Swara was standing at the window, busy in gazing the stars, trying to find out the answer of her puzzled life when he barged in her room like a storm, making her little scared with his demeanor….. he casually looked at her before bolting the door……
Swara: (nervous) what are you doing here?
Sanskar: (stepping closer to her) I want to talk to you….
Swara: Is this the way to talk?
Sanskar: (stern voice) if you remember Swara, I was trying to talk to you since last two days but it was you who avoiding me…. I am sorry but you left me with no choice
She tried to move away from him but he held her there by placing his hands on either side of wall, caging her in between….
Sanskar: don’t dare to walk away, not this time…. I have asked you something and I want my answer
Swara: (angrily) fine, you want me to answer, my answer is “no”
He was in denial of her refusal. “How could she refuse so easily?” he was lost in thoughts….
Sanskar: may I know the reason, how can you refuse like this?
Swara: (furious) why couldn’t I refuse? Oh yes, I forget “No one says no to Sanskar Maheshwari” then how could I
Sanskar: Swara, it’s not like that…. You are misunderstanding me, I really want you in my life….
Swara: (folding her hand against her chest) may I know why??
Sanskar: (touching her cheek) because I love you Swara…..
She was numb for a second…. Staring him blankly, if things wouldn’t like this then surely this should be the moment of utmost happiness for her but unfortunately now his genuine words didn’t pleased her……
Swara: (mocking laugh) wow! The person who brutally rejected me on our very first meeting, considering me a kid now fallen for me….. do you want me to believe this blatant lie?
Sanskar: (irritated) I am not lying, Swara…. although I never thought I will fall for you, even I didn’t want to fall for anyone but then you came in my life to clear all the mess and I end up loving you…
Swara: so, you love me ha, as what? as a kid?
Sanskar was annoyed with her unbending behavior…. She wasn’t ready to accept that he fell for her….
“Is she trying to take revenge with me for my stringent behavior earlier” he thought
She was babbling continuously, he knew his words were not going to affect her, he has to do something different…. The next moment he pulled her closer and shut her mouth with his….. she wasn’t able to figure out what happened all of a sudden, later realizing what’s happening, she tried to pull out of his grip but he was too strong to do anything….. he was kissing her passionately, trying to convey all his love trough that….. how long she could resist, she gave up but didn’t reciprocate….. Somewhere his touch melting her slowly and why not, she love this man madly…. After sometime he broke the kiss, both were breathing heavily….
Sanskar: (holding her from waist) Now you got it…how I love you, like a man loves a woman……
She couldn’t bear to look at him that shy she was, instead she stayed with her head down…..
Sanskar cupped her face to make her look at him, touching his forehead with her he smiled, smile of contentment it was…..
Sanskar: Swara, why you are pretending when your eyes can’t hide the truth? Well dear I got my answer but I want to hear it from you and I will make you to confess it to me….. So, Miss Swara Bose be ready to accept your love very soon…..
All the while she was looking at him with puzzled eyes…. She didn’t want to pull off her guards in front of him…. With full strength she pushed him away, he silently smirked at her reaction….
Swara: don’t be delusional Mr. Maheshwari…. I am never going to do anything like that because I don’t love you
Sanskar: I know it’s not true but if so I promise to make you fall for me and as you can see it’s not that difficult dear….
A pompous smile adorned his face…. She wanted to strangulate him at the very moment. His words kindled the anger inside her. She wanted to yell, to scream but all she did is to keep quiet….
Sanskar: (giving a last look to her) Good night, sleep well…..
What a fate!! The person who snatched all her peace wishing her for a starry night…..

Sanskar’s POV
I know Swara you have feelings for me, I got it the moment I kissed…. my touch affects you. But then why you being so reluctant about this, what’s the reason….. Don’t you trust me or you feel I am not worthy of your love? What’s stopping you to accept the truth, I have to find out….. you are not an easy girl and this I knew from the beginning but I think you forgot that I am a winner in every game….. and moreover it’s about my love how could I give up…. fortune and love favors the brave and I am not a coward….. dad once told me never regret your failures, it is essential for personal expansion and makes the success much more worthy….. Your denial is making me more determined, and your unspoken love giving me strength….

Swara’s POV
I thought I know him but every time he proves me wrong…. Is this desperate he is to keep me with him, he lied he loves me… not for once he thought it will hurt me…. that day he didn’t mention anything about love and when he realized he is losing it, came with new plan to trap me but I am not gonna fall for you again Mr. Maheshwari….. I know your intensions very well. How could someone be so blinded with his daughter’s love that he didn’t think about other’s happiness!! If it would be a real confession, a genuine and true feelings then I must be most content person on earth but unfortunately you made emotions a game, mere game….

Sharmishtha, Swara and Ashwin, the trio was spending some family time together…… Ashwin talking continuously about his schools, friends, projects, telling every single detail to his sister.
Sharmishtha: (oiling Swara’s hair) Shona, did you thank Sanskar?
Swara: (casually) what for?
Sharmishtha: (surprised) about planning your birthday surprise, it was his idea to bring Ashu, Sanjeet and Bushra over here…. he is such a sweetheart, hai na otherwise who bothers this much for an employee….
Swara: (to herself) Ma you are also fallen for his farce concern just like me…. no doubt he is master in doing this….
Swara was lost in her own thoughts, getting no reply from her Sharmishtha shook her a little…
Sharmishtha: Shona!! Where are you?
Swara: (faint smile) nothing mom……
Ashwin: (looking at Swara) I also like him…. He is not arrogant as I thought him at first, di he is so damn good in , you know what yesterday me and Siya were stuck in one stage and he did it in few seconds…..
Sharmishtha: (smiles) off course he is intelligent, otherwise being a top business man is not a cake walk
Swara: (annoyed with his praise) playing video games skillfully doesn’t make you Einstein…. It’s not a big deal and about business, it’s inherited…. Not he built it solely…
Both Sharmishtha and Ashwin bemused with her sudden lash out…..
Sharmishtha: why are you snapping!! It’s just a casual talk not a debate…. And let me correct you inheritance only gives you chance to prove yourself, it’s a foundation but you have to built a castle of your dreams on your own…. Sanjeet talked about how diligently Sanskar worked to bring their company up to such heights….

Sharmishtha ruffled his hairs with a smile on her face, but Swara was disappointed because more she tries to stay away from him or his thoughts, more he intrudes everywhere….

All were there, relaxing, chilling as it was a Saturday evening….. Swara was busy in talking with Ashwin and Siya little away from all as she didn’t want his presence around her whereas Annapurna, Sharmishtha and Sujata were engrossed in their own gossips…. Laksh and Ragini were sitting next to Sanskar who was away from all this immersed in a business magazine…. Ragini signaled something to Laksh….
Laksh: (whispered) Bhai did you asked her?
Sanskar: (turning a page) yeah…..
Laksh: (anxiously) what she said?
Sanskar: (not taking his eyes from magazine) she refused….
Laksh and Ragini both looked at each other with disappointment but on the contrary Sanskar was cool, patient….
Laksh: are you ok with it?
Sanskar: yeah, I am absolutely fine with it…
Annoyed with his cold demeanor Ragini snatched the magazine he was so keenly reading…..
Ragini: (irritated) here your life is all screwed up and you are involved in reading this boring magazine…..
Laksh: Ragini is right, she doesn’t love you, isn’t it matters to you?
Sanskar: (smirk) who said she doesn’t love me…. I said she refused, I didn’t mention anything about love….
Laksh: (confused) what!!
Sanskar: I know she feels for me but for some unknown reason hiding it…… don’t worry guys soon she will accept….

He whistled in excitement and grabbed the attention of every single eye present there, all looking at him with puzzled eyes…..
Laksh: (covering up) nothing guys actually one of my old friend is coming back to India after a long, he just messaged me….
Annapurna shook his head with a smile “Pagal” but Swara wasn’t convince, she stared him suspiciously for few minutes and then ignored…..
Sanskar: (hitting his shoulder with magazine) are you insane? Ragini do you really love this duffer?
Ragini: (fake sadness) unfortunately I do…..
“You boring people” Laksh said with an annoyed look and then moved towards Swara and gang…….

Siya: dad tomorrow is Sunday so me and Ashu bhaiya planned an outing…. Will you take us?
Sanskar: where you wanna go?
Siya: (looking at Ashwin) to upper lake….
Sanskar: dear I am sorry I can’t come but your chahu will definitely take you there
Siya: (sadly) why?
Sanskar: I have an important meeting….
Laksh: don’t worry Siya and Ashu, we will go together and have lots of fun….
Ragini: (looking at Swara) me and Swara will also join, what say Swara?
Swara nodded with a smile, it was a relief for her that he wasn’t coming otherwise she has to make an excuse to quit…..
Ragini: (to Annapurna) mom, I think you all should come…. Let’s make it a family outing
Annapurna: no dear, you kids go….. we ladies have our own plan
Laksh: So decided tomorrow we gonna rock it…..
