Part 24:
As they reached home, Sanskar parked his car and went behind swara. He opened the main door with the spare keys and they both went inside. They whole house was dark.
“Sanskar I think everyone slept including khushi… You go I will bring khushi with me.. ” said swara.
“No Swara it’s okay you go I will bring khushi.. ” responded Sanskar.
“Are it’s not a big deal you go freshen up…” Said swara nodding her head no.
“You are one stubborn women, I am telling you na, go I will come with khushi.” Sanskar said pushing swara towards the stairs from her shoulders.
“Okay okay I am going… Uh… ” swara said shrugging her shoulders and went upstairs.
Sanskar sighed a deep breathe.
“Pheww… This girl will be the death of me one day… ”
With that he went towards AP’s room and knocked slightly.
After few seconds, AP opened the door with a huge smile lingering on her lips.
“Hi maa.. Did khushi woke up anytime after we left? ” sanskar said entering the room. AP slapped her forehead and said.
“Leave khushi for one day at least please… and yes your room is perfectly ready as you asked and and here is that gift and the cake is in fridge and ….”
“Oh God maa atleast breath and thank you and bhabhi so much for everything… “Sanskar said shutting AP but was himself shut by AP again.
“Oh God what am I going to do with this idiot… This is not the time for thanking…. Just go to swara before she comes… ”
“Oh yeh… I forgot that I send her to our room.. I have to go quickly…Okay maa bye… love u…”sanskar said taking the gift quickly from her hands and went running from there, not before kissing her cheeks..

Sanskar reached his room with cake in his hands, only to find swara still standing at the door steps seeing the room with shocked expressions. Sanskar smiled and went behind her whispers slowly in her ears.
“Shona let’s go inside.. ” swara for a second got startled but turned around and looked at Sanskar with a confused face but Sanskar gave a nod to proceed and she without saying anything went inside.
Sanskar to came inside and locked the room. He turned around and found swara with a questioning look..
“Sanskar what is all these decorations and where is khushi and this box? ” swara questioned pointing towards the box in end.
“Uffooo you sit here for awhile.. Miss Question bank… ” Sanskar said while making swara sit on the bed and went to keep the cake on the side table while swara frowns at her new name..
He came back and took a deep breath and sat on his both knees in front of swara. Swara gave him a questioning look and said
“Sanskar what is all this… And these decorations and cake.. Is everything okay… And why are you sitting like this, your knees will start paining… ” swara said worried.
“Swara… ” Sanskar said slowly looking at her deeply yet lovingly.
Swara looked in Sanskar’s eyes and feel herself drown in it. This type she was not seeing those confused eyes. They stared at each other for more than a minute and when swara suddenly realized what she was doing. She immediately looked down moving her head to other side breaking their eye lock.
“Shona… Look at me please.. ” Sanskar again said lovingly while swara nodded her head in no.
Sanskar chuckled seeing her denying like a child. He took her both hand in his hands which were cold due to nervousness.
“Swara… ” sanskar again called but this time swara moves her head and looked at him again while Sanskar gave her a soft assuring smile.
“You know swara life is so unexpected… I never thought that I will be able to live happily after kavita’s death. I never thought that I will again get marry and that too to my own best friend whom I hurted to every bits… ”
“Sanska… ” swara tried interrupting but was hushed by Sanskar.
“No… Swara today let me speak please…..” Sanskar said as his eyes turned glassy while swara gave him a nod.
“You don’t know swara how lucky I always have been to have you in my life.. I always took you for granted and hurt you in every way possible. But you never showed me how you felt. How can you be so forgiving swara???” A lone tear escape his eyes which fell on Swara’s hands.
“I never knew until some days before that I have got a best girl beside me in fact a gem.. You were my friend, my teacher, my support, my mentor, my… My everything… But how stupid was I that I never realized it, I… I….never valued you and you know, now it scares me so much that if God would have never gave me a chance then how would my life be like??? How would be khushi’s life…” Sanskar looked towards swara with tear stained face who was crying by now like anything.
Sanskar again bent and kept his forehead on her both hands clutching them tightly and continued..
“I just can’t thank God enough that he again gave me you.. He gave me a chance to rectify my mistakes. I am now tired swara of fighting all alone.. I.. I just want that like god gave me a chance, you too please give me a chance, give us a chance… I want you beside me again being my support and pillar, I want you to guide me through my difficult times, to brought-up khushi being her mother with me as I can’t do this alone… I need you swara… I want us to be with each other in every step of our life ahead till our last breaths… I want to accompany you in heavens hand in hands shona… ” Sanskar looked up and said looking straight in her eyes while tears trickled down from both of there eyes.
“I LOVE YOU SWARA I REALLY LOVE YOU SOO MUCH… ”
“Will you be my wife in all means, will you be my life partner and love me again accepting my all flaws…”
Sanskar looked towards swara with hopeful eyes.
Swara felt so loved at that moment, she never expected this moment even in her wildest dreams. She was in cloud nine right now and her happiness was flowing from her eyes continuously of being loved by the one for whom she always prayed. She was not able to speak at that moment as she was so overwhelmed by his confession. Her trance was broken by Sanskar called her out.
“Swara… ”
Sanskar was scared seeing swara not responding. He looked at her with pleading eyes as tears again started building in his eyes.
But the very next second his eyes went wide as swara trowed herself on him wrapping her hands around his neck making him fall backward on the ground while swara again started crying tightening her grip around his neck.
Sanskar immediately reciprocated the hug wrapping his hand around her waist tightly pulling her more towards himself digging his face in her hairs.
He let her cry for few minutes while he keep stroking her hairs. After few minutes he feel swara going silent. He took a deep breath and and stood up taking swara in his arms as they we’re still on floor.
Swara looked towards Sanskar with red puffy eyes. He made her stand on the floor and swara looked down. He came more close to her and bend down while swara closed her eyes and her breath hitched feeling him so close to her. Sanskar kissed her foreheads and then kissed her cheeks.
He looked towards swara who was all red by now,her eyes closed as she still was not able to came out of the proximity. He hugged her tightly and swara too hugged him back.
They stood like this for few minutes savouring the moment. Sanskar then broke the hug after few minutes and made swara sit on the bed. He laid down on bed keeping her head in her laps making swara blush and blessed. He took her hands and kissed them. Swara start stroking his hairs while Sanskar relaxed more and dug himself more in his life. Swara’s eyes again started getting teary as she still was not able to believe what happened few minutes ago.
A drop of tear fell on Sanskar, who sat on the bed immediately and cupped Swara’s face and asked..
“Shone what happened?? Why are you crying…”
While swara just hugged him who hugged her back tightly.
“Sanskar this is not my dream right.?” Swara asked sobbing in between.
“Not at all shona I promise it’s not your dream… ”
“Oh sanskar…. ” swara said tightening the hug.
“You don’t know since when I have been starving to hear this… I almost lost the hope… Thank you Sanskar for making me the happiest woman…. And fulfilling my dreams…. I.. I… ”
“I what swara??? ” Sanskar said in anxious tone.
“I… I LOVE YOU SANSKAR… I LOVE YOU MORE THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE… ”
Sanskar broke the hug and said.
“Say it again please… ”
“I love you.. Sanskar ” swara said smiling shyly..
“Again please… ”
“I love you, I love you, I love you soon much…. ” swara chuckled while Sanskar again scooped her in his arms hugging her tightly.
“Thanks to you too swara for making me the happiest person on earth. ”
They broke the hug after few minutes while Sanskar stood and went towards the side table and brought the cake. He placed it in front of swara who looked at him and said.
“Why this cake Sanskar?? ”
“Woh swara today I have to share another news with you.. ”
“Hmm tell.. ” swara said placing her hands over his.
“Woh today I got promotion.”
“Oh my God… This is so … I mean.. I am so happy… Congratulations sanskar.. I am so proud of you.. “She said looking at him lovingly…
Sanskar smiled and kiss her forehead tenderly and opened the cake making swara to wide her eyes….
“Yayyyy coffee cake…. Thank you soon much Sanskar….. I missed my coffee cake so much…. It’s been so long… ” swara said in excited tone at which Sanskar laughed.
“So you liked it.. ” swara nodded her head, her eyes twinkling.
“Can we eat please…” Sanskar chuckled and they both cut the cake together. Swara cut the cake and Sanskar was waiting for her to make him eat but his moth dropped seeing swara eating the cake lost in it’s taste ignoring sanskar.
Sanskar keep looking at her who ate three pieces till now.
Sanskar fake coughed to bring her from her coffee land..
“I guess I am also here mistakenly.. ”
“Opsss sorry I forgot here have this..” With that she made Sanskar eat the cake whose smile widened..
After enjoying the cake, Sanskar kept the cake aside a and took out a slim box from his coat’s pocket and sat in front of swara.
“I bought this gift for you as a token of thanks for giving us a chance.. ”
“But Sanskar…. ”
“Please swara… ” Sanskar made a cute face at which swara gave up while Sanskar gave a victory smile..
He opened the case and Swara’s eyes shot up looking at the beauty of the gift.
It was a gold chain with “SSK”written on it and an absolutely stunning yet elegant one stone ring was placed beside it just as swara wanted.
Sanskar looked at her eyes asking for permission to which swara blinked her eyes shyly.. Sanskar smiled and took the chain out. He bent towards swara made her wear the chain keeping her long hairs aside.
He then took the ring and made her wear it on the ring finger. He held Swara’s hand and take her in front of the mirror.
He looked at themselves from the mirror while swara too looked up and and made an eye lock with Sanskar through mirror..
“You are so beautiful and gorgeous swara..” Swara turned around and hugged him tightly…
She was so happy that she felt her heart will explode anytime. She was feeling beyond blessed that she again started tearing up.
Sanskar broke the hug and cupped her face in his palms nodding his head in no. He leaned towards her and kiss her forehead gently. He then slowly moved towards her left cheek and slowly kissed her there. Swara closed her eyes tightly and crutched Sanskar collars. She never felt this more. She could feel butterflies in her stomach making her stomach to churn.
Sanskar then slowly kissed her right cheeks. He then looked towards swara who was breathing heavily and her eyes we’re still closed and he leaned towards her slowly and stopped just few inches away from her lips. Swara clutched his collars more tightly giving him the feeling to continue.
He pressed his lips to her ever so slowly that tangles shoot their bodies like fireworks as both are being electrified. Swara start responding too sending sanskar to the heaven driving both of them to another world.
After few minutes at edges of breath they broke apart and sanskar rests his head on Swara’s who was so red flushed and eyes closed, her breaths were quick and fast and love aura filled the place.
Sanskar looked at her and she was looking down in shy matter, his fingers went under her chin and tug her softly to look at him.
“Thanks you swara thank you so much for giving us a chance and I truly love you so much.”
“I love you too Sanskar… ”
With that Sanskar scooped swara in his arms and placed her on the bed. He himself came over her and leaned at her…..
They took their marriage ahead and became each other’s with body and soul making their bond more strong..
Giving swara a sense of protection while Sanskar of being loved…..
