if anything wrong happens to Purab in 24 hours, then? She comes to the window pane and sees Purab. She recalls their moments.

Thapki asks Doctor, if she can sit with her husband. Doctor says just 2 mins. She comes to Purab and calls his name. Purab takes her name and suddenly his condition deteriorated. Thapki calls Doctor. Doctor asks Thapki to go out. Hansika wakes up and asks Thapki what happened? Doctor tells that Purab has a blood clot in his brain and tells that they have to operate on him today itself. Hansika says Veena aunty had told you that Neurosurgeon will come tomorrow and asks him not to do his surgery. She says she will talk to Veena. Doctor tells Thapki if the blood cloth is not operated then his life will be in danger. Thapki asks doctor to operate on him. Hansika says Veena aunty is his mom and she will decide. Thapki says I am his wife and has equal rights on him. Doctor gives her form to be signed on it. Hansika says if anything happens to Purab then you will be responsible. Thapki signs on the papers and asks Doctor to do the operation. Veena Devi comes there and asks how dare you to handover Purab’s life in useless doctors’ hand? She is about to slap her, but Thapki holds her hand and says Purab’s wife has taken this decision and it will not change now.

Precap: Thapki comes to the temple and walks on her knees to climb the stairs. She asks Mata Rani to save her husband and not to snatch his life. She asks her to save Purab. The doctor tries to revive him.
