The Episode starts with Thapki seeing Aditi’s clothes peeping out of fridge and gets shocked. She knocks on the fridge calling Aditi. Aditi tells Thapki that she is locked inside. Thapki calls everyone. Shraddha gets shocked. Everyone come there and are shocked. Kosi is tensed. Chacha asks her to enjoy their remarriage. Thapki recalls opening fridge using hair pin and opens it. Shraddha is very much angry. Preeti says she has become cold and freezing. Who had put her in fridge. Thapki asks Aditi to tell who is behind the conspiracy. Aditi says she doesn’t know and tells that she just knows that she drank juice and fell unconscious. Thapki looks on, and tells everyone that they shall go to temple now. Shraddha is angry. They all leave. Thapki thinks she will see who is behind the attack on
All Pandey family comes to the temple along with Vani/Thapki. Pandit ji tells Kosi and Chacha that her family came. Chacha and Kosi are shocked. All family members are shocked too. Thapki smiles victoriously. Dhruv thinks their truth is eventually out and now Thapki will be proved innocent. Bihaan says Maa…Kosi is shocked. Bihaan asks what is happening here. Dhruv asks why you are asking question even after knowing the truth. He says this is the reason behind the accusations on Thapki. This is the reason about Thapki’s innocence whom you have thrown out of house. He says this is their shameful truth which Thapki wanted to tell, but you people didn’t hear her. He says this is the truth….He says Thapki is not with us because of them. Bihaan recalls slapping Thapki and calling her wrong, breaking his relation with her etc. Kosi acts and hugs Bihaan surprising Chacha. She asks him to save her, and tells that Chacha blackmailed her for marriage and said that if I don’t marry him then he will kill you. Everyone is shocked.
Kosi tells Bihaan that this man is not your Chacha, but killer of your father. She says you said right that Thapki was right, and I was wrong. She says it was my mistake. She says this man wanted to change his son John’s kidney with yours. Everyone is shocked. She says he knows that you have one kidney then also he wants to snatch your kidney from you. She asks him to ask Chacha, if she is lying. She blames Chacha. Bihaan couldn’t believe him. Chacha says she is saying right, Thapki was not wrong, but I was wrong. He asks Kosi to become his wife only, holds her hand and walks out of temple. Bihaan shouts Chacha and gets angry. He beats Chacha and says I trusted you and made my Thapki leave from home. He says I am dying every moment without my Thapki, just because of you. Chacha asks him to leave him. Bihaan picks a big stone to kill him, but Vasu and Balwinder stop him. Balwinder says we have lost Thapki, but don’t want to lose you. He says Chacha will be punished by law.
Kosi acts and says I should have died instead of Thapki and apologizes. Shraddha tells Vani, you knows everything and that’s why brought all of us here in the temple. Thapki feels trapped by Shraddha. Dhruv says no, it was my plan. I asked her to bring everyone here, so that’s why I brought him here. Shraddha says you…you was not here when everything happened with Thapki. Dhruv says so what? But I know her. He tells Vasu that he knows Thapki, and says how can she be so wrong with her loved ones. He says Thapki became victimized because of the big conspiracy. I trust her, if you would had trusted her then she would be with us, here. Vasu runs inside the temple and sits down crying. She asks God, why did she do wrong and tells that Thapki cried, but we didn’t believe her. Bihaan recalls breaking relation with her and gets teary eyes. Thapki recalls Bihaan slapping her.

Bihaan tells Thapki that he knows that she is his Thapki and asks her to forgive him once. He says you came back to make me realize the truth. Thapki says I can’t forgive you Bihaan.
