TALES OF THE HEART

EPISODE 17

The episode starts with Bondita in court. After some time, the hearing starts.

Judge- Barrister Bondita,  tell the details of your case.

Bondita- Your Honour, my client Suraj’s daughter is missing from past few days, nearly 4-5 days. He suspected his second wife’s brother. She was the step mother of her. But when Suraj made a police complaint against his brother-in-law, his brother-in-law had already complained that he had killed his own daughter.

Judge- Opposing barrister,  do you want anything to tell?

O. Barrister- Yes, Your Honour, he had killed her. Because if he loved her he would never marry another women after her mother’s death.

Judge- B. Bondita..

Bondita- Your Honour, he had married her because when his first wife died, he did second marriage because his daughter needed a mother as she was just 7 years old.

O. Barrister- B. Bondita, how are you sure? Do you have any proofs of my client being culprit??

B. Bondita- Yes, Your Honour, may I ask some questions to Mr. Tarun (girl’s step maternal uncle)??

Judge- Yes !

B. Bondita- so, Mr. Tarun, do you liked Malini (missing girl) from the start ??

Tarun- No, but in course of time, I have accepted her as my nephew.

B. Bondita- As we know that you filed complaint against Mr. Suraj before him. So, can you tell me that how do you get to know that Mr. Suraj had killed his own daughter??

Tarun- I…I .. I don’t know. I have just guessed.

B. Bondita- Your Honour,  it’s clear that the opposing team had not any proper evidence.

Judge- O. Barrister, do you want to say Anything??

O. Barrister- No your honour.

Judge- B. Bondita,  do you have evidence?

B. Bondita- Yes.

Bondita gives him a file containing papers , a packet which contained a anklet, a gun, a knife, a handkerchief.

B. Bondita- So , Your Honour,  it’s clear that he was not alone who killed Malini. His sister was with him. See, the anklet..it’s  his sister’s ankles.

O. Barrister- How are you sure that this is Malini’s step mother’s anklet only?

B. Bondita-  This was her birthday gift gifted by her dada specially on her birthday. He made it special for her. In the opening point of the anklet, there’s written “Tarun’s loving sister”. And I think it’s enough to know that she is too a culprit.

O. Barrister stood there not able to day anything , he was continuously failing to argue with Bondita.

B. Bondita- And apart from that, the weapons we have found there have the finger prints of Mr. Tarun and his sister. So, it’s clear that Mr. Tarun and his sister is the one who killed Malini.

Judge- O. Barrister,  do you want to say anything??

O. Barrister- No , Your Honour.

Judge- So, it’s  clear that Mr. Suraj had not killed his own daughter. Mr. Tarun and his sister are announced a Death sentence.  The court is adjourned for the day.

Judge left.

O. Barrister- B. Bondita , I am impressed by your arguing skills.

B. Bondita- Thanks..

At RC Mansion,

Batuk and Abha were in a dilemma that how will they propose each other. Batuk wrote a letter to Abha.

Dear Abha, 

                Can you come in the terrace,  after everyone sleeps??

Your Batuk.

Abha goes to the terrace after everyone sleeps. Batuk neeled down in front of her and offered her a rose.

Batuk- Abha, when I first saw you, my heart started beating faster. I can’t stop staring at you. I have fallen for you. I Love You. Will you marry me??

Anna stood there shocked.

Batuk- ok, I will not force you..

He starts leaving from there but Abha holds his hands.

Abha- oho, kitne buddha ho tum, itna time koi leta hai kya bolbe mein…. yes I love you too Idiot.. I love you .. Yes,  I will marry  you..

Batuk smiles and hugs Abha. After sometime,they parted and Batuk gave a light, sweet, living kiss on Abha’s forehead. Abha blushed feeling his lips on her skin.

Next morning,

Batuk asked TRC for his marriage with Abha and he agreed.

Soon, their marriage rituals begin.

(I am not explaining marriage as I have never clearly observed any marriage, I only went there eat food and met with my relatives and return home.. actually I am a big foody😉🤭🙈)

Soon their marriage was done.

The next day, after their phool sojja,

A car came and stopped in front of RC Mansion. A British Boy came down from it. He stared at Bondita.

Bondita(whispering to Anirudh)- Pati Babu, this is Joseph. Who wanted to kill our child.

Anirudh(to Bondita)- I have a plan..

Bondita(to Anirudh)- What plan??

Anirudh tells her the plan.

Bondita- perfect.

In the evening, Anirudh is returning from court, Joseph tried to kill him but he moved and Joseph hit the Judge’s wife.

Judge- B. Joseph, you hurt my wife?

Joseph- sorry , sir…. I mean Your Honour..

Judge- Jailer, take him and bring him to court tomorrow. No barrister will fight for him nor against him.. I will give her punishment.

After sometime, somnath treated her.

Anirudh(to himself)- I have thought of another plan, but this also worked.

The next day,

Judge- What you have done , I will never forgive you..

Joseph- Please sir,  sorry.. I will leave the country..

Judge- I am taking away your Barrister Certificate and life time imprisonment..

Joseph(to himself)- Whenever, I try to get close to Bondita, there is always trouble for me. I will never meet Bondita till my death..

Precap- Bondita went to Aakash’s house and suddenly she fainted. Akash calls doctor and he tells that there is a good news.
