Anika ‘’Shivaay..i know it is tough for you to believe this…and I am still very sure, that cheapda chethan is trying to lie …so please don’t get tensed and disturbed …Pinky aunty is not such…she can never go against her family…are you listening…Pinky aunty is not involved in it…she has been trapped may be’’
Shivaay looked at her with teary eyes and held her hands……

Shivaay hugged her and Anika reciprocated tight……after sometime they broke the hug and Anika wiped Shivaay’s tears and held him by his shoulders…
Anika ‘’Shivaay…nothing wrong will happen…I will and cannot let you lose anything…neither your brothers nor this case…if any situation occurs that Pinky aunty ji is involved ..involve me instead of her…I will accept the crime …this way all your worries about OmRu will get far away’’
Shivaay was shocked to listen her last sentence…..he held her by her cheeks and kissed her forehead
Shivaay ‘’thank you…thank you for supporting me’’
Anika smiled with tears in her eyes and turned to go …when he called her name…she turned back….
Shivaay ‘’Anika….i don’t know why you did so 3 months before …but I know you have done under someone’s pressure….i know even if I ask you to say who pressurised you to do so, you will not reveal me the truth….but I can never imagine anyone else in my lif…..’’
Before he could complete the sentence , she spoke
Anika ‘’Shivaay…past is past…what is more important is our future’’
He looked on…she bit her tongue and spoke
Anika ‘’I mean what is more important is to clear the mess….i am going to meet her and bring her…meanwhile you study the case and get the facts cleared …I think Bhavya might have collected everything about Tej uncle’s fake trap case’’
Shivaay nodded and Anika left……Shivaay picked his mobile and called Khanna
Shivaay ‘’khanna…mujhe meri mom ka sara call data chahiye…tumhare paas sirf 15 minute hain nikalne keliye…sirf 15 MIN ‘’ he ended the call…..
Khanna came to him with call records of Pinky…..Shivaay took the papers and was shocked to know that Pinky was in constant touch with swethlana……Shivaay was agitated and called OmRu

Shivaay and Khanna started and Shivaay was continuously calling Pinky but she did not pick the call……..Pinky was quickly travelling to the location where Rudra and Swethlana were present…Shivaay reached before Pinky could reach and explained Rudra to not divulge any information about Swethlana to Pinky…Rudra asked him the reason but Shivaay replied saying everything would get cleared in court tomorrow…….He shifted swethlana stealthily to the place where Chethan has been held up…but both were put in different rooms……Shivaay informed
Om that he took care of swethlana and Om can go back to guest house …….

Shivaay ‘’chethan …I know you did all these crimes for money..but I have something to tell you…if you accept the crimes in court I will ensure that you get less punishment and I will also take care of your family till then……if you still wouldn’t budge and donot become approver, then let me tell you…swethlana is very dangerous …once she catches you..she will kill you too…choice is yours …think about it and take a wise decision…truth or lie is your choice… ‘’
Chethan sat back thinking…shivaay ordered Khanna to keep an eye on both of them and be careful till they present both of them in court…….he also ordered Khanna to tap Pinky’s phone………
Om and Shivaay reached guest house……Pinky reached the place where Rudra was there……
Pinky ‘’Rudra…see I came to give you food…have this and go home’’
Rudra ‘’chotii mom…I will have it here and stay back till om comes here’’
Pinky ‘’rudra..why are you sayings so…your mom is my jhethani too…I can keep an eye on swethlana…you must be tired , so go home and take rest’’
Rudra ‘’ok chotii mom…as you say…but first I am hungry…give me food’’
Pinky ‘’here…have it…okay’’ she smirked……
Rudra had it and all the while Rudra was eating food …Pinky was looking for swethlana……..Rudra observed and was smiling within himself for fooling Pinky….after he completed his food ..he turned to Pinky and said
Rudra ‘’chotii maa…pakka..you will be here till either me or Om comes back?’’
Pinky ‘’haan…haan…you go’s …I stay here’s …I will handle everything’’
Rudra ‘’ok …bye chotii maa…’’
He left from there…….once Pinky confirmed Rudra left…she quickly went to meet swethlana…she was searching for her but she didn’t find her anywhere…disappointed …she picked up her mobile and dialled a number and spoke to someone….after a little talk , the call disconnected…….
Pinky came back home as Shivaay called her and asked her to come back home………Anika too came back later
The day ended and the next day arrived ……..while everyone was tensed about Jhanvi and Tej…Pinky was tensed about herself and Anika was tensed about Shivaay ……everyone reached the court except Anika and Khanna…….
The Judge came so did the Prosecution Lawyer (PL)…Shivaay as Defense Lawyer (DL) took his position……Judge ordered the proceedings to be started……
PL : Your honor, in the previous session, my friend Mr.DL SSO has very well tried to turn the case into another direction involving Swethlana…but let me inform you, your honor it was not swethlana who made that call or informed ….it was some person by name MRS.KAVERI D’SOUZA…and she runs a canteen here in Nainital…
DL : but how come swethlana’s number was traced at the place of murder?
PL : Patience Mr.DL…Patience ..i am going to explain the same point…..Your honor…it is true a lady by name swethlana came here…….she was in Mrs.Kaveri’s canteen to have her food and forgot her mobile in her canteen while leaving…..when Mrs.Kaveri saw Swethlana’s mobile in her canteen she followed Swethlana and returned her mobile to her…and the place where the mobile was returned was near the crime area where Naren was murdered by Mrs.Jhanvi Oberoi……..that’s the reason why our able friend Mr.SSO had got the call records of swethlana near the crime location….
Judge : Mr.PL, I have asked the Nainital police to present the person in court who gave them these proofs
PL : Yes, your honor…police are bringing Mrs.Kaveri D’souza to court….they found about her yesterday and informed me that she is not in Nainital but in Goa…few minutes before I got a call from them that they have boarded the flight to Nainital and Mrs.Kaveri Dsouza is with them …I ask for apologies from the court for the delay…….
Judge : Does Defence has anything to say about this?
DL : Your honor, I would want to question Mrs.Kaveri D’souza to proceed anywhere further…but I would want to clear the allegation on my client regarding the ornament proof……I would request the court to present my witness Chetan aka Cheetah to be brought into court regarding this…
Judge : Permission granted……

Khanna brought Chethan till court and handed him over to the police and left from there……Chethan was brought into the dock
PL : Your honor, I don’t understand what my friend Mr.DL is trying to do
DL : Patience Mr.PL, patience …I am going to explain the same point…….your honor..my senior and most experienced PL has in last session said that the ornament found and/or given by the lady had blood, sweat and Dna matched it with my clients DNA….now I will explain you how this happened and why my doubt on swethlana is true…..
Judge : Mr.DL ..please put your point straight
DL: Your honor…exactly three days before the murder of late Naren…Swethlana and her partner Mrs.PINKY SHAKTHI SINGH oberoi met this person Chethan and asked him to make an Ornament…and before Mr.PL questions me what ornament …it is the same ornament that was found at the crime scene and which my senior Mr.PL has submitted as proof to the court….
PL : I object your honor…Defence is again trying to create an another story involving unwanted entry’s…..
DL : Your honor…Mrs.Pinky Shakthi Singh Oberoi is my mom, but I have not taken a backfoot to present her as member in this crime……
Judge: Objection overruled
DL: Thank you , your honor…I would request you to allow me to question Chethan…….
Judge: permission granted
DL : Chethan…please tell the court did you make another ornament of same type?
Chethan : Yes, I did make it
DL : Why did you make it? I mean who asked you to make it?
Chethan : I used to work in a jewellery store…my owner very closely worked with Oberois…few days before a lady by name Swethlana came to our shop with an ornament and asked my owner to make an another ornament exactly like the one she was holding……my owner objected to it and asked that he made it for oberois and he cannot replicate it for anyone…swethlana madam said that she was sent by Mrs.Pinky Oberoi to give the order….my owner checked with Mrs.Pinky and asked for sometime to make it……I was observing all this ….a day later Swethlana madam and Mrs.Pinky oberoi came to my home and asked me to make the same ornament but in a day or two and in return they offered me lot of money + original value of ornament…I agreed to it…and made the ornament ……..later what they did with the ornament I don’t know……
DL : that’s it your honor …his statement proves that there is one more ornament of same kind …
Judge: but where is the other ornament
DL : here your honor…Shivaay picked up a packet with the ornament and handed over it to the judge…..your honor this is not brought by me but it was found out by the police from my client’s bag which was already in the police station evidence room…
My sister Gauri went to meet my client in Jail…that’s when my client Mrs.Jhanvi Oberoi informed my sister that she did wear the ornament on the day before murder (when Tej oberoi hit Naren on his head…) but removed the same night and placed it in her bag….next day she didn’t wear it at all….
When Gauri requested the police to check her bags they did so and found this ornament on her bag….
This proves your honor that the ornament proof was also planted against my client…..
I have already proved that the lady was planted, the ornament was planted and now remains the photo proof…..which I will prove once Mrs.Kaveri Dsouza is present and after I question her…….
Judge : I ask the police to take Mr.Chethan and Mrs. Pinky Oberoi into custody for indirectly being a part in the crime, and start a fresh trial against them……..the court is adjourned for an hour for lunch break…….
Pinky was also taken into custody……..while Pinky tried to talk to shivaay…shivaay royally ignored pinky at that point ..thought he felt sad for doing so..but he was so hurt that his anger overpowered his love for his mom, who conspired against her own family……..
Gauri received a call and she along with Rudra left somewhere……….

The session started and police entered with Kaveri Dsouza……. Oberois, Jhanvi and Shivaay were shocked to see her ……..
Police : Your honor …apologies for the delay…she is Mrs.Kaveri Dsouza (KD) and she is the one who sent us the proofs to us….
Judge : Mrs.Kaveri Dsouza (KD) you may please stand in the dock and speak whatever you want to say …..
KD : your honor …I don’t know why I am being dragged into this…I did not do anything…I did not send any proofs and I don’t know who they all are …please allow me to show my id proof,
birth certificate that proves that I am Kaveri D’souza not some swethlana…
She handed over her id proofs to the judge…..
DL : Enough of your drama swethlana…I haven’t seen a more worst person than you…you change your faces, you change your name and create havoc in lives of people..
PL : I object your honor…Mr.DL is using foul language and degrading the decorum of the court
Judge : Objection sustained, The court issues its first warning to the defence that the Defence may not bring their personal issues or use foul language there by degrading the decorum of the court…
DL : I am sorry your honor….
Judge : Mr.DL her id proofs, medical proofs and all other reports she submitted clearly states that she is Kaveri D’souza not swethlana…….
DL : She is not Kaveri Dsouza but she is swethlana…… the master mind behind this entire crime….
PL : Mr. SSO, you are forgetting that the police has said that she is Kaveri Dsouza and I am sure without any investigation they will not say so….also honourable judge also believes she is

DL : Mr. PL , give me sometime and I will close this case with every proof against her and you will get shocked as to what is happening and what has happened….i promise you will forget that you are fighting a murder case and instead watching a crime movie….just sometime and this case will end…

Chethan : she was the one who came to jewellery shop and then came to me along with Mrs.pinky Shivaay singh oberoi to order me to make the other ornament.
DL: Are you sure ?
Chethan : yes….i can never forget her…she was the one because of whom I am in this mess now…also I have a video that I recorded to blackmail her and Pinky Oberoi for money….
Judge : Where is that video ?
DL : your honor I have the proof with me …..
I request the court to allow me to submit the proof , along with the attest by the Forensic department that it is original and has not been tampered in any way…..

The video was played and swethlana was clearly seen along with Pinky….

Swethlana was the daughter of a very good friend of Late Mr.Ashok Kapoor… Late Mr.Ashok Kapoor who also was an employee of Oberoi Industries……….because of his friendship with swethlana’s father, Mr.Ashok Kapoor introduced Swethlana to Oberois and managed her to get a job in the Oberoi Industries…….
Swethlana with her hardwork and sharp mind grew to be the security incharge of oberoi industries and a very close aid to Mr.Tej Singh Oberoi…..
Mr.Tej Singh Oberoi blindly trusted this lady without knowing the real intentions of her…..when she had enough power in her hand she started illegal business of dangerous chemicals that were produced in Oberoi Chemical Industries …….
Your honor ….Please check the papers of her illegal business that my sister Bhavya an ACP of Meerut has collected, which are on your desk

DL : To her bad luck late Mr.Ashok Kapoor the then manager and in-charge of chemical factory caught her red-handed and collected the proofs against her and filed them.
When swethlana got to know about the evidences against her being collected she decided to end the life of Ashok Kapoor …
And she got the opportunity very quickly to her luck …..it was the time when Oberois got an order from Government …the GO stated that Mr.Tej Oberoi had to blast the Chemical Industry and set up a new one in barren lands of south Maharastra…Mr.Tej Oberoi ordered Mr.Ashok to evacuate the chemical factory and get it blasted….Swethlana who was always close to Mr.Tej heard everything and made a plan then to kill Mr.Ashok and trap Mr.Tej Singh Oberoi in the murder so that she remains safe and has control over Mr.Tej Singh Oberoi…..
On the day when the blast was to be Done Mr.Ashok Kapoor sent Oberoi Mansion A PAINTING …and when Oberois saw the painting they were impressed and soon the painting graced the wall of Oberoi Mansion……
On the other hand before Mr.Ashok Kapoor could reach the factory, swethlana ensured to let few people remain in the factory , ..in parallel an hour before the blast a call was received on Mr. Tej Singh telephone to confirm about the blast…he shouted them to blast the factory as instructed…this portion of Mr.Tej Singh Oberoi’s speech was captured in a video by swethlana…..later when the factory was blasted few people died and there was a case… Swethlana didn’t stop there ..the same day she killed mr.Ashok Kapoor and very smartly placed the dead body on the road from where Tej Singh Oberoi regularly reaches home…as expected When Tej Singh Oberoi drove the car he hit already dead Mr.Ashok Kapoor and this was also recorded by her who hid herself near by the bushes…….From then on swethlana had been blackmailing Mr.Tej Singh Oberoi saying that the video proof is with her…
Mr.Tej without knowing the truth shut both the cases then by bribing the police……but what was not known to them was …there was a post-mortem happened to Mr.Ashok’s body and it clearly stated that Ashok was dead even before accident happened ……swethlana hid those proofs …….

DL : Later she met the family of Ashok Kapoor and instigated them that Tej Singh Oberoi has killed Mr.Ashok Kapoor and gained sympathy from them ….the family of Ashok Kapoor, that is Mrs.Ashok Kapoor and her daughter Tia Kapoor, after getting instigated by swethlana decided to take revenge from Oberois……… swethlana helped them in taking revenge to gain their trust, by helping them to plot against oberois…when she gained trust of the Kapoor’s, she tried to find about the proofs collected by Ashok Kapoor against her and got to know that on the day of death Mr.Ashok Kapoor has sent A PAINTING to oberois…..she also got to know that he had given a key to them to keep it safe…….Swethlana took the key from them and was in search of the painting………then her motive was to enter Oberoi Mansion to search for painting…so she made a plan to enter OM by blackmailing Tej…when she was failing she tried to marry Omkara Singh Oberoi…….
But what no one knew was SHE WAS NOT ACTUAL SWETHLANA.. WHO WAS ASSUMED TO BE THE DAUGHTER OF FRIEND OF LATE Mr.ASHOK KAPOOR…..

SSO smiled and looked towards the door …everyone shifted their gaze towards the door and were shocked to see Anika standing with real swethlana………..Then they saw Kaveri D’souza standing in the deck ……everyone’s eyes popped out in surprise and for a moment they were dumbstruck !!!
Anika moved a bit aside and Shivaay saw Tia and Mrs.Kapoor standing there …….Kaveri was shocked to see all of them……..
