Part 2
“You hurt me more than what I deserve, because I loved you more than what you deserve”
Riya is looking outside the window. Cool breeze touches her face, as if trying to soothe her pain. She looks at the moon emotionless.
Riya’s POV
Life is soo unpredictable. Just before I lost my family and now I got them back in the form of Raj uncle and Sarla aunty. Wow!! And the best part of all these is that I got punished for those things which I haven’t even thought in my dreams.. Duggu, I thought you would trust me. But you didn’t. How could you even think that your Shona would do that? But I don’t blame you. If my own family didn’t trust me, then what can I expect from you? (chuckles) I don’t regret for anything. In fact, I’m thankful to you that you showed what place I hold in your life. You wanted to take away my happiness, my family. And you successfully did it, Duggu. But in all this, you actually lost your Shona. ‘YOU KILLED ME, Sanskar Maheshwari’. From now, I’m Riya.”Riya Malhotra”. And you mean nothing to me Sanskar Maheshwari.
(Yes guys, Riya is our Shona and Duggu is Sansku)
Flashback
At Nataraj Palace
Two children of 3 and 5 years old were playing in the garden.
Girl: “Duggu, peas gimme(please give me)”
Sanskar: “No, this is mine.”
Girl: “Peas.(please)” Her eyes filled with tears.
Sanskar: “No means no.”
The girl started crying and she ran inside the Palace.
Sanskar: “I’m sorry. Please don’t tell Papa.” (Author’s POV: Sansku, if you would have given her earlier, then this wouldn’t have happened)
But she had already left. Sanskar ran behind the girl. Inside the Palace, a meeting was going on between King Ramprasad Maheshwari and other kings form various palaces in the main hall. The girl, without knowing anything, ran towards the main hall. The guards try to stop her.
Guard: “Hey, you stop.”
Girl: “No, I wan to mee hasom (I want to meet handsome)”
And then, she ran away. Sanskar and the guards follow her.
The girl ran inside the hall and shouted “Hansom”. The guards became afraid thinking about the King’s reaction. Everyone’s attention went to the girl and the king.
Ram: “Beautiful, What happened? Why are you crying?”
Listening this, the girl began to cry more! (Dramebaaz) The girl hugged Ram.
Girl: “Hansom, I’ve (hiccup) lotss of compains (complains).”
Ram(cupping her face): “Tell me Princess.”
Girl(pointing towards the guards who stopped her): “You change the guard uncles. They ale vely bad (They are very bad)”
Listening this, the guards became horrified.
Ram(glaring the guards): “What happened Princess?”
Girl: “They din allo mee to mee you, Hansom (They didn’t allow me to meet you, Handsome)”
Ram: “Is that so?” The girl nodded.
Ram: “Nobody can stop Shona from meeting me. (Yes, the girl is Shona) She can meet me whenever she wants. You all are fired.” (angrily)
Guards lowered their heads.
Shona: “Aley Hansom, I was joking. They ale good uncles. Giv them one mo chance (They’re good uncles. Give them one more chance)”
Ram: “If you say so, then okay. And you(pointing the guards) Dare you stop her from meeting me. Understand.” All were shocked seeing their bond.
Guard: “Yes, Your Majesty. We’re sorry. We won’t repeat it again.”
Ram: “Hmm, You may go now.”
Shona: “I’ve one mo compain (One more complain) You change yual son(Your son). He is soo bad. I will be yual (your) good child. He didn’t gimme(give me) that choco.”(pouts)
Listening this, Sanskar’s face became pale.
Ram: “Acha. Sanskar, Why didn’t you give her choco?”
Sanskar: “Papa, I was going to give her. But she left to complain about me to you.” (making faces)
Ram: “Sanskar, she is younger to you. Sharing is caring, Sanskar. Chalo, give it to her.”
Sanskar(pouting): “Okay Papa.” To Shona(glaring) – “Here is your choco.”
Shona blinked her eyes several times.
Shona(jumping and hopping): “Yahoo. I got choco.”
Sanskar became sad. After all, choco was his. (Author’s POV: Soo sad)
Shona looked at Sansku’s sad face and she also became sad. She took half piece of choco and forwarded it to him.
Shona(cutely): “Duggu, don’t be sad. I’m cholly(sorry)”
Sanskar’s face brightened after seeing the choco. He grabbed the choco from Shona. Our Sansku fed her one piece and our Shona fed him one piece. Everyone watched the scene in ‘Awe’. Then they hugged each other. Everyone smiled seeing their khatti-meethi bond.
Sujatha Maheshwari(mother of Sanskar), who just watched the whole scenario, thought in her mind (“Shona is perfect for my son. They look perfect together. I need to talk to Ramji about this.”)
Flashback ends
Present (Next morning)
At Nataraj Palace
Everyone(Sanskar, Ram, Sujatha, Annapoorna mami, Khushi Maheshwari, Kavitha Mishra) (Details of these charcters will be given accordingly) having their breakfast. There is silence. After all, the happiness of the Palace is gone.
Suddenly, a man came inside the Palace while shouting “Sanskar”
Sanskar who heard the shout became angry. He went towards the man and grabbed his collar-
Sanskar: “How dare you come here, Mr. Arnav Gadodia?”
Arnav(calmly): “Sanskar, I’m not here to fight with you. I’ve come to say something important.”
Sanskar(angrily): “I don’t want to hear any of your things. Get out from here.”
Ram(shouting): “Sanskar, he is your brother-in-law. Don’t forget that.”
Sanskar: “But Papa…”
Ram: “Let him speak Sanskar.” To Arnav: “Yes, Arnav. Why are you here?”
Arnav: “Uncle, I want to tell something about Choti.”
Sanskar(fire in eyes): “Don’t utter her name in this Palace. Such a disgusting characterless ..”
Arnav(angrily): “Mind your language Sanskar. She is my sister and I won’t tolerate anyone abusing her.”
Sanskar: “Ohhh I know your sister was a sati-savitri who broke my sister’s relationship and killed my Mamaji.”
Two people are smirking looking at the fight. They are Annapoorna(Mami of Sanskar) and Kavitha(trying to woo our Sansku, acting Bechari) (Author’s POV: Pack your bags dear, bcoz I’ll throw you out soon)
Arnav(shouting): “She didn’t break your sister’s relationship. It was your sister, who misunderstood our relationship. Choti is my cousin sister and I like to spend my time with her. More than a sister, she is my best friend. That doesn’t mean we’re in a relationship.”
Khushi Maheshwari(sister of Sanskar and wife of Arnav Gadodia): “Ohhh, you always have time for your Choti. But what about me? Am I not important to you?”(crying)
Arnav(softly): “Khushi, What you saw that day was not true. I was planning to give you a surprise on that day. I wanted some suggestions. So, I approached Choti. That’s it.”
Khushi(sarcastically): “Ohhhh. You already gave me surprise in the form of Divorce papers.”
Arnav: “How many times I have told you that I did not keep any Divorce papers? This was the surprise I wanted to give you.” Saying this, he forwarded some papers towards Khushi.
Khushi looked at the papers. ‘KHUSHI’S BOUTIQUE’. This was written on top of it. Khushi stood dumbfolded.
Arnav: “I’m not rich like you. But I wanted to gift you something with my money. I thought of giving it to you on your birthday. But I think this is the right time to give. And you know, this was Choti’s idea(smiling sadly). Khushi, how can you even think that Choti will do something like this? Let me remind you that we got married only because of her help.”
Listening this, Khushi felt guilty. She accused the wrong person.
But the question arises- How did the wrong papers reach Khushi?
