The Episode starts with Thapki telling Bihaan that Sankara and Shraddha are making him have wrong medicines since 7 years so that he couldn’t get his memory back. She says it is a matter of two innocent lives now, I have to make you remember everything and have to make this darkness go away from your life. Bihaan sees their pics all around him. Thapki says these are us, and asks if you want to know what is the truth of our relation, and plays the video of their marriage. Bihaan is shocked and gets flashes of their marriage. Thapki says this is the truth and tells that she is his wife and tells that they have two twin daughters. She says I did a big mistake and agreed to them. She says our daughters and Bani and Tina. She says Tina is your own daughter whom Sankara left on road to die, and whom you have saved. She asks him to remember. Bihaan holds his head and asks her to let him go. Thapki says I know you are in pain, but we have just few hours left and asks him to remember. Bihaan is still holding his head and is in pain.

Thapki asks Bihaan to ask his heart and asks why he is unhappy after fixing his marriage with Sankara, and says that’s because I am your life partner Thapki. Bihaan says I can’t remember anything. Thapki says you have to remember everything. He sees the bell ringing and asks her to move from the way as it might fall on her. Thapki asks him to save her and says till now you had saved me. He gets flashes and hears Thapki saying that he can’t let anything happen to his Thapki. Bell is ringing still on Thapki’s head. He gets flashes of taking part in the competition and throws knife on bell making it fall. Thapki tells Bihaan that he has saved her as he knows how to aim target. She asks him to remember and pressurize his mind. Bihaan is holding his hand. Sankara and Shraddha come there. Sankara asks what is this drama? Shraddha says I told you not to come infront of Bihaan.

Others also come there. Shraddha tells Dhruv that Bihaan’s condition is worsening. Vasu asks Dhruv not to worry and says Thapki wants to make him remember his memory. Dhruv says stop it and says now this girl will not stay in this house even for a second. Vasu asks him to stop. Dhruv says I want my brother’s life and can’t see him dying like Aditi. Thapki asks Bihaan to continue remember. He holds her hand and takes her outside the house. Bihaan looks on. Thapki asks Dhruv to listen to her. Dhruv asks her not to come back again and says your daughter will be sent to your house. Thapki says Sankara and Shraddha wants to kill Bihaan and not me. Sankara is in car waiting for Thapki to come and says you will also die like we kill your sister Aditi. Bihaan comes there and says he wants to know truth. He sees speedy car going towards Thapki and saves her at the right time.

Sankara thinks who came in between and saved her. Bihaan gets back his memory and everything is right infront of his eyes. Thapki asks are you fine? Bihaan says you was about to hurt and you are worrying about me, and says ghajab…Thapki says you remembered everything. Bihaan says my heart beats for you and says I have remembered everything. Mohabbatein song plays…..He asks her not to waste her precious tears and asks her not to leave him. Thapki says never and hugs him saying I love you. Bihaan kisses on her forehead and gets teary eyes. He hugs her.

Bihaan comes home and calls Sankara angrily. Sankara comes. Bihaan hugs her and asks her not to leave him alone. He says you have taken care of me and Tina since years. Sankara asks are you saying truth? Bihaan says yes and asks her to accept him saying. Sankara asks what? Thapki comes. Sankara asks why did she come back? Bihaan says she is feeling apologetic and wants to apologize to you and all. Thapki apologizes to her and says you have handled him and Bihaan since 7 years, and says as Bihaan loves you, I shall not have any right on him and apologizes to her again. Bihaan sees her. A fb is shown. Bihaan tells Thapki that he will not leave Sankara. Thapki says we have to make her confess her crimes. She asks him to act with Sankara and don’t tell that he got his memory back. Fb ends. Dhruv asks Thapki to go and stop her drama. Bihaan tells him that he brought Thapki here for Tina and says she will go after my marriage. Thapki asks him to let her stay till his marriage. Dhruv says Sankara will decide. Thapki looks on.
