Title : Did She Ever Exist?
___________________.

Here we go,

Sometimes some kind of probable questions disturb us,asking the probable answers. We,people sometimes take the whole life to figure out whether those questions will be answered ever or not. The same way SWARA GADODIA, the daughter of Shekhar & Shomi Gadodia had been asking a mere question throughout her 20 years of life. But others were least interested in giving her answers.

The mere question of hers was “DID SHE EVER EXIST?” True it was about her existence. She had been trying to find out the answer by herself not disturbing others.

One more sleepless night was waiting for her. The pearls she was holding back from last an hour was falling endlessly. The existence of those pearls was felt by her cheeks and her pillow who has been a great partner wiping them whenever needed. She hadn’t enough strength to think more as sleep took over her. Some memories of her childhood were flashing in front of her making her smile and vulnerable. No, that wasn’t the end of the night; it was long, filled with darkness and endless.

The stormy night that was when Shekhar Gadodia was waiting outside the OT with his mother Parvati Gadodia and Kavita Gadodia, their daughter. Kavita was 1st child of Sekhar and Shomi. Princess of the family, Dadi Maa’s gudia(Doll). Today they were waiting for the arrival of a new child. Shomi was pregnant of 9 months. Due to sudden water broke she was taken to OT.

After a few minutes of their continuous prayer, they heard the cry of a baby. “Shekhar! Thara chora! Badhai ho! Mahra pota aa gaya!(Shekhar your son! Congratulations. My grandson has arrived)” Parvati Gadodia, who was praying from a long time was now squealing in utter joy and happiness.

“Congratulations Mr. Gadodia! You are blessed with a baby girl!” Doctor declared coming out of OT, which snatched the smile from their faces. The happiness was no more now. “Ji..ji doctor! Can I meet my wife?” Shekhar’s sudden change of expression was strange. “Yeah sure!” Doctor moved out.

“Mishti!” He called out with his calm voice.

“I know Sekhar!” She said averting her gaze to Parvati who was fuming. Kavita couldn’t understand what was going on between trio elders who were indicating something to each other. Shomi took the baby in her lap, starting her with moist eyes. She gave a soft kiss in her forehead before placing her in Parvati’s lap. The baby made a cry face losing the warmth of her Mother’s embrace and it was noticed by none.

“Where are you taking her Dadi maa?” 5 years old innocent Kavita asked wanting to see her sister’s face. Even though her family had always been saying that she would play with her brother soon but still she wanted to see her new sister. Not brother, at least sister.
_________________.

Their car was stopped at the middle of their journey “Where is Dadi Maa going with the baby?” Kavita asked seeing her Dadi maa moving towards a direction taking the baby with her. The storm didn’t stop, infect it took the most horrible form. The sky was screaming with thunder, wiping his tears in form of rain. Wind was trying every possible way to stop her steps but no one could stop her.

Shomi was crying while Sekhar was trying to console her. Her silent weeps were suppressed as she fainted.

There was a knock at the door when a middle age woman opened it. She saw everywhere thinking of who might have knocked. Her eyes were landed on a baby who was kept in floor. Not wasting an another second she carried her in complaining to God “Who is the heartless person who have kept this little life here? How can they be so ruthless?” Parvati, who was hiding behind, came out “Orphanage is the proper place for her”. She went back to car.

“Where is she Dadi Maa?” Kavita’s words were cut off in middle “She is no more now!” The conversation was dismissed.

“Maa! We should bring her back! Mishti’s situation is not good! If this continues she will die due to depression! Try an understand. I can’t let anything happen to her! Please Maa! Just for her sake, bring her back. I won’t ask you anything after this. I will accept everything you say to do with her. But please!” Sekhar broke his silence today. Shomi was getting depressed, all the time murmuring about her daughter. It’s been ten days since she was left in orphanage.

Parvati nodded without saying anything and that baby was brought back to home. “Thank you Maa.” Shomi hugged her baby close to her heart while she smiled sensing her Maa’s warm embrace back. “I will call her Swara!” Kavita gave her name playing with her.

Time flew with the maximum speed. Now Kavita was ten and Swara was five. With time Shomi’s behavior towards Swara changed. Her affection, love, care reduced but Swara was too small to understand it. She loved her Maa and Didi endlessly. All though her father was not fond of her like Dadi Maa, she never complained.

When she was eight, she asked her Maa about her birthday celebration. Every year they celebrated Kavita’s born day but why not she? She also wanted to cut the cake like her Didi who was twelve by now. Kavita loved Swara soo much but with time, her love also vanished. Now Swara could understand the different equality between her and Kavita! Shomi always said it’s because she was small to celebrate birthday.

Swara adjusted herself with the changed surroundings. She had nothing to complain. Sometimes she felt bad while seeing her mother pampering Kavita, feeding her. Seeing Sekhar taking her out. And Dadi Maa’s love for Kavita was something else. She admired their bond and even tried to get close to Dadi, but unfortunately she was thrown out. By this behavior of her, Swara was sure, Dadi didn’t like her.

“Maa! Why Dadi Maa and Papa doesn’t like me? Did I do something mistake?” She was so innocent in the age of twelve. “Nothing like that Swara! You sleep!” Shomi’s voice was curt.

“Maa please stay with me today! I don’t like this room” She almost pleaded Shomi to stay with her today. Even she wanted to sleep in her Maa’s lap just like Kavita but never got the chance. Few days back she was shifted to another small room as Dadi Maa said soo.

“I have work Swara!” Shomi walked out the room while Swara was left alone. She slept not thinking more about her Mother’s avoidance. Actually she got used to them.

By the age of seventeen she tried to understand their behaviour. Some of her neighbors said she was an orphan whom Gadodias looked after. And some people said she was their blood only. It was too much to bear! Everyone was having an opinion towards her and her existence but she herself had no idea what the truth was. She tried asking her mother but there was no reply.

Tomorrow she would turn 18. All those years her family never wished her except Shomi. Umm Kavita used to do, but after a period of time she also stopped. Today at night she was waiting that everyone would wish her. Don’t know why she waited; aware of the fact no one would be interested in wishing her. Still she waited with her billion dollar smile but it faded while no one show up to wish, not even her Maa this year.

“Swara you didn’t sleep?” Shomi, Sekhar, Kavita walked into home as they were out for some ceremony.

“No Maa! Actually I wasn’t getting sleep!” She answered. “Papa how was ceremony?” She again asked with a hope but Sekhar went into room not even giving a glance to her. “He might be tired!” Her mind said but also knew it wasn’t. Her father never liked talking to her.

“Swara! We are tired!” She made a way after Sekhar. Her cheeks felt her hot tears. Finally she slept alone like always asking a mere question “DID SHE EVER EXIST for them?” Wish someone could give her answer.
“Happy birthday Swara!” She mumbled to herself before slipping into deep slumber. It was 18 years journey of her loneliness and she celebrated it alone.

“Life” is all about hurdles, sufferings. The journey of “Life” isn’t easy and more than Swara no one could understand this! She had seen some dark side of “Life” which was rare to most of the people. But we should also not forgot “Life” can’t be defined in those few words! The deeper we will travel, the deeper we will feel the exact meaning of it. So did Swara! A new chapter was added in the book of her “Life”- ‘Sanskar’.

Last year of graduation, Swara met with a boy named Sanskar Maheswari. He was so humble and down to earth person, caring and most importantly loving friend of hers. He was new to college so they didn’t take much time to became each other’s friend. Among all the people he understood her. He always tried to know her hidden pain but Swara never disclosed anything to him. Little did she know he was also just for a few time in her life. Because like others he would also leave her one day. She was totally used of loneliness now, where only she and SHE existed. No one else.

But the day he stepped in her life, change started occurring. ‘Change’ in everything; smile, joy, happiness, way of living, and emotions. Swara used to smile but now she smiled board. She celebrated her small happiness being alone but now Sanskar was there with her. She was a girl who was wrapped up in her ownselve but his arrival in her life was unwrapping her revealing the CHIRPY SWARA to world who knew how to laugh, who knew to talk more than he ever thought. Swara got aware of some surprising facts about herself which she didn’t know but being with Sanskar she was discovering herself. To be honest she loved it.
__________________.

It was the day of her 22th birthday. Indeed she had grown up now. Much more beautiful than before. These two years of friendship Swara & Sanskar came close, only as a friend. Nothing else. She loved his company so did he. Quite comforting.

Well as expected no one show up to wish her, but the most heart breaking fact was neither Sanskar wished her. She wiped off her tears when all of a sudden a fear knocked her, the fear was shattering her “No he won’t leave me! No!” She consoled herself while her thoughts were broken by the beeping sound of her mobile. Still five minutes left for her birthday. The screen flashed the caller name “Sanskar” the name itself made her smile.

“Hi Sanskar!” She responded.

“Hi Swara! I hope I haven’t disturbed your beauty sleep my sleeping beauty!” She felt her cheeks getting warm sensing his tone.

“No at all Sanskar! I wasn’t getting sleep either. It’s good that you called me! By the way are you not sleepy?” She laid herself on the bed asking him.

“Umm! How can I sleep without wishing the Birthday girl?” The reply came which brought a ear to ear smile on her face. He did remember her birthday.

“So you remember my birthday?” She asked trying to tease him.

“What do you mean by that? Huh of course I do!” He frowned and she could feel it.

“Happy birthday Swara!” His deep voice echoed in her ear as the clock strike at 12:00.

“Thank you Sanskar!” She tried holding her tears back but failed. Those tears were not of pain or loneliness or sadness it were of joy! She was never been so happy as she was now. And the reason was ‘Sanskar’.

“Swara are you there?” He asked not getting any reply.

“Yes, Sanskar!” She mentally slapped herself for her earlier stupid thinking.

“So the Birthday girl is happy now?” He asked.

“More than happy Sanskar!” She answered genuinely with her chirpy voice. And their conversation continued untill Sanskar didn’t get her answer. “So gayi!” He mumbled to himself with a board smile, later dozing off still plastering the smile.

Swara had never celebrated her birthday these years! So today when Sanskar brought a small cake, ‘black forest’ of her favorite flavour, she got emotional. Everything seemed to be new to her. “Swara! Now will you please cut the cake? See I’m so hungry!” Sanskar showed his puppy dog eyes as she nodded.

“No, 1st you take the bite!” Sanskar fed her while she did the same.
Swara couldn’t help out but crying. Her eyes welled up and she bent her head not being able to show him her tears.

“Swara! Kya huwa? Why are you crying?” Sanskar asked with concern seeing her weeping.

“Nei, Sanskar! I wasn’t crying! It’s just some dark particles….!” She said “Will you lie to me Swara! I can see your pain through your eyes!” He said making her look towards him. She couldn’t hold back her tears any more! He wiped off her tears cupping her face, she cried silently closing her eyes while he kept on staring her.

She looked into his eyes which were filled with tears “Why are you crying Sanskar?” Suddenly she got worried seeing him in tears.

“Kya huwa bolo!” She forget about her own tears. “Sanskar kuch bologe bhi?(Will you say something?)” She insisted.

“I’m crying because my best friend is crying!” He replied avoiding her eyes which made Swara smile. It wasn’t new to her! It was kind of his daily routine to made her smile in various way and she truly loved smiling with him. He was gem of a person Swara had ever met. Inshort she was blessed to have him as friend. “Nautanki!” She giggled slapping his back.

“Ouch! Don’t Swara!” He tried to get a hold on her wrist as she was continuously beating him.

She jerked when he pulled her close to him holding her wrist. “These tears don’t suit on you Swara!” His thumb caressed her cheeks “Ankho mei ansu nehi,Hotton par mushkurahat acchi lagti hai tumhari!” His eyes traveled to her lips and Swara felt a sudden jolt in her stomach. “Don’t ever cry Swara!” His lips touched her forehead giving a light peck as Swara closed her eyes. There beautiful moment was disturbed by a phone call. “Haa Maa! Wait. Yeah she is with me!” He gave her the cell phone “Maa ka hai!” He whispered gaining a smile from Swara!

“Thank you Aunty!” She hung up the call giving it back to him. She loved talking to Sujata aunty, Sanskar Mom. She was such a sweetheart who called Swara as Shona. Once Sanskar said how he lost his sister when he was ten. Her name was Uttara and Sujata used to call her Shona. After her demise when Swara met Sujata, she called her Shona. She felt blessed whenever she was loved by Sujata. In short Sanskar brought the bundle of joy in her dark life.

She jerked from her place when she landed herself against his chest “I don’t like these tears in your eyes!” He said with a authoritative voice when his thumb touched the corner of her lips wiping the small amount of cream that was sticking. She nodded looking straight into his eyes. “I should get going now Sanskar!” She whispered and he immediately left her wrist.

She walked out of that place where her cheeks were hot spreading a shed of red colour. Sanskar came back to sense and ruffled his hairs giving a huge smile. “Those were butterflies I felt when her skin contact with mine!” He blushed furiously thinking of their close moment “She is doing something to me! And I love this!” He smiled.

That was an unpleasant day where Swara was forced to question her parents about her EXISTENCE. She had enough of their silence, enough of their avoidance, enough of the society people taunts! She needed answer now. And finally the silence was broken by her Dadi Maa who never liked to see her face. But that day she answered every damn question of Swara.

“Maa! Who I’m? What is my real identity? All these years you have been keeping this silence. Today I want to know the reality. Why people say like I’m an orphan? Why they say like that?” She was vulnerable asking them about her EXISTENCE. Each of the word her lips left was breaking her more. “Why Papa doesn’t like me as other does? Why? I… I… want to know why Dadi hates me. Answer me Maa! Please!! These thoughts are killing me since I started to understand the change of your behaviour.” Her tone was low, she was getting weak now pleading them over and over again but she wouldn’t give up.

“You are no one to this family. You are no one us! You never existed for my family. Samji chori! Tu kuch na hai mahre pariwar ke liye. Just an unwanted curse.” Parvati Gadodia jerked her uttering those venom filled words. “Chora chahiye tha hume, naaki tu!(We wanted a boy,not you)”.

“Kya matlab hai Dadi?” She was shaked by this revelation.

“Don’t call me with ur mouth! I’m no one to you!” She screamed making Swara scared.

“Parr..parrr kyuuu da..?” Her words trembled.

The clouds above her oozed and billowed across the awakening sun, casting the meadow into a shadowy darkness. A jagged bolt of lightning ripped the sky in half and she began to run, wincing as each icy rain drop pierced her skin. The violent wind whipped the blonde hair around her face and tears mixed with rain as a numbing coldness gripped her heart. Thunder rolled across the sky, seeming to crack the world in half and reveal the fury of the gods. It reverberated around the green landscape, eerily echoing as Swara desperately searched for shelter. She found none “You are no one to us, no one to our family! Your existence is true but you never existed for us!” As she ran Dadi’s words kept on ringing in her ear. She just wanted to run away from all those pain, she wanted to do something with her. The mere question “DID SHE EVER EXIST?” was answered today “SHE NEVER EXISTED” she found herself lying on the floor and some deep pain was crushing her body. She could see many people gathering around her. The red colourd drops which were oozing out of her body was flowing with water droplets of rain. She was losing her sense, her vision was getting blur while recalling her Maa’s face for the last time. She waited for Shomi to give an answer but she was quiet standing there with a blank, emotionless face. “Maa! Is this..?” Her voice betrayed her but Shomi still didn’t say anything “Your Dadi is saying truth!” And her world was shattered.

“Swara! Open your eyes! Swaraa!” Someone was calling her, she did know who’s voice it was. She was too helpless to answer him back. She could hear his cracked voice, now she was near to his heart which beat was not normal. “Swara look at me. Don’t close your eyes! Try to look at me! Swara” She was moving with him, he was taking her somewhere. Wish she took her somewhere where no pain existed. Her tried closing her eyes but he didn’t let her saying something. Something like “Swara please don’t close your eyes for me! I LOVE YOU SWARA! Mar jawunga tumhare bina!” She couldn’t smile even if she wanted and finally DARKNESS overtook her every sense where she felt nothing.

Swara was staring the sky when someone came from back wrapping his hands around her waist. “You are still thinking about them Swara?” He placed his chin on her shoulder. Not getting any response he moved her hairs from this side to another and started smooching her nape while his hand travelled to her bare belly under sari. “Sanskar!!” Swara moaned his name as he bited her ear. “Hmmm m listening!” He hummed before untieng the dori of her blouse. She shivered as his cold fingers brushed her bare back.

She turned around and hide her face in his chest making Sanskar smile board.

“So what were you thinking?” He asked making her look up into his eyes. “Nothing just aise hi!” His lips touched her crook of neck “That was your past Swara!” She was getting weak on her knees as he was giving wet kisses. “I love you Sanskar!” She captured his lips for a deep kiss while he pulled her more to him. “I love you too!” He was about to remove the pin of her Sari pallu, when someone cried.

“Mere romance ki dushman!” He stopped his activity joining their forehead whereas Swara chuckled.

She moved to the baby who was making faces after waking up from sleep “alle le leee lee! Nei rote mera baccha!” She carried her in her arms but she didn’t stop crying. “Let me do it Swara!” Sanskar took her and she instantly stopped crying. “See my JIYA loves me more!” He grinned and get busy with their 6 months daughter JIYA SWARA SANSKAR MAHESWARI.
__________________.

Swara looked at both father daughter with an ‘Awww’ look. She imminently wipped off her tears which were fighting to flow but she knew Sanskar doesn’t like them in her eyes. ” “Ankho mei ansu nehi,Hotton par mushkurahat acchi lagti hai tumhari!” She still remembered his each and every word. Even she recalled what happened that day.

****
After the accident she was slept into come for one and half year. It was kind of a thunder storm for Sanskar. He was shattered when she didn’t respond to him. But still he had hope, thinking she would definitely return one day. Because when she was taken to OT, her left whisper was echoing in his ear “I Love You Sanskar!”

He was always beside her all the time,it wasn’t easy but still he waited! He waited for her to wake up one day and she did. His wait was over when she woke up. He couldn’t hold back himself from crying, he let go all his tears as he cried hiding in her embrace. “Kyu intezar kiya mera? Kyu karte ho itna pyar Sanskar?(Why did you wait for me Sanskar? Why do you love me so much?)” She cupped his face, he looked pale, there was no charm and it hurt her “Kya halat kar rakhi hai apni?Dekho khudko!(What have you done to yourself? Look at yourself)” She asked but he wasn’t ready to answer! He broke down sobbing like a small kid.

“Dard ke bina pyar mumkin nehi Swara! Tumhara intezar tha, hai aur hamesha rahega! Pyar karta hu tumse. Zindagi ho tum meri! Main bhala kaise apni zindagi ko chod sakta tha?(Love can’t be possible without pain. I waited, waiting and will wait for you. I love you! You are my life. Then how could I leave my life?)”. His words left her speechless! HIS LOVE FOR SWARA WAS BEYOND THE ETERNITY. HE LOVED HER LIKE NO ONE EVER DID. His confession was something she could ever imagined. IT WAS HER SANSKAR! SWARA’S SANSKAR AND HIS LOVE!
****

“Swara are you fine?” Her trance was broken by his voice.

“Haa. Haaa Sanskar I’m fine! Jab tum ho mere sath, I’m more than fine!” She wrapped her hand around his torso listening to his heart beat. “Swara!” Every beat of his heart was taking her name. Placing a kiss on his chest she looked up to meet his intense eyes who was already staring her.

“I.. I. Let me check Jiya!” She said getting what was coming next but it was too late as her back crashed against his chest “She is sleeping! And now let me do my incomplete work” Shiver ran down to her spine as he whispered making her hair loose from the bun. It was one of his favorite works after all. She loved making buns and he loved her with open hairs.

“Sanskarr!!” She groaned as his lips travelled to her shoulder sliding her blouse. With a swift moment she turned to him making both of them fall in the bed and in next moment she was beneath him breathing hard. He found his destination, her lips. Both kissed each other with pure love and passion while Sanskar’s hands were busy undressing her. She arched her back as he showered wet kisses on her throat and both side of her neck.

“Swaraa!” Her touch was making him wild as she also undressed him with her trembling hands.

“Swara can I?” He asked but she claimed his lips for one more kiss “Love me Sanskar” she felt herself completed once again as they made love to each other, devouring and cherishing every part of their bodies. Both cried out when they reached at the height of that beautiful moment. “I love you Sanskar!” She said when Sanskar was sleeping above her “I love you more Swara!” He kissed her chin pulling the comforter above them. “Sweet dream my princess!” They changed their places, now Swara was above him now comfortably sleeping on his chest. She didn’t say anything, remembering something.

****
One day Swara insisted to check out her parents as after that day no one came to see her whether she was alive or not, but being their daughter she went back to house where she found herself death for them. There was a garland on her pic. When Sanskar asked to neighbors, the answer was “Swara is no more! She died in the accident!” She understood that day “SHE WAS ACTUALLY NO MORE TO THEM”. And from that day THEY WERE NO MORE TO HER. That decision wasn’t easy to take but when Sanskar was with her, nothing seemed to be hard. Her love was beside her! He was aware that her family didn’t like her but till this extinct, it was too horrible to understand.

Sanskar moved to an another city with Swara and his parents who loved her more than Sanskar! She got her parents in form of Sujata and Ram. They got married in 6 months and now they are blessed with JIYA. Their daughter. Symbol of love!
****

“Swara are you okk?” He felt her tears in his bare skin.

“Yes I’m Sanskar!” She said thinking something in her mind.
“SOMETIMES WHEN I SAY, ‘I’M OKAY’ I WANT YOU TO LOOK ME IN THE EYES, HUG ME TIGHT, AND SAY ‘I KNOW YOU’RE NOT’.” Sanskar did, even before saying anything he understood her. Her eyes were mirror to her heart and he could read her staring into them. She found herself in his embrace whenever she need him. There were no need of words to convey their emotions, LOVE AND BEING WITH EACH OTHER WAS ENOUGH.

“Swara! If you cry more, I won’t mind starting my work again.” He smirked caressing her waist. “Shut up Sanskar!” She dug her face in his crook of neck murmuring “Shameless!”

“So I’m my princess!” He said and again got busy for another round of love making. There was no end of that blissful moment.

LIFE SEEMED SOO BEAUTIFUL with her family! Where Swara existence for her loved ones. THEY WERE HER REAL EXISTENCE.

Once she used to ask “DID SHE EVER EXIST?”
Her answer was “NO”.
But today she repeated the same question and the answer is “YES! SHE DOES!”
Her existence was here, with her Sanskar, with JIYA. With their family.

“DID SHE EVER EXIST?”
“I DO EXIST FOR THEM” she replied smiling with tears; glancing her Prince who was sleeping peacefully and then at JIYA, that little doll who might be dreaming something as she smiled in her sleep.

“Sanskar please stay with me!” Swara cried was about to taken to OT, she was blessed with another baby after 3 years of Jiya’s arrival. Sanskar was in tears seeing her screaming “Swara everything will be all right. MAIN HOO NA!” He assured her as he went inside with doctor.

After a few hour there was sound of baby crying while Sujata and Ram sequeled in happiness. “Jiya! You become a big sister now!” She took Jiya in her lap kissing her cheeks. “Hurraaahh!” She jumped to her Dada’s lap already dancing in happiness.

“Our baby Swara! Our daughter!” Sanskar took the new born baby in his hand and she kept on staring him. He placed a warm kiss on her forehead as she dozed off.

“Our daughter Maa Papa!” Sanskar stepped out giving him the most awaited good news. Sujata and Ram’s happiness knew no boundaries. “Dholl bajawoo hamare ghar SARASWATI ayi hai”. Sujata almost shouted but somehow Ram suppressed it as they were in hospital. “1st LAXMI maa as JIA and now SARASWATI maa as SIA”. She cried in joy! Her family was blessed with TWO GODDESS. Laxmi & Saraswati maa in forms of GIRLS! She could wished for nothing more. God took away Uttar from her but in return she got THREE daughters. God was too great.

It was the moment of celebration.

“Swara are you sure you fine? I mean, they didn’t say anything na?” Sanskar was worried as Swara said about her recent meeting with her parents, ops ‘so called parents’. He couldn’t let them hurt her. All these year only he knew how he controlled himself from destroying the root of that blo*dy family. If he wished he could do anything but Swara never let him do.

“Don’t worry Sanskar! M completely fine!” Only she could calm him down.

****
“Maa! I wanted to say that no girl should get a MAA like you! But I won’t, I won’t as you have introduced me to this world. So I won’t insult you.”

“Papa! All these years I haven’t said anything to you, but today I want to say I WAS CURSED to get a FATHER like you. God should safe all the girls from a father like you!”

“Dadi Maa! You are also a woman na? You was a girl too then how could you do that with me? I’m just thinking what would have happened if your parents would have also left you in orphanage after your birth. Dadi maa! God bless this earth to not to get an UNWANTED CURSE like you.”

“Kavita Didi! How is your both boys? I hope you won’t turn them into A SPINELESS MAN like your Dadi Maa’s son. Take care of them.”
Swara was unstoppable today. She was blurting out everything she had kept to herself all these years. “Swara! How can you say like that? We are your family!” Shomi interrupted her but Swara gave a huge laugh.

“You are right Maa.
I had a family who left me in orphanage.
I had a family for whom I was nothing.
I had a family who never loved or you can say never liked me.
I had a family who for whom I never existed.
I had a family who killed me.
I used to had a Maa, Papa, Dadi, and a sister but you know what happened to them now! THEY ARE NO MORE! THEY DON’T EXIST.” She paused seeing their shocked faces.

“And you know what Maa,
I have a family who love me endlessly.
I have a family for whom I’m everything.
I have a family who gave me a new birth.
I have a Maa, Papa and a husband and my two daughters. You are they are my everything. My life. My ONLY FAMILY. I lost some people getting them.” Swara was smiling with tears. She was feeling light today. Indeed.
****

“Shhh! Nehi rote! I’m proud of you princess!” He hugged her as she finished saying what happened when she met her family a few hours back.

“Thank you Sanskar for coming into my life!” She tightened the grip over him.

“Now you will say me thank you too? Did you forget “DOSTI MEI NO SORRY, NO THANK YOU!” He narrowed his eyes.

“Hajaro dafaa kahungi. Baaar baar kahungi thank you thank you thank you. Because you don’t know what you have done to me Sanskar!” She pulled his cheeks pecking them.

“Ok fine! Jitna bolna hai utna bolo” He made faces. “Let’s see what my princesses are doing!” He dragged her to hall to watch the beautiful scene. 5 years old Jiya was trying to get of Sujata’s hold but she was least interested in as she fed her one more piece of chapatti. She was making cry face. It was Sujata’s daily routine to fed Jiya & Sia with her own hands that too double.

“Maa bolo na dadi ko pet phat jayega mera!(Maa say to Dadi, my stomach will burst)” Sujata loosened her hold and Jia ran to her Papa’s lap.

“Siaa beta! Come here!” Sujata called out her but little 2 years old Sia was busy with Ram. “Ram ji! You also eat!” SwaSan burst out into laughter seeing their father’s change of expression. It seemed he was horrified. “Best of luck Dada ji” little Sia giggled running to Swara’s embrace as she lifted her up.

“You both naughty girls!” Both SwaSan said in unison and four of them burst out into laughter.

“Kisiki Nanar naa lage!” Sujata adored their children and prayed for their everlasting happiness while Ram joined her watching them enjoying.
The moment was captured in their HEARTS. FOREVER AND EVER.

~THE END~

Hilooo Ev1, this is something which I have been trying to pen down from last many days but couldn’t as I wished but my urge increased when I got to know about the competition but unfortunately I couldn’t participate there. Anyway what you all think about it? Well even though I have shown just a side of this kinda story, there is one more side too, which is horrible where no Sanskar exists for Swara! This is too wonderful to get a family like Swara get but every Swara isn’t that blessed to get them. There are lot’s of people who is having the mask of Sekhar, Parvati, Shomi Gadodia. If we see, still they exist, their cheap mentality, low thinking, differentiate between girl and boy. No matter how much we have developed, that bitter and disgusting thinking still exists snatching the EXISTENCE of a girl. Urghhh God bless their mentality. Wish we could change them somehow.

My mom says, GIRLS ARE BEST in every way. They are IN TOP in every sence. GIRLS are GIRLS, no one can compare girls with boys because according to her BOYS ARE NOTHING INFRONT OF GIRLS. NOTHING.
According to my Papa, GIRL should do those things which are out of the of boys. Because he believes we GIRLS are capable enough to do things which are usually ev1’s out of reach. We can do everything if we can convince ourselves that WE CAN DO THIS. This is my Mumma Papa’s thinking and I guess they are so proud of me and my sister for these reasons because they know WE ARE GIRLS and we can BANG ON.

Hmmm I don’t want to say much as I know if I start I will end up writing an one more OS here, which will be obviously my lecture. So I’m stopping here. Do share you views through your comments.

Once again ‘all the best to the participants’.
