Ankit asks a team member about Tara (the girl with pigtails). The crew member points behind Ankit.
Tara asks a crew member about RO. Saira tells Tara to look after her mother. She is alone. Tara tells her not to worry. There are other people around. Saira says you said you will do anything for Ma. Tara agrees but then asks her how she will recognize her. Saira says she is on a wheelchair and is wearing a cap.
Mane family is sitting far from the stage. They want to sit in the front but a crew member tells them to sit there itself.
RD is checking last minute preps. I don’t want a single mistake in the grand premiere. Recheck everything! The crew nods.
Ankit pats at a crew member’s shoulder. The guy doesn’t look up and speaks rudely. His friend notices Ankit and alerts him. Ankit writes down something for them.
Tara wheels Saira’s mother inside.
Ankit writes on a notepad – there is a problem with one girl! The guy asks him if someone broke his heart. All the girls are a problem! Ankit writes Tara’s name. The female crew member goes to check on Tara.
Tara brings Saira’s mother in the front. People ask her to move her aside. Tara says Aai will sit in the front. Will you move her aside? They insist upon moving that lady aside. Tara shows her card. Shall I move you guys aside? Ajji praises Tara. Chinu seconds her. I always say there is something special about her. Ajji says I never heard this one before. Tara makes Saira’s mother comfortable. Whistle for Saira Tai and clap for Radhika Tai also. Ajji calls out to Tara. Tara says I am glad to see you guys. Ajji says we are sitting here. How will we see Radhika’s performance from here? We should be sitting in front. Tara thinks that girl is her senior. What if she scolds me in front of everyone? She introduces her family to the female crew member. Tara says I told them that they will sit wherever you will tell them to sit. The girl says they should have told me before. She offers them front row seats. Tara thanks her senior. Ajji says I told you that Tara’s words are paid heed to. One day everyone will listen to her. Tara says one day Bappa will also be proud of it one day. Ajji nods. Bappa will do something because of which you will be on the stage one day. Tara gets confused. She hears an instruction for her on the walkie-talkie and excuses herself.
A crew member gives RO sheet to Tara. Give the photocopies to all the contestants. Tara says you should have told me this before. He explains that this is run order. It shows the sequence. Tara says someone should have told this patiently beforehand. He reasons that there is no time for that. People understand it with time. Tara nods.
A female crew member walks up to Tara. Have you done something with Ankit Sir? He came and started looking for you! Tara gets tensed.
Crew member announces everyone’s name in sequence as per final RO. Gurpreet is worried about her black eye. Make up hasn’t completely covered her dark eye. Rahul clicks a selfie with all the contestants.
The girl tells Tara that Ankit is very irritating. I have been working with him since 3 years. He continues to irritate me. Go to the other side. I will tell him I dint see you. Tara thanks her. She checks the RO. Tai’s performance is in the end. What will she do? There is no time to even change the dance form.
Tara meets the Emcee (Amol) backstage. The premiere is about to start in 10 minutes. Tara is worried for Radhika. Amol asks her if she is fine. She asks him if he can help her. My sister is a contestant here. She has to do Kathak but she has been asked to dance on western song. RD says something to Amol on walkie-talkie. He excuses himself. Tara requests Bappa to find a solution for this problem. Don’t create any other bigger problem than this now! Ankit notices Tara from far. Venky pulls her aside just then. There is so much to do. Start working.
Bedane has fixed his TV in Mane House. Sarita asks him if the TV will work. Bedane nods. Baba bought it for me. He notices Sachin’s stare and says I do study. Sachin says you and Tara are famous for it. Sarita thinks her husband looks calm from inside but he is worried about Radhika’s performance. They tell Bedane to do something asap.
RD asks someone to clean the stage. Tara offers to do it. She picks a broom and walks on the stage with dreamy eyes. The lighting is very dim. Someone plays a song. Tara starts dancing to its rhythm unintentionally. She smiles as the song ends. Lights come on suddenly and Tara realises what she had been doing. Crew members ask Tara to move aside. Ankit tries to stop her but in vain. He signals his teammates. They take him to the backstage.
Sarita calls out to her husband. The show is about to start.
Everyone gears up for the show.
Sarita and Bedane wish Radhika all the best.
All the contestants do a little pep talk with themselves. Amol comes on stage as the show goes live. Every artist dreams to be here one day. Tara is watching him intently. Everyone is glued to him (on TV screen and in person). Tara is in disbelief. This is happening in front of my eyes!
Precap: All the contestants and judges are introduced. A special performance is done by the winner of Dancer No. 1, Season 6, Sanam. Amol says we want the contestants to settle in a little but Shrilekha says first elimination will happen today itself. All the contestants get tensed.
