==========
And here we go, the 3rd shot for today, parts 33 and 34 have already been posted, be sure you’ve read them before this one 🙂
==========
Adarsh comes in some papers in hands and explains…
– Those people are diamonds diggers! They’re ruined and sold everything to come in this town searching for innocent victim like you, Uttra… Shirag has even been thrown from his university unable to pay its costs… all they have is the Mansion Sanskar offered them and the money they got as dowry for your alliance…
Uttra shivers looking back to the man she thought loving her even more than his own life… she remembers how he pleaded for her love and made her believe that he could convince his so strict parents because they love him, but her Bade Papa refused him even after he betraying his own family… her tears were endless and before he could say anything a punch throws him to the ground!
Sanskar has arrived some minutes ago and was watching the scene silent, the priest runs away as he bends down to the guy he grips by collar to make him stand up only to punch him again… and again… and again!!!
– Bhaiya!!… Bhabi!?
Uttra’s voice snatches him from his mad trance at Shirag’s relive whose face was no more visible drwoned by the blood oozing from everywhere… he turns to find Swara unconscious on the ground.
Hurrying to her side, he’s given a glass of water by Adarsh and a sigh of relief escapes his tightened with fear throat when he sees her open her eyes…
– Sanskar!?
He closes his eyes hearing her concerned voice and turns his head away avoiding her touch as she raises her hand toward his face where a stain of blood was oozing from his mouth’s side.
Without a word, he passes his arms under her knees and neck taking her in his arms and heading down toward his car, he crosses Laksh and Ragini who were informed by him about the situation when they called worried by Swara’s calls… thanks to inspector Roy for explaining his side of the story… the rest was clear by now!
He’s buckling Swara’s seatbelt when Uttra approaches him her head low and her shoulders trembling with sobs, Ragini was helping her to walk as she’s unable to walk steadily.
– Not now Uttra… go in Lucky’s car… Swara should be at home!
His rude tone makes the young woman cry more, Ragini reassures her making her walk toward Laksh’s car as Sanskar climbs at Swara’s side silently. She breaks the killing silence in the vehicle trying to explain:
– I called you… and I called Ragini and Laksh but you were all not responding…
He doesn’t even look toward her keeping his gaze concentrated on the road in front of him, his tightened fingers around the wheel expressing the barely contained anger burning inside of him. She continues:
– When inspector Roy informed me about Uttra’s place I panicked and couldn’t think about another way…
She swallows hard tears blurring her vision as she feels so sad face to his ignorance, she would prefer that he shout on her but not keeping this quite… he never does… actually he’s like this when he’s feeling hurt and the idea that she hurt him again was choking her.
Looking to her window’s side, she wipes her tears trying to change the subject:
– Today I felt like the old Adarsh was back, this is Adarsh bhaiya who broke his marriage with the unique woman of his life for putting Uttra’s life in danger… he didn’t hesitate to come when asked his help…
She hears Sanskar takes a deep breath at the evocation of that memory. His fingers tighten more over the wheel and closing his eyes for few seconds, she could see a tear pearling on his cheek despite his stern expression. When she approaches her hand trying to wipe it away, he moves his head away from her reach still silent.
And when she’s about to say something else, he turns on the radio where filling the small space with sad notes reflecting what she aches to tell him so much that tears make their way over her pale cheeks:
Aaa…

Yahin Doobe Din Mere…
My days end here
Yahin Hote Hai Savere…
My mornings begin here
Yahin Marna Aur Jeena…
I’m going to live and die here only
Yahin Mandir Aur Medina…
This is my temple, this is my Medina
(Medina is a holy city to Muslims as it is the burial place of Prophet Mohammed
who is believed to be the founder of Islam)

Yahin Doobe Din Mere…
My days end here
Yahin Hote Hai Savere…
My mornings begin here
Yahin Marna Aur Jeena…
I’m going to live and die here only
Yahin Mandir Aur Medina…
This is my temple, this is my Medina

Teri Galliyan, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
Your lanes, Your lanes
(Your lanes here means the lane in which You live)
Mujhko Bhaave, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
I like Your lanes
(I am attached to Your lanes)
Teri Galliyan, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
Your lanes, Your lanes
Yun Hi Tadpaave, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
Your lanes make me suffer

Closing her eyes, she lets the memories of their life together submerge her, from the moment he declared his love toward her to the so romantic proposal he made to her…
His sweet memories interfere with the bitter ones, when like now he was so angry on her… so hurt too and this is more sore full than her physical pain.

Aaa… Aaaa…

Tu Meri, Neendon Mein Sota Hai
You sleep in my sleep
(You are there in my dreams)
Tu Mere Ashkon Mein Rota Hai
You are there in my teardrops
Sargoshi Si Hai Khayalon Mein
You whisper in my thoughts
Tu Na Ho Phir Bhi Tu Hota Hai
Even when You aren’t here, You are present somehow
Hai Sila… Tu Mere… Dard Ka…
You’re the result of my pain
(After all this pain, I’ve achieved/attained You)
Mere Dil Ki Duaayein Hain Yeh
These are the prayers of my heart

Teri Galliyan, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
Your lanes, Your lanes
Mujhko Bhaave, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
I like Your lanes
Teri Galliyan, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
Your lanes, Your lanes
Yun Hi Tadpaave, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
Your lanes make me suffer

In his mind, flashes are playing a horror black and white film, where Shirag’s face is melted with Rajjad’s and images of her state coming back on Uttra’s engagement her foot so harmed, her fear and shattered state on that night’s celebration then the moment she has been kidnapped by that monster an arm over her head… the moment pressed the trigger killing him and the moment she escaped his hand falling away from him… her scream melting away with the doctors words of today…

Kaisa Hai, Rishta Tera Mera
What sort of relationship exists between us?
Bechehra Phir Bhi Kitna Gehra
It has no name, still it is so deep/strong
Yeh Lamhe, Lamhe Yeh Resham Se
May these silky moments
Kho Jaaye, Kho Na Jaaye Hum Se
Not get lost by us
Kafila… Waqt Ka… Rok Le…
Stop this caravan of time
Ab Rooh Se Juda Na Ho…
Don’t get separated from my soul

Teri Galliyan, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
Your lanes, Your lanes
Mujhko Bhaave, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
I like Your lanes
Teri Galliyan, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
Your lanes, Your lanes
Yun Hi Tadpaave, Galliyan Teri Galliyan
Your lanes make me suffer

He parks the car at the Maheshwari main entry near the stairs, palming his eyes to stop his tears, he looks finally toward her only to find that she drifted off… sleeping or fainting… what was the difference by now?
Cupping her in his arms, he brings her up passing by the assembled family down who is waiting for Uttra’s arrival… Laksh and Ragini have informed everyone about the situation on their way back and when he gets down back he finds sees his mother slapping Uttra mercilessly shocking everyone.
Swara opens her eyes on her Sanskar shouting voice, she finds herself in her bed, the perfusion in her arm and the oxygen tube invading her nostrils, the medical curtain seems suddenly like a cage at her eyes and when she crosses the nurse’s reddened with tears eyes, she could only imagine his reaction discovering her disappearance guilt filling her heart for bringing her in the middle of her this family’s problems!
Sanskar growling voice startles her…
===============
– Kyu Mom? Instead of beating her, you should be beating yourself!!! Didn’t you allow her to meet him? Didn’t you give her permission to love him? Why are you now blaming her?
Sujatta mumbles apologetically:
– He seemed so honest and perfect for her… hai na ji?
Bringing her husband in the middle made the family explode as Durga Prasad feels disappointed by his brother’s lack of intelligence and that he dared disobeying him after all those years!
The arguing continues for a long moment where everyone accuses everyone and no one listens to no one…
Uttra approaches her brother crying badly and asks:
– Sorry bhaiya… didn’t mean to disturb you all especially bhabi… not again!
He explodes at her face angrily:
– How many times will you fault and come back asking forgiveness little sister? How many times will you make this family bow her head down? How many times will fail to kill Swara?
She chokes in her tears at his last phrase as no one is able to stop him, she kneels in front of his holding her ears and pleads:
– Please forgive me bhaiya… please… slap me if you want, throw me out if this punishment is enough for you but just give one last chance…
He doesn’t reply neither look down to her. Snatching her hand from his knee; he walks by her side up to HIS room not stopping at Swara’s room which opened doors made her see him passing without a glare to her side.
She closes her eyes gulping her tears, she wanted to talk to him but she’s helpless… getting out of her confined space would make him go madder and she’s just worried about him… he’s so much tensed since so long, this is the last he’s in need to.
The high dose of morphine making its effect, she sinks in the blackness of unconsciousness where angry Sanskar’s eyes are here blaming her.
