The episode starts with kunj shocked happy amazed surprised mixed emotions

Kunj is sleeping beside her bed holding her left hand nd keeping his head on the side of the bed twinkle wakes up her head spinning but she manages to open her eyes she turns nd finds kunj sleeping peacefully beside her holding her hand she smiles (sajna ve plays) twinkle tries to get up without disturbing kunj but due to some movement he wakes up suddenly he cups her face
Kunj: twinkle… u fine… u r ok? U want something
Twinkle is surprised but his behavior

Kunj removes his hand nd tucks the pillow properly so she can sit once she sits comfortably kunj stands nd starts
Kunj: dont u know how to cross the road do u even care for someone do u even realize what would have happened to me if something happened to u nooo because u r selfish u only think about urself but no mrs twinkle kunj sarna i will not let u die nd i wont leave u… u have worn sindoor nd mangalsutar of my name now u have to bear me…. They share an eyelock full of love and pain twinkle breaks the eyelock
Twinkle: u know what? I can never die because i know… u will save me anyhow whatever happens u will be there with me
Kunj hugs her she hugs him back with one hand kunj breaks the hug nd kisses her forehead twinkle is stunned she felt heaven nd gets butterfly in her stomach kunj sits twinkle looks at him full surprised kunj looks at her
Kunj: what?
Twinkle nods in no nd looks down
Twinkles POV
God what is happening to him i agree i like it whatever he is doing infact i love it but what if he leave me?? Oh twinkle just now he told i have bear him for the rest of my life soo lets do it (she smiles)

Twinkle comes out of her dreamworld

Just then the doctor enters kunj stands

Nd leaves
Doctor: oh mrs sarna how r u feeling?
Twinkle: very good doctor thank u for treating me

he points outside through the window twinkle could see kunj talking on the phone happily twinkle looks at him lovingly
Doctor: i must say ur husband loves u alot anywayzz i will ask the nurse to prepare the discharge paper
Nd leaves the words echoes in twinkles head

Kunj nods he comes nd sits beside her tapping on her forehead so that she will sleep after few minutes twinkle is sleeping kunj smiles looking at her peaceful face he kisses her forehead nd leaves screen freeezes on twinkles face
