Angad while driving back to hospital tells Sahiba that Manveer’s every decision is proving wrong. Sahiba says Manveer’s intention was right though. Angad calls his assistant Pam and asks her to inform all the staff to reach City Hospital for liver donation test. Sahiba recalls doctor informing her that her blood group matches for organ donation, but she can’t as she is anemic. Specialist doctor tests Simran and informs that Simran’s condition is very critical and she will die if she doesn’t get liver transplant in 2 hours. Inder breaks down hearing that, calls Sahiba, and informs her same. Angad and Sahiba return to hospital. Sahiba hears Simran calling her and walks towards her ICU room. Nurse stops her. Sahiba says Simran is calling her. Nurse says it’s impossible as Simran is in coma. Sahiba further hears Simran pleading to save her as promised. She forcefully walks into OT and informs doctor that she is ready for organ donation.
Doctor informs Brars that they got a donor for Simran and are preparing for surgery. Angad asks who is the donor. Doctor says his wife Sahiba. Angad with family rushes to Sahiba and insists her not to take a haste decision after doctor’s warning. Sahiba says she knows she is anemic and there is a risk for her life if she loses more blood during surgery, but she doesn’t have any other option to save Simran’s life. Keerat asks her to wait till her and Veer’s test reports come. Jaspal asks her not to risk her life as she is also important to them. Angad asks Inder why he is risking Sahiba’s wife to save his daughter. Inder says Sahiba is also his daughter and he is in a dilemma now. Keerat speaks to her parents and informs Sahiba that their parents are coming to speak to her. Sahiba says it’s too late now.
Angad tries his best to convince Sahiba, but she gets adamant to donate her organ and save Simran. A romantic song plays in the background. Nurse takes Sahiba out towards OT. Inder falls on Sahiba’s feet and says she has stood too high in his eyes after her effort to save his daughter’s life. Sahiba walks towards OT.
Precap: Doctor informs Angad that Sahiba has slipped into coma and it’s hard to say if she will regain consciousness or not. aAngad pleads Sahiba to get up as he wants to celebrate anniversary with her and propose her on a date. His tears fall on Sahiba’s forehead. Sahiba opens eyes and then stops breathing.

I thought we all had one liver?
Part of the liver. When someone donates the liver, doctors only take a part of it. When the patient’s body accepts the liver, it grows fully. Same for the donor.

We have only have one liver but i think a portion of it can be cut and used for another person as it gets healed so easily

Amazingly Sahiba is the perfect match. No donor tissues match etc done but only a blood test is enough.

Very step of the scene was copied from choti sardarni but very bad copy!! No emotion no logical explanation or reasonable event. Very much disappointed.

Sahiba is certainly now the Queen of crying and talking while crying. So negative with all these serials of the lead actors always suffering while the villains by enlarge get away. We have seen this in Imlie, Yeh hai chahatein, Pandya store, Faltu, TMD and many others…sigh
Are we as fans enjoying this negativity so much that the Producers ensure to repeat it in every serial.
