The popular Star Plus show Teri Meri Doriyaann has been making headlines recently due to a significant twist: the lead character, Sahiba, has died. Despite this dramatic turn, the actress who portrayed Sahiba, Himanshi Parashar, will remain on the show, taking on a brand new character.

A source close to the project has revealed that the Teri Meri Doriyaann team will soon conclude the shoot, with the last episode set to air on July 14, 2024.

Despite the major twists introduced by the makers, the show struggled to connect with audiences, leading to a decline in TRPs. To wrap up the storyline, the creators have introduced a new character.

It has also been learned that actor Manoj Chandila will join the show as an antagonist, aiding in the storyline’s conclusion. Chandila will portray Zorawar, the ex-husband of Gurnoor (Himanshi Parashar). Angad will assist Gurnoor in dealing with her issues with Zorawar.

After Sahiba’s tragic death, Akeer and Angad (Vijayendra Kumeria) were devastated. However, they were astonished to encounter Sahiba’s lookalike, Gurnoor, a singer seeking a job as a music teacher. Akeer found comfort in Gurnoor’s company and grew closer to her, while Angad also felt a strong connection with her.
