Om ‘’nothing Mr.Oberoi…Swethlana will soon be summoned by Nanital court to be present for attempt to murder of Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi…as Shivaay is going to file a case against her and these papers are the copy of legal notices …tomorrow our lawyers will submit these in Nainital court and I am sure Swethlana will be left with no option except to be present there’’

Jhanvi : Your honour I would request you to allow my elder son Shivaay Singh Oberoi to fight this case in my defence
PL : I object your honour , as we cannot in every case allow anyone to fight the case in defence and particularly when the case is a murder case

Your honor, the lady in the video is supposed to be the mother of the victim Late Mr.Naren…however please note your honor that she has colloquially , that is partial day blindness, that means she cannot see clearly in Day light …the murder has been done in the morning as per the post-mortem report then how could the lady see that it was Mrs.Jahnvi and Mr.Tej…
Judge : do you have any proofs that this lady has colloquially?
SSO: Yes your honor…this lady has been murdered a week before and the post mortem and her previous medical reports are here…

PL : May be she has been under going treatment for colloquially and hence could have viewed
DL : Mr. PL if someone like me says this statement it would have been believable but you are a senior lawyer and I am sure you would have proofs that her vision was proper…

DL : to clear this point I have digged her entire history and found out that she is not the mother of Naren…and has no connection with Naren…also your honor, a day after death of Naren her bank account was credited with Rs. 5 lakhs ….a lady whose livelihood is miserable has been credit with Rs.5 lakhs straight away…this points that she was a planted proof but not a direct proof ….in the papers I have submitted the bank statement is also available
PL : How will you prove that the ornament is not of Mrs.Jhanvi …the DNA collected from the ornament matches Mrs.Jhanvi’s DNA and the ornament has blood over it….
DL : True your honor the day this murder took place the ornament was wore by Jhanvi Oberoi…I would request the honourable court to give me sometime to find the secret behind this ornament…
PL : I object your honor…we have already delayed this case and cannot let more time to be given

PL : We can’t deny the photo proof which is major proof against Mrs.Jhanvi….it is crystal clear form the photo that Mrs.Jhanvi has brutally murdered Naren…..please note your honor Jhanvi and Naren were college mates and mrs.Jhanvi has personal rivalry with the victim since their college days…….and after so many days when Naren came before Jhanvi her anger had bursted and she brutally murdered him…..

PL : Please don’t try to lie Mrs.Jhanvi…not someone …it’s you who murdered

Your honor…the relationship of Jhanvi with his husband was not so good…Mr.Tej intimidated Mrs Jahnvi many times , tried to kill her, give divorce …but Mrs. Jhanvi was adamant….so she thought to kill two birds with one shot…she had built up an extreme anger on her husband Tej…when Tej had hit Naren on that night and Naren did not die, Jhanvi went to the store room and murdered him brutally and came back….she knew if the police comes she will not be suspected as Tej was the one who hit Naren and out of his anger he even killed him…but what she didn’t expect was truth will not be hidden and someone took this picture while Mrs.Jhanvi was killing and thus she got caught…
Your honor the photo I submitted in the court is the biggest and strong proof for what had happened…
So I request the court to punish Mrs.Jhanvi under IPC Section 302 for murdering Naren brutally
Jhanvi : No…no…this is false…this no true…this is not true….
She fell down crying and sobbing……
Anika got up and tried to come to her when Shivaay showed her hand to stop and signalled her that he will handle….Anika sat down …OmRu looked at each other but were supported by Gauri and Bhavya…….

Your honor , I agree that this photo shows that Mrs Jhanvi is holding the knife, but nowhere does it show that she is plunging the knife into Victim’s body…so we cannot come to a conclusion that Mr.Jhanvi has murdered Naren…it is quite possible that she is bringing out the knife from the body
PL : If that is the scenario Mr.SSO, then I have another proof that will clear off your myth
DL : Your honor before PL presents another proof against my client , I would want to throw light on another issue regarding the Photo

My first question is : who is the person who took these photos? Secondly , If he/she has taken photos then why is he/she not coming infront of the court? Next, if that unknown person was present during the crime then he/she is also a suspect in this case ….so I would request the court to order the police to bring the person who took this photos and gave them ..to bring them in the court.
PL : But how does it help this case your honor…it is clearly seen that Mrs.Jhanvi was plunging the knife into the body of victim
DL : It does help this case your honor, because this was a pre-planned murder…please give me the permission to explain..

DL : Thank you, your honor …….We are suspecting a person by name Swethlana to be involved in this case…Swethlana is an employee of Oberoi Empire and a close aid to Mr.Tej Singh Oberoi, husband of Mrs Jhanvi Tej Singh Oberoi ….she has been blackmailing Mr.Tej over many years for a crime that has been never committed by Tej yet been framed……..though her real intention behind the blackmailing is not known but she had many times took rivalry from the Oberois….
PL : I object your honor…the facts that DL is saying has nothing to do with the current Naren Murder case
Judge : Objection Sustained…Mr DL…this has nothing do with the current case
DL : There is your honor, the same swethlana has been found to be in Nainital during the day when murder took place…
Judge : You are alleging a person DL…I hope you have enough proofs to support your allegations
DL : Yes , your honor…i do have enough proofs to support my statements …here the call list of Swethlana, we obtained from the mobile company…
SSO handed the papers to stenographer sitting who in turn gave it to judge…Judge saw the list and looked at DL
DL : Please note your honor, not only was Swethlana present in Nainital but she was also near the location where the murder took place…considering the previous and current rivalry
Swethlana holds with the Oberois , we cannot let go off the fact that she is directly or indirectly involved in this murder…so I would request you two things your honor
1. Please ask the police to bring the person to court who sent the video proofs and the photos to them to arrest Mrs.Jhanvi in this murder case
2. Send summons to Ms.Swethlana to be present in the court for the next session of trail.
Till then I would request you to adjourn the case….
