Tejo TS – I needed to lose you to love me (Part 6)

Ishaan had come back the very next day much to tejo’s delight. His arrival also paved way to the party which she and Yuvraj had put on hold.

Tejo started the preparations as soon she could and even though she was not a fan of grandeur and mostly preferred simplicity than showing off ,she also knew that this has to one of the most the magnificent parties and she could not compromise with anything. The most expensive invitations were send to big influential families in Punjab, the best event managers of punjab were put to work for organizing the event with clear instructions that they needed the best of best arrangements. Tejo herself prepared the guest list and added the Virk family’s name in it. soon the party invitation itself became topic of discussion among the High society people, everyone were marvelling over the gorgeous invitation card. The main topic of the ladies kitty party shifted to the dresses and jewellery they planned to wear for the party. The virk family were delighted to receive the invitation especially jasmine was jumping with excitement and already had gone to shopping twice with sweety for the event. Fateh was strictly ordered by his father to attend the party with the family and mahi was informed that she was to attend the party in clear terms. The virk family after being excluded from all the High society events for years wanted to built their reputation again and this event would be great opportunity for this.

Meanwhile in the Mansion, Tejo was just looking around the arrangement when ishaan had come over looking perfectly handsome in his black suit and took away the responsibility from her.

” Bhabhi, you too have you get ready and look gorgeous too” ishaan says and ushered tejo to her room where her hired make-up artists were waiting for her. She takes a quick breath and sits in front of the dressing table and lets the makeup artists to do their work. After half an hour of having people hover around her and putting creams and putting various cosmetics on her, tejo was finally left alone when the hair stylist was done with her work. The two woman who had stylised her for the event marvelled about how beautiful she looked and left the room after collecting their payment from her. Tejo looks in front of dressing mirror scrutinizing herself for a moment checking if she had not missed something and leaves her room. She arrives at the hall where both her husband and brother in law were busy in some deep discussions.

” Kya baatein ho rahi hai?” Tejo asks as she interjected herself in the conversation gaining Yuvraj and ishaan’s attention.

Ishaan shrugs, ” Nothing huge bhabhi! We were just discussing about the business”

” And bhabhi you look absolutely gorgeous” ishaan compliments his sister in law, ” bhai be careful! Who knows who would try to steal bhabhi from you today”

” Shut up ishaan” Yuvraj chides his brother and looks at his wife mesmerized. She looked stunningly beautiful in her black sari with her blackless blouse. Tejo looks down shyly feeling her husband’s gaze on her. Ishaan sensing the romantic gestures happening with eyes walks away from the scene making excuse of checking up with the DJ.

” So,Should I be scared of some handsome guy trying to steal you from me?” Yuvraj asks her teasingly moving closer to her.

Tejo smirks, ” well it’s a sad thing that I’m already married and I intend to remain loyal to my husband”

Yuvraj shakes his head smiling a bit. The arrival of the guests took their attention away. Tejo wraps her hand around Yuvraj’s arms as they go to greet their guests as a couple. From ministers to famous businessman everyone had arrived for the party. The Sandhus had also arrived to the party and were actually blinking at the scenario wide eyed, ishaan patiently slipped them to the vip corner of the party and handled them well not distrubing his sister in law who was speaking with the health minister. He shots a reassuring smile on tejo’s direction, tejo nods at him briefly and continues talking with the minister who were listening to some of her ideas with interest.

Sensing that most of the important guests already arrived, Ishaan indicates the dj to stop the soft music and takes microphone in his hand and spoke into it.

” Good evening ladies and gentlemen, First of all I thank you for taking out of some time from your busy schedule and attending this party. I’m already overwhelmed by the friendliness shown by and it seems like now I get why bhabhi wants to settle here ”

” Anyway I request my bhabhi and my brother to come over the stage and end this formal party so that the real party begins” Ishaan concludes his speech. Tejo made her way to the stage with Yuvraj and takes the mic from ishaan and thanks everyone for attending the party and concludes the party. Tejo did not speak a lot except words that she is really looking forward to work with few people in future regarding social works. The guests responded enthusiastically towards her speech and sat on the tables allocated to them. The waiters started serving the guests, tejo kept looking at the table allocated for the virks which was empty as of now.

” Dance with me” Yuvraj’s voice took away tejo’s attention again

” Aah!” Tejo mumers in confusion, Yuvraj extends his hand and points towards the dance floor. Tejo smiles understandingly and slips her hands to his as they move towards the dance floor. They dance happily on the dance floor blissful in their own world and so lost in each other’s eyes that they did not notice they have captured everyone’s attention with their dance including the virks who had entered the party few minutes ago.

Jasmine looked on horrified as she sees her sister, she tightened her hold on fateh truly afraid of what was going to happen. Fateh watches painfully as the woman he loves right now dancing with some other man happily lost in her own world. The other virks were too shocked to react at the moment but mahi who knew about tejo’s marriage was already praying to god that they don’t create any other drama in tejo’s life.
