A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR SWARA AKA HELLY SHAH.
The episode begins-
The next morning swasan were sleeping cuddling each other. Sanskar woke up and saw swara who was holding him tightly in sleep and her face against his chest. He slightly caressed her face and smiled remembering the night and kissed on her hairs. Not wanting to disturb her, he kept lying unmoved. He was again going to drift in sleep when swara woke up.
Sanskar- good morning.
Swara- [rubbed her eyes and yawned] good morning.
Swara then looked at sanskar and smiled but the smile turned to shy as she realised their state. Sanskar saw this.
Sanskar- [with mischief] what happened swara. Why are you shying so much. [she hugged him hiding her face] say naa.
Swara- sanskar please.
Sanskar- [tucking her hair strands behind her ear] what please swara tell naa.
Swara- nothing. [slightly hit on his chest]
Sanskar- accha. [swara moved away from him covering herself with comforter towards her side] Arey what happened.
Swara didn’t replied and opened drawer of her bed side table and from a small container took two biscuits and ate them confusing sanskar.
Sanskar- swara biscuits early in the morning. Arrey you should kiss me but here….. ufff [he said making faces]
Swara- done.
Sanskar- what wrong did I say?
Swara- [after drinking water] these biscuits I ate so that I don’t feel vomiting the whole day. I am already drained after last night and I can’t withstand this morning sickness. [she looked at sanskar who had raised his eyebrows smiling and realised what she said and bit her tongue] i…. I mean this morning sickness takes a toll on me and I feel exhausted whole day. Yaa I meant that. We… we should wake up.
Sanskar- held her hand and spoke huskily] I wish I could tire you out everyday like you got tired last night.
Swara- [widen her eyes hearing him] you aren’t going to do anything as such. You are such a shameless.
Sanskar- what to do, seeing you my shamelessness comes out as reflex.
Swara- sanskar [she warned him as her cheeks were deep red with his talks.
Sanskar- ok… no more teasing. [sat properly and asked seriously] do you feel this nauseas everyday.
Swara- yes.
Sanskar- then why didn’t you told doctor yesterday. She would have prescribed some medicines.
Swara- because nausea, dizziness are all common in pregnancy. Using medicines can affect the baby and that’s why for fever too doctor didn’t prescribe any medicine. [said futher like doing some advertisement]
‘advise for pregnant women
two biscuits a day as you wake up from the bed
Keeps you nausea free and energetic for the day
Do apply’ [author’s note- I knew this from a doctor, so people can apply this and see if it works]
Swara laughed after saying this and sanskar too chuckled. He was happy as swara was behaving as her ownself again- happy, doing masti. That habit of hers of biting tongue when she does mistake.
Sanskar- understood madam. Will surely remember and apply during your next pregnancy too.
Swara- good…. What. [sanskar laughed] mr. sanskar maheshwari stop the horses of your thoughts.
Sanskar- what to do. when I am with you they doesn’t stop.
Swara- first handle the ones that are going to come in near future then will think about your talks. [winked]
Sanskar- accha
Sanskar smiled and forwarded his hands to pull her to him. Swara saw this and knew his intentions.
Swara- [said before sanskar holds her] statue.
Sanskar stilled in his position.
Swara- so dear husband I am going to finish it off right now if you assure that you aren’t going to do any naughtiness otherwise you will have to sit like this till I don’t get ready completely. I think the second option is better right.
Sanskar- ummmhhhhh
Swara- oh you agree to me right. [sanskar- ummmhhh] [swara laughed] ok I will say over but you won’t do anything ok. [sanskar- hmmm] over.
Swara- sanskar no.. [as sanskar held swara]
Sanskar- [kissing her forehead and embracing her] I am not doing anything but just for now. but I will see you later.
Swara- [with attitude] will see. [being normal] now let me go and get ready.
Sanskar- [held her hand] I forgot to ask is it paining you now.
Swara [seeing his worried face] no…little bit but it’s ok. I will manage.
She was going to step down when sanskar stopped her confusing her. Wearing his tracks he came to her side and lifted her up after properly wrapping her in bridal style and carried her to washroom even after her resistance.
Swara- sanskar what are you doing? I will go by myself.
Sanskar- [putting her down in washroom] I know you could have by yourself but if I am there then I can do this much. Now listen. Use luke warm water for bathing and don’t lock the door. If you need my help then just call me once, I am outside only.ok
Swara- hmmmm.
Sanskar- [saw her flushed cheeks] I am your husband. Why to be shy from me so much.
Swara- [adamantly] I am not shying. Now go from here.
Sanskar gave a knowing smile and went from there shutting the door.
Swara looking at the door—- I craved for such time with you sanskar. Thank you for forgiving me and giving me the chance to live these moments with you. I will try my best to never disappoint you ever.
After getting fresh swara came out and saw the bed properly arranged and sanskar sitting with his mobile.
Swara- [shocked] sanskar you did this. [pointing towards bed]
Sanskar- the matter is my beautiful wife is pregnant so I thought why not to be of some help.
Swara-hmm I am impressed.
Sanskar- [lifting his collar] people usually get impressed by me. It’s not such a big deal. [showing off]
Swara- enough haan. I also know a lot about you. Today you arranged the bed but if you do this everyday then I will know. And I clearly know that isn’t possible because you are a late riser. And your morning sleep is …….. what to say. And that wearing different socks….
Sanskar- ohhhh when you were not there naa I used to do all by myself and wore correct socks too. [said in flow but swara eyes got filled with tears and she became silent.]
Sanskar- [realised] I ….. It’s ok swara. Sshhh I am sorry to bring that topic in between.
Swara – [hugged him tightly] I am sorry sanskar. I
Sanskar- forget it swara. That phase has passed. I am trying my best that it doesn’t affect our present and I need your support. [they broke the hug and sanskar wiped her tears] No more crying over that. Ok.
Swara nodded.
Sanskar- what are my twins doing inside. [kept his hand on her belly]
Swara- [smiled] they are saying that we love you so much.
Sanskar- really. [swara nodded] I love you all too.
Sanskar smiled at her and was leaning towards her but swara kept her hands on his chest.
Swara- sanskar. No masti please.
Sanskar- a little bit can be done. You stopped me earlier too and that statue game with me. Now you will have to bear the consequences.
Swara- sanskar we have to go for puja also. Please no. go and get ready then we will go downstairs for prayers. [she slightly pushed him]
Sanskar- huh! I am going.
He took his towel and was going but came back, kissed her cheeks and entered the bathroom before swara reacts, leaving her astonished and then she blushed.

Sanskar didn’t want to but he had to go to office. He had involved himself in so much work and started so many projects in just one and half months that it was the necessity for him to go to office and also in last three days he went office to attend just two meetings which were very important. He wanted to spend more of his time with swara but couldn’t.
Swara was upset but didn’t showed. Instead she pretended like it was so normal and he shouldn.t neglect office.
Sanskar- swara I don’t want to but I will have to go to office. If you want then I can come after half day.
Swara- no sanskar I understand. Because of my ill health you had to stay back home and even at home you didn’t work much. Now don’t worry about me and go to office.
Sanskar- ok I am going but before that you have to promise that you are going to take care of yourself properly. No work and you won’t be using stairs often, take nap when you feel tired, will have your lunch properly and also eat fruits and call me when you feel to or in case of any requirement. Ok.
Swara- sanskar even mom wouldn’t give so many instructions in one time as much as you gave.
Sanskar- HA HA are you going to do all these or I cancel going to office.
Swara- areee I will follow every instructions of yours. Happy.
Sanskar- hmmm… and by the way I will see your condition when mom will come back and would get to know about your pregnancy. I will ask you then.
Swara- [thought about her condition with sujata’s care and smiled] I will love mom’s care and I desperately want to share this news with her. Just waiting for her return. Accha leave all this now go to office.
Sanskar kissed her forehead and was going when swara stopped him.
Swara- sanskar
Sanskar- what happened?
Swara- vo till what time you will come just for knowledge.
Sanskar- I will try that I wrap maximum work but still will try to reach home early by evening six. Why?
Swara- vo I was thinking to go baadi [sanskar was going to say something but swara showed him hands saying to listen her]
Swara- I was thinking to go baadi after you return. We will go just for an hour. Actually I haven’t shared the pregnancy news with anyone there and hadn’t talked to maa also since four days. It will be surprise for her. She will also be so happy naa. And while returning we will buy the multivitamin tablets that we didn’t get yesterday. Will it be ok with you?
Sanskar- ok we will go.
Swara- and listen don’t forget to eat your lunch.
Sanskar- I won’t and if I do I know you will make me remember. [swara smiled] bye.
Swara- bye.
Several calls came to swara from sanskar asking about her health. As usual sanskar forgot to have his lunch engrossed in work and got a good scolding from swara when at about three in noon she called him and asked whether he had his lunch or not.
Swara- [on call with sanskar] hello sanskar
Sanskar- haan swara. Are you ok. Do you need anything?
Swara- no baba. I am fine. You have called me three times since you went office to ask the same. I called to ask if you had your lunch.
Sanskar- [scratched his head sitting in his office] vo swara actually I was working on a file…. It was very important and so I forgot to….. no I mean I thought I will have my lunch once I complete this and it’s actually on the end so I will have now.
Swara- [angry] I told you naa sanskar not to forget your lunch. I know you forgot and giving excuse of work. If I wouldn’t have called then you wouldn’t even remember. [chocked voice] uttara had told me how you had avoided your health and food when I wasn’t there. I know I couldn’t be a good wife to you and you have suffered because of that but please now don’t forget to have your food and just let me know you had it. I will talk later. Bye. [she kept the phone]
Sanskar- swara listen….. hello….. hello swara…
Sanskar closed his eyes in frustration. He rubbed his temples and then opened his lunch and had it. He then called swara. Here swara was sobbing lying on the bed. Seeing sanskar calling she received but didn’t spoke.
Sanskar- hello swara.
Swara- hmmm [she didn’t want him to know that she is crying and hence didn’t speak]
Sanskar- I had my food. Now don’t worry for me. I will try not to forget about my meals from now on.
Swara-
Sanskar-are you there swara?
Swara- hmmmmm
Sanskar- I know you are upset that I forgot to take my lunch but it won’t happen again. I said naa. Now don’t be quite, speak something.
Swara sniffed covering the phone but then controlling herself she spoke when sanskar worriedly asked that whether she is fine or not.
Sanskar- swara say something. Is everything ok.
Swara- yes…. Everything is fine….. I am feeling sleepy….. will talk to you later… and drive safely ..while returning… bye.
Sanskar- ok you sleep. bye.
Sanskar felt swara’s voice heavy but then thought that maybe she would be sleeping when he called her and so she sounded like that.

Evening sanskar went home and swara was normal with him. Sanskar again apologised for forgetting to eat the lunch. Swara kissed on his cheek making him surprised and forming a smile on his face. Then they left for baadi together. Entering into gadodia house they saw sumi trying to feed cerelac to ayush who was jumping on her lap and puking out the cerelac from his mouth that sumi was feeding him.
Sumi was blabbering to self and sometime scolded ayush that he should eat it like good boy. Seeing this sanskar whispered to swara.
Sanskar- [inn her ears] after few months when our baby will also be of ayush age then i will love to watch you blabber to self and feeding our baby.
Swara- [shied] sanskar you also start anywhere. Let’s go in.
Swara- areee what is my chotu doing.
Sumi- [surprised seeing swasan] shona sanskar. When did you both come. I just didn’t see you. Come beta. How are you both?
Sanskar- we are alright maa.
Sanskar took blessings of sumi and swara took ayush from sumi and gave her a side hug.
Swara- allellle my chotu became happy seeing didi.
Swara sat with ayush and was talking to him childishly.
Sumi- shona beta how is ragu and the puja they were supposed to do, did it happen successfully.
Swara- maa how do you know about this? I didn’t talk to you from last four days.
Sumi- shekhar had called ragini two days back and then she told that they are on their way to rajasthan and the day they reached shekhar had called to ask her if they reached safely. I am glad that Annapurna ji is doing so much for ragini and baby and why not she has this wish for so long. I could talk to her the last time only for few seconds.
As sumi was saying this a flash of sadness and anger passed through sanskar while swara too seemed upset but soon both recovered so that sumi or the either one of them does not notice.
Sumi- I am happy to see you both together here.. Arree I just forgot to tell you. Bauji [referring to swara’s grandfather] came two days ago to see us. He left this morning itself. Ayush had a good company with him. He troubled him a lot. [she chuckled]
Swara- [feeling sad but spoke normally] you didn’t inform me maa. I would have come over to meet him.
Sumi- I am sorry shona. Actually I would have informed but everytime it slipped off my mind being busy around ayush. He has been so naughty and handling him after you and ragu left is difficult. Over that shekhar has been busy with the shop. Shekhar informed bauji that ragini has gone to rajasthan and only you are here so to meet both of you in next visit and come for longer period of time. Bauji too agreed and visited shop yesterday and told that in next visit he will meet you both.
Sumi- accha tell me about how are you? I didn’t even get time to call you or ragu by myself in last few days.
Swara- it’s ok maa. [she said controlling her tears] we wanted to share something with you.
Sumi- say naa shona. Yaa wait let me bring snacks for you first.
Swara- maa listen naa we will have snacks later. First let me tell you what the main purpose I came for and we have to leave also as papa bade papa and uttara are home only.
Sumi- say
Swara- vo maa I am pregnant.
Sumi- ohh ….. what did you say shona. Really. [swara nodded] I am so happy bacha. [kissed her forehead and hugged her while tears drops fell from swara’s eyes which she wiped instantly] be happy both of you and may durga maa bless the child. [she blessed keeping her hand on sanskar’s head when he again took sumi’s blessings after sharing the news]
Sumi- when did you know and had you done proper check-up.
Swara- maa…. [looked towards sanskar who blinked assuringly and she took a long breath] I have entered my fourth month and I knew it since the next day me and ragini came to live in baadi from mm.
Sumi- [shocked] you knew since then and telling me now. and me I wasn’t even able to figure that out. You should have told beta. These aren’t things to be hidden. I would have taken care of you as we did for ragu.
Swara- maa let it be. The time has already passed. Won’t you give snacks now. [she said trying to change the environment] and maa bring snacks in double amount as you are going to be nani of twins.
Sumi- twins [sumi was beyond happy] shona you are giving so much happiness in one day. You wait I will quickly prepare your favourite rasgulla. And give ayush to me he will trouble you.
Swara- maa let him be. I will manage. Right chotu [kissed ayush cheeks while ayush squealed in joy].
Sumi went to kitchen and here swara was playing with ayush and sanskar was admiring her. Swara saw him constantly looking at her.
Swara- sanskar what are you seeing?
Sanskar- you. I was just imagining you with our children.
Swara- accha… now hold ayush I will see if maa needs any help and I won’t do any heavy work. Just little help.
Swara was holding ayush and forwarded him so that sanskar holds him but sanskar was moving his hands in different angles trying to decipher which way he should hold her so that it would be correct.
Swara- what are you doing sanskar? Hold him naa.
Sanskar- are how do I know that in which way I should hold him that he will be comfortable and he won’t fall.
Swara laughed hearing this, a hearty laugh.
Swara- sans…..sanskar…. you… oh god….
Sanskar- what is there to laugh so much. [said making confused face]
Swara- [controlling her laugh] nothing…. You are so cute sanskar. Hahaha [she again burst out laughing]
Sanskar- swara first, I am not cute and second, could you please tell why are you laughing? [said making annoyed face]
Swara- ohhk sorry. I laughed as you are afraid to hold babies as if they will fall and over that so clearly you were asking how to hold babies. [she said laughing slightly but controlled herself seeing him glaring her]
Swara- again sorry. Chotu now I am going to give you to jiju. Be in his hold properly. Ha ha haha [she again laughed]
Sanskar sat beside her damn close and passed his hand around her waist. Swara’s breath got caught on his this move and she looked at him perplexed. He leaned towards her neck and very slowly said in her ears.
Sanskar- making fun of me.
Swara- sa….san..sk.ar I just…. Maa will come. Sit properly.
Sanskar- am I not holding you properly now? haan swara. [said tightening his grip a bit around her waist]
Swara- sanskar [said stuttering shyly]
Sanskar- don’t worry I will soon learn to hold babies and if not you are there naa MY BABY [said huskily] for me to hold. And I know my baby knows very well to hold small babies and she would definitely manage with our babies. Right princess?
Swara was breathing heavily as sanskar was caressing her waist and his husky voice and those words- baby, princess, she was losing herself.
Swara- san..sanskar maa will….come.
Sanskar- you didn’t answer swara.
Swara- please…
Ayush- ummm..hmmm [he said his own language seeing swasan involved in themselves and not concentrating on him]
Swasan moved apart with the noises made by ayush. Sanskar had a smirk on his face. Swara was still breathing heavily and trying to control her blush. Stabilising herself a bit she stood up with ayush.
Sanskar- what happened swara [he said smirking seeing her blush]
Swara- nothing [tried to sound stern seeing his smirk but couldn’t] forward your both hands.
Sanskar- why?
Swara- because I am saying.
Sanskar obliged and swara made ayush sit on sanskar’s lap and wrapped his hands around ayush properly.
Swara- like this we hold small babies. Now be with chotu. I will see maa.
Sanskar- but swara what if he jumps or…
Swara- nothing will happen and I will come fast.
She left from there and sanskar was stuck with ayush. He had his grip firm around ayush. Initially he was uncomfortable and fearful but slowly he adjusted with holding him and started slowly talking to him. Swara saw him from the door of kitchen and seeing him comfortable smiled and went in to help sumi.
