So guys this ss is about 10 to 20 episodes….

The story starts with a class room was shown……
Where three people were discussing about plotting for someone……
The one was a girl who is the chief of all pranks in her class…….
The other two boys were her friends who was giving her help in it……
Kavita sharma :
a naughty, prankster but cute nature girl……
She is in same class of sanskaar….. both sanskaar and kavita are besties and kavita secretly likes sanskaar…..
But hides her feelings……
Sahil gupta : He is same like kavita….. but also studious…… he always helps kavita with ger pranks because he loves her alot but he knows she dont love him…..
So he didnt confessed..
He dont envy sanskaar but dont like him because kavita all the time is with him rather than him……
So coming back to story……
Sahil : kavita fast put water yr that plastic bag must be coming…..
Kavita : are haa baba wait almost done……
She pour water on the floor
At that moment kavya one of the topper of the class and some other student comes……. and was standing on the entrance……
But behind her a guy wearing normal t-shirt jeans with bag behind him….and big headphones in his ears……
The guy is non other than sanskaar……
Sanskaar saw kavita and sahil smirking…..
He removed his headphones and looked into kavita’s eyes…..
She was thinking : i hope so i put glue on that mob perfectly….. i hope her hand sticks to it for life…….
Sanskaar smiled at them…..
Sahil : hey miss plastic bag do the cleaning fast….. see there is mob do it fast….
Kavya never fighted with them…. she wasnt scared but fighting with them was of no use…..
She was about to touch mob when sanskaar interrupted….
Sanskaar : I’ll do it…. you go…..
Kavita : hey sanku why are you interrupting….we told her not you???
Sanskaar : so my wish….. i wanna do it….
He touched the mob when both kavita and sahil slapped their forhead….
When one of kavita’s frnd goes to sanskaar……
Rahul : you idiot we said you na stay away…. why you always poke your nose in betweem…..
He goes to him….
Sanskaar saves himself and sanskaar moved aside such that he falls on floor of water….
Sanskaar chuckled and left the mob as glue didn’t sticked completely to it…..
Sanskaar : then dont mess with me or do idiotic things……
He wore his headphones and sat on his desk while both kavita and sahil gave him angry look…..
Sanskaar after the college gets over……
He thinks : well this is the truth of my life…… i can hear what other people thinks….. i cannot help but when i look into their eyes i automatically find about them…… even if i dont wanna hear it….my world is little bit of noiser than other that’s why my headphones always helps me to listen music other than thoughts……..
He looked around and sat on nearby bench in garden which was not at all crowded……
He removed his headphones…
He took his cell phone out and there was keychain type locket in phone……
He opened the locket to find his mom and dad’s pic in it…….
He caressed it and a tear escapes his eyes…….
Sanskaar : i still miss you dad…….
He remembers how it all happened……
Flashback…..
When sanskaar was 10 year old boy…..
Sanskaar and his dad were in car going somewhere…….
Raj singhaniya : sanskaar’s dad
So sanskaar where u wanna go today…..
Sanskaar : dad i wanna eat pizza today…….
Raj : sure then will go…….
He was driving while sanskaar smiled…..
But his car was crushed by a huge truck…….
Both sanskaar and dp were injured…….
Raj somehow opens his eyes….
and looked at sanskaar who was also opening his eyes…..
Raj : hey sanskaar dont worry the driver will call the ambulance….. you just dont loose senses….
Sanskaar nodded but the truck driver came….
And sanskaar looked into that drivers eyes…….
Raj : hey please call the ambulance my son is hurt…….
Sanskaar : dad no….. he will kill us
But he was too late…….
That driver came in hits on his head…..
Such that he die on spot…..
And our kid sanskaar started crying……

Sanskaar’s second tear fell and to decrease it he wore his headphones again…….
But at that moment kavita came……
Kavita : you hadn’t did right sanskaar by saving her…..
Sanskaar : kavita she is good student and despite she dont irritate other like uh…..so stop irritating her……..
Kavita : do you like her?????
Sanskaar : no no not at all……
Kavita then thinks to which sanskaar saw in her eyes……
Kavita thinks : so by chance he loves me…..
Sanskaar smiled hardly…..he was knowing her feelings but he cant love her
Sanskaar : i do love someone and she is my crush of childhood……and you know i will meet her soon
Kavita : oh how she looks???
Sanskaar : long hair….beauty with brains…..she is calm….matured and mostly she is mych truthful……
At that moment a girl was shown in courtroom…..
She loosed her case once again……
But the regret was not on her face……
She came out of the court room when her mom did the call……
Sharmishta : hii swara how was the court hearing????
Swara made tired face
Swara : it was again boring and i loose…. and they were asking me to meet their commitee tomorrow as i have only won two to three cases and if i make the committe agree that i can win cases in future then they will keep me neither they will transfer me to some other places ……
Sharmishta : you idiot woman….here i am doing hardwork everyday and you are wasting my money…..just listen if you dont convince them tomorrow forget about getting money from me because i wont spend a penny on you……
Swara : maa this isn’t fair……
Sharmishta : this is fair….. so call me tomorrow and tell me what they said…….
She hungs up the call while swara made irritated face…..
Why she always does to me this……
“Swara and her mother dont live with eachother……
Swara stays in main city of Mumbai as its her working place and sharmishta stays in Delhi…..
Both meets once in a month…..
Swara stays on rent in a flat in mumbai…”

Next morning swara gets up….
She messes up the whole room while finding her cloth…..
Finally she got ready in dark blue short dress…hair tied in bun and did make up accordingly……
She then took ger purse and necessary documents and went out……
The camera focuses on her room where clothes are scattered near cupboard…….
Files placed on table….
And unwashed dishes…….

She took taxi and goes to her meeting……
She was waiting in waiting room when a smart looking guy but was nerdy cake and sat beside swara…….
Swara looks at him while he was looking at her from before……
Swara looked away….
Laksh : hey hii i am laksh…. laksh kapoor
Swara : as if i care?????
Laksh : oh well i came here to be a lawyer….. i was police by profession two years back but left it……because i want to defend those who are not guilty……..
Swara just was listening from one ear and was throwing from one ear
Laksh : you too came to give interview na….dont worry will both get selected and work in same firm……
Swara was about to answer him but he was called inside the room……
While swara sighed……
Inside laksh gave very much good answers and his thinking was also good so he immediately got selected……
Then swara’s number came…..
She was sitting and facing her were one judge and two his assistants…..
The judge was lawyer Ram…….
Ram : so ms. Banerjee any special reason for loosing in cases…..
Swara : umm sir all the cases which cane were all of not guilty so what is the need to fight for them……
“Guys in court there is one prosecution who is against of victim and one is defender who is defending the victim so swara was a defender…..
If someone dont know its for them….
Ram : well i was also going through your documents…..
You were expelled from your school 10 years ago was there a special reason……
Swara smirked : if i tell you that will i be selected……
Ram : well it depends if that story can save your job…..
Swara : it will….
The two assistant warned him to not to do so but judge didnt listen….
Ram : go ahead……..
Swara : it happened 10 years before…..
Flashback starts….
When swara was 15 year old….
Her mom worked as maid in Judge’s house…..
The judge was durga prasad maheshwari……
He has wife anupurna maheshwari and a daughter ragini maheshwari…….
Ragini and swara were in same class…..
Swara studied good but ragini was always involved in masti she didn’t studied at all…. but then too she always passed with good grades…..
This always makes swara angry on her…….
Durga prasad maheshwari always adored swara….
Because she was always ambitious….
That’s why he took all the expenses of her studies….
And both swara and her mom lived in the house……
One day swara was having exam…..
She was writing her answers when her eyes fall on ragini……
Her eyes widened when she saw her capying answers by chits…..
Ragini saw swara looking at her she hides the chit….
Swara looks at her with disgusting face and looked other side and started writing…..
While ragini started writing with guilt……
Later at night…..
Swara’s mom was cooking while swara was helping her……
Sharmishta : swara where are you lost??? Doesn’t your paper was good????

At that moment anupoorna came…..
Anu : shomi fast….. all ragini’s friends are waiting for the snackes……

Sharmishta give snackes to swara to go to ragini….
Anupoorna : swara see ragini and all are in garden you too play with them…..
Swara just nodded and went……
She goes to garden and saw ragini was firing crackers…….
Ragini saw swara but ignored her…..
Swara just kept the plate on table and was about to go when one of ragini’s friend told to swara to come along……
Swara took one rocket in her hand……
She was about to lit it….
But ragini’s friend’s cracker wasn’t litting….
So she moved into another direction but the cracker burst and it hurted ragini’s eye……
Swara got surprised and dropped the rocket which was still unlighten…..
And was standing there…..
Dp anu and sharmishta came running to her…..
They took her to hospital……
In hospital doctor informed them….
That her eyes have been injured she wont be able to see till her 18 years from one eye….
After she turn 18 they will do an operation and then if operation gets sucessful then she would be able to see properly…….
Anupoorna cried hugging dp……
Now ragini gained consiuess and they all were in room with her two friends…..
Ragini was laying with bandage on her one eye….
Dp : so who did it????
The two of her friends declined to do it…..
Just at that moment swara entered with sharmishta with ragini’s food….
When one friend tina interrupted…..
Tina : she did it….
She pointed towards swara…..
Swara got confused…..
Swara : what i did???
Tina : uncle she was the one who injured her eye….i saw it with my eyes…..
Dp ap and sharmishta got shocked because as much as they knew swara she cant do this thing……
Ragini was just listening to them…..
Dp : i cant believe this….. do you have any proof…..
Tina : uncle she only did it…..
She gestured other frnd too to agree…..
The other friend nodded…..
Ragini : i also saw her……
Swara : hey how can you say such a wrong thing….when you know i didnt….infact uncle tina did it …..i didnt even lighted my rocket…….
Ragini : why you did this swara why????
Anupoorna came to swara….
Anu : i always adored you swara bit this was least expected from you……
Swara : aunty please believe me….why will i do this kinda stunts….. please…….
Dp : swara ask forgiveness from tagini then you would not get any punishment…. but if you wont ask then i will see to it that you both dont stay in our house and you got expelled from her school too…….
Swara : uncle please i didn’t…..
She started crying….
Ragini i am warning you to tell the truth……
she turned around…..
Maa please you trust me….. i cant do this stunt…. please you believe me…….
Sharmishta knows her daughter hates ragini but she cant do this much big stunt…….
Sharmishta : i trust swara….. she will be arrogant but she cant do it…..there must be some misunderstanding sir….. she is not that much weak to cry on this situation…..but somewhere she knows that she is being wronged….. so please trust her
Dp : enough…. swara are you asking forgiveness or not……
Swara : NOOO!!!! I wont ask forgiveness when i am not wrong….. i know i am correct and we wont live in your house anymore because the ones who give justice cannot see the truth today…..so its waste to live there….. come maa…..
Sharmishta : but swara being expelled from school wont leave a good impression…… sir pleas
Swara left her incomplete….
Swara : maa dont plead to them….its better to stay uneducated then to study from his favour……come maa…. and uncle remember one day truth will reveal infront of your eyes….. and ragini will be asking forgiveness……
They both leave…..
while ragini feared of her anger……..
Sharmishta shifted into small house nearby…..
And somehow they got searched school for swara…..
She was in 9 grades so getting school wasn’t easy…..

One month passed…..
In night at 8 pm…..
When swara was returning from her tutions…..
She saw ragini……
Ragini was about to go when she asked her….
Swara : you are such a coward to accept your mistakes na….. you know you were wrong but then too you didn’t accepted……

They both heard a loud noise…….
They both ran to the direction……
They saw one man killing a man in car by rod…..
and he died on spot…..
The boy beside was him was crying and the man was about to kill him but swara clicked his photo…..
The man looked to them…..
And his eyes got red……
He ran to them…….
While both swaragini ran from there…..
and hide behind bushes……
The boy got saved…….
The man was finding them but he didn’t got them at that moment he heard police siren…….
Man : hey i know you are here…..but if you try to give any proof to police then see I WILL KILL YOU…..like i did to that man….. so stau away…..
Both swaragini got scared…..
And police and ambulance came and took that man and that boy and dead person with them…….
Swaragini sighed as they went…..
Ragini : so what will you do now???? Will you testify in court…..????
Swara : you say will you..???? Aren’t you scared of what he said?????
Ragini gulps but to fake her…. she said….
Ragini : no i am not i will testify i am not scared like you……
Swara’s ego got hurt……
Swara : i will also testify….. but i have one condition we both will go together in court……
Ragini nodded……
Two days after was court hearing…..
They both were standing on the other side of court door and was about to enter the door but the man words ringed their ears…….
They both got aback…..
Swara saw ragini fearing……
Swara : what happened are you scared???
Ragini : nope….lets go together….
Swara : ok in the count of 3…..
Swara : 3….
Ragini : 2….
They both gripped the door’s handle…..
Swara : 1……
One left the door handle and left behind and the other one went inside the court…….

Swara : whatever desicion i made that day i still regret it….. so how was it?????
Ram : ahh you woman why you told half story say the other half too……
Swara : nope you just asked me the reason of expel i told you….. if you give me my position back then will say you whole ok then bye…….
she goes from there leaving judge in confusion……..
Ram : she is so bad…..
The one assistant told……
Assistant : sir i dont think she had gone inside…… her friend must have gone….. dont select her……
The other told : no sir i am thinking she might have open the door by listening to her bravery….. she should be selected…….
Ram sat there with sad face he also was confused……
Swara smiled outside the room……
There sanskaar was in his house……
His house was big flat……
But he lived alone……
There in one room sanskaar was punching a bag and practicing some karate moves……..
He looked at diary nearby and remembered a flashback…..
It was court hearing…..
Sanskaar was having bandage on his head……
And the victim was kept infront of his face……
and the judge was dp……..
Defendant : sir they dont have a single proof against my client and they are accusing him as murderer…… this kid too is not speaking anything so whos proof will we belive……
Prosecution : sir this kid cannot speak because of shock but he has only told in writing that this was the man who did it……..
Sanskaar looked into that man “Deepak’s” eyes…….
Deepak : hey kid see i will be save this idiots are all my side…..
Sanskaar got scared and raised his hand……
Dp : that boy is saying something give him paper so that he can write…….
Sanskaar writes….
“Sir he is the victim and he is thinking that all are idiots….. and he will get saved….. sir i can read his thoughts……
The person beside him showed to judge and other people everyone chuckled beside prosecution and judge…….
Defendant : so my Lord can we listen to this boy… he is saying he can read his thoughts….. is this joke????
While dp too thought the same way……
Sanskaar looked into dp’s eyes….
Dp : this kid shouldn’t have done it……now the case is closed…..
Sanskaar got teary eye……
He looked to deepak’s face……
He thought : oh you listen thoughts…haha but because of this ability they will leave me and you are dead…….
sanskaar started crying as he was having no way to prove him guilty……
Dp was about to announce his words when swara came and bumped into the court…….
Swara looked beside but didnt find ragini her eyes widened……
Deepak saw her and got scared that she might open her mouth…..
Sanskaar saw her and remembered that he ran behind her that’s why he was saved……..
Dp looked at her at surprised……
Swara closed her eyes and told…..
Swara : i came here to give testifu against him….. i was the witness of the murder……..
Deepak got angry he stood feom his place and grabbed her neck…..
While all there got shocked and goes to him……
Deepak : you b*t*h i told you shut your mouth then too you opened your mouth……i wont leave you….. i will kill you…..
swara was not able to breathe…
Sanskaar was on swara’s side helping her to get out……
Do stood from his place…..
While police took deepak with him……
Swara started coughing……
Prosecution gave him water……
dp : are you ok will you be able to testify……..if not then we can push the date…..
swara : if not today then i wont be able to say again……..
Dp nodded…..
swara said him everything….but didn’t uttered ragini’s name she just told ahe was passing by and saw this…..
Because if she said ragini’s name then things would get more difficult…….
Dp trusted her words……
sanskaar just got much happy…….
But at that moment Defendant interrupted…..
Defendant : sir we cannot take her words as we dont know whos she??? What is she is lying???? Please dont take her testify as proof…..
Swara : i have pic of his in mobile…..
she gave mobile to dp…….
Dp saw the pic then swara nd gave verdict of imprisonment of 10 years to deepak…….
While swara was sitting in garden crying thinking deepak’s words……
That what if he kill her……
Sanskaar saw her….
and goes to her……
Swara looks at him……
swara : you are that boy na…because of you he will kill me….and i wont be able to become something…….
She cried sanskaar tried hard to speak…..
And atlast words came…..
Sanskaar : dont worry….. i will always be with you……..
Swara looked at him surprised……
swara : you can speak????
Sanskaar nodded…..
Swara : what’s your name….
Sanskaar : sanskaar Singhaniya….. yours….
Swara : swara banerjee…..
Sanskaar : you dont have to worry I PROMISE YOU I WILL PROTECT YOU TILL MY DEATH…….
Swara smiled as she beleived he is saying just like a kid…….
but sanskaar meant that words……
Swara goes from there but her diary fell down……
Sanskaar took it but it was blank……
He kept it with him……
Deepak was sent to jail and after that day sanskaar didn’t saw swara from that day……
