Night after engagement
Twinkle was lying down on her bed admiring her engagement ring. Suddenly she heard her phone beep. It was kunjs meesage- hi hope you are well, do you mind if I call you.
Twinkle was nervous at first incase RT heard her talk to kunj. She went to her room door and quietly closed it. She got herself comfortable in bed and then replied to kunjs message= I am fine thanks, hope you are well, I wouldn’t mind if you call me.
Kunj was waiting for her message impatiently when he heard his phone beep a smile came across her face. He went and sat down on his bed and rang her.
On the phone=
K= hi
T= hey
K= did I disturb you?
T= no not at all

K= I know that we are going to meet each other tomorrow but I just wanted each other to know each other a bit before we meet.
T= I am glad that you rang as I would also like to know you before we meet…. Everything went so fast that our marriage got fixed without us meeting each other .
K= I know… papa just wanted me to get married and settle down… I was introduced to other girls but I never really liked them so I found some excuses to say no to marry them ….what about you?
T= I was also introduced to a few guys but papa came to know that I was finding some good plans so that the boys say no to marry me…. Soon papa found out and fixed my marriage with you…. Kunj do you know how our marriage got fixed?
K= I don’t know exactly but Bebe told me that RT uncle and papa met in the temple once and guruji was checking our horoscopes and he told them that our match…. Our fathers fixed the marriage as they wanted us to get married also we both belong from business backgrounds which made it easy for them…
T= oh ok… its so weird that we are engaged now but we never knew how our marriage got fixed

K= yeah I know…. Can I ask you something?
T= sure
K= what was your first impression of me when you saw me ?
Twinkle smiled in her mind= I cant tell him that I thought he might be the mr perfect when I saw his picture….
K= twinkle are you there?
T= yeah sure… I thought that you seem to be a friendly person with good looks.
Kunj smiled
T= what did you think of me?
K= I thought that you have really attractive eyes and are really pretty
Twinkle blushed hearing the compliements
T= thanks…. So I guess you are in the family business
K= yeah I am
T= did you always want to do this?…. sorry I know I am asking many questions

K= no its ok I don’t mind…. I didn’t want to join the family business… I always wanted to travel the world and become a photographer and write a book on nature but papa objected…. But I don’t mind family business … what about you ?
T= I studied fashion in college and got a degree but papa never let me go and purchase a career in it so I just stay at home and design outfits.
K= that’s interesting… you will probably design OUR wedding outfits to right ?
The word OUR echoes in her ear and she smiles.
Kunj realized what he said and bites his tongue= ummmmmmmmmmm wohhhh…..
T= of course I will she said with confidence
K= so what do you want to do tomorrow ?
T= I don’t know its up to you …
K= ok we will decide tomorrow ..
T= I wouldn’t mind going shopping she said ….
K= girls love their shopping…
T= you probably understand having 3 sisters and being the only son in the family
K= very well
They both laugh
They both continue talking and don’t realise how time went so fast as it was 3.00 in the night…..
They both realsie it was late and disconnected the call even though they didn’t want to disconnect it .

They both go to sleep with a s mile on their face.
