Ragini and Kunj both belongs to Royal families…They are modern prince and princess.
There is an end of year party in which all royal families are invited.Ragini is seen running around the palace in a blue lehenga. She dances with her friends and enjoy. Kunj enters there with his family.He collides with Ragini. She falls in his arms. They have an eye-lock. Rab ne bana di jodi music plays…. She gets up and argues with him. He just admires her. Ragini angrily goes from there and make faces at him.
Kunj’s friends proposes Ragini’s friend. Ragini is standing near Kunj. She whispers please say no. Kunj surprisingly looks on and asks what did u say.
Ragini:I hope she says no.
Kunj:But why?
Ragini:Look today she is happy then after marriage her mum in law will dominate her and her love for her husband will get less and then divorce..then child custody…u see
Kunj:Means u don’t believe in love?
Ragini:There is nothing like love.
Ragini goes.Kunj is surprised by her attitude and smiles looking at her. She scolds her friend for saying yes. Kunj laughs and says she is childish.
Its one month’s time. In this period they became good friends thanks to their friend’s marriage. Its the marriage day. Ragini dresses up her friend and decks up herself. She runs downstairs and collides with Kunj. Kunj is stunned by her beauty. Ragini apologizes repeatedly.
Kunj:neither will u stop running nor will u stop talking ever right?
Kunj laughs
Raguni beats him and goes being annoyed. He holds her hand and bends down. She looks on. He ties her anklet well. Ragini gives him a chocolate and says at every small Happiness we must celebrate it with something sweet. They share the chocolate together on the occasion of the wedding. Ragini goes to the bride.
Ragini:U know Kunj is looking very handsome and cute today…I wish I could tell him.
Bride:Then tell him.
Ragini:No I wont because if u compliment a guy they might get wrong impression about u.
Kunj has heard all that and gets happy.
His frnd teases him why he got happy when Ragini complimented him.
The marriage finishes. Ragini is feeling sleepy. She walks and hears Kunj talking to himself. She goes to him.
Ragini:I pity u…I knoe whatever happened was wrong…
Kunj:What?
Ragini:I know u r becoming mad.
She laughs. Kunj smiles and says yes in ur love. She stops and looks at him..Music plays…He laughs and says he was joking. Kunj looks worried.
Ragini: Now tell me what happened to u?
Kunj:my chachi has forged some papers illegally and claims that she is the owner of my cousin’s house. My cousin,being a princess has to live in a rented house with her husband and child. Its not fair. My chachi has lied to her family that she got this house on inheritance.
Ragini says how can people fall this cheap. Now what will u do?
Kunj forwards his hand.
Kunj:Will u help me?
Ragini smiles and puts her hand on his.
Ragini:Dosti ki hain nibhaani tho paregi(we have done friendship…now have to fulfill it).
Rab ne bana di jodi plays… She takes out chocolate and they eat and laugh together. He gifts her a necklace with their photos inside with besties written on it. She gets happy and wears it.
Kunj and Ragini get to live in the house of that Chachi by some excuse..
Dadi(Chachi’s mother in law) comes to Ragini while she is unpacking her stuff.
Ragini:Dadi maa…U here?
Dadi:Beti what is this? U r married but no sindoor and no mangalsutra?
Ragini sees Kunj coming and looks at him.
Ragini:Dadi maa…uhmmm I…
Dadi see Kunj and asks him to make Ragini wear mangalsutra..
They both are shocked.
Kunj takes a necklace and puts it around Ragini’s neck.Rab ne bana di jodi…plays… He fills her maang with sindoor. Dadi smiles and goes. ragini is shocked and angry at Kunj. She goes to the terrace. Kunj comes and tries to talk to her. She shoves his hand and continues to cry. Kunj pulls her closer. Ragini asks him to leave.
Kunj:I didnt put mangalsutra on u…I just put a gold necklace and I put colors on u..thank god dadi did not put her glasses that time..
Ragini hugs him tight and thanks him. Kunj looks on.
Kunj comes and sits to the pool side and meets his cousin.
Cousin: What happened dude? Whats her name?
Kunj:Ragini…ohhh….uhh who?
Cousin: Look we are brother since childhood…and u cant hide anything ftom me..I know u r not married with Ragini…U love her right?
Kunj:I dont know… I dont love her but her smile affects me so much. Her one smile can change my mood. Her talks make me get lost in another world…when she is sad I can do anything to make her happy again. I can do anything for her..I don’t want her to change …never…
Cousin smiles and says if this is not love then what is this?
Kunj looks on Surprisingly.
Ragini comes to room and remembers Kunj. She smiles remembering he put sindoor on her. She thinks what’s happening to me.
Its morning , ragini comes to Chachi’s room and gives her tea. She tries to be in the good books of Chachi. The latter drinks the tea and faints. Ragini takes the keys and opens the locker. She smiles seeing the papers. She turns and gets shocked seeing Chacha standing.
Chacha holds her hand and wakes up Chachi. Chachi gets angry seeing Ragini and tries to slap her. Ragini pushes them and goes towards the door. Chacha closes the door and asks her to give them the paper. She refuses.
Ragini: r u both not ashamed to do that? To ursurp someone else property.
Chacha asks her to cut the crap and give the paper.
Ragini:No…I will not give).
Chachi goes to her and snatches the paper. Kunj see that through the window and knocks on the door but it is locked… even the window is locked. He shouts to Ragini to take the paper from them. Ragini hits Chacha with a vase and he faints. Chachi approches her with a knife. Ragini beats her and in the process she gets hurt with the knife. She sees a sword there. She takes it.
Ragini:Now come! Dnt forget I am not only a princess…but a warrior one. Next time dnt do the mistake of stopping me from doing my work. She takes the papers and goes. Chachi gets scared. Kunj smiles and says my Jhansi ki raani( my warrior princess).
Ragini apologizes to Dadi for doing this.
Dadi: no dear u did it for good reason.
Ragini:But dnt u wry Chachi and Chacha got arrested but u all will live in this house only. Kunj’s cousin accepted to let u all stay here.
Dadi blesses her and says Kunj is lucky to get a wife like u. Ragini looks at Kunj. He winks to her. She smiles.
Kunj comes to her and thanks her. He gives her a chocolate. She smiles and takes it.
There is a party in which all join together…Ragini meets her friends and family. Kunj’s frnd who got married talks to him.
Frnd:so when is ur marriage with Ragini?
Kunj: Shut up! U talk nonsense.
Frnd:Oh come on! Its visible to everyone how much u love each other but u too are the only one not realising this…if she didnt love u she wouldnt have risked her life for UR cousin… think about what I said.
Kunj looks on.
Ragini’s frnd: Ragini dnt be stupid.. everyone knows u two are in love!
Ragini:U know I dnt believe in these love.
Frnd:If risking ur life for his happiness is not love then what is it.
Ragini looks on.
Ragini gets a message from Kunj asking her to come to the hall where everyone is dancing.
She comes there and the spotlight gets on her. She looks around. She sees a projector showing all her pictures.. she smiles surprisingly. Kunj comes to her. He pulls her closer. He dances with her on ae dil hain mushkil title song. She smiles. When the dance ends he turns her and bends on his knees. She is shocked. He shows her a ring and shouts I love u…will u marry me?
Ragini is stunned and doesnt know what to say. She looks at everyone who cheers her to say yes. She sees Kunj smiling with the ring. She worriedly says yes. He makes her wear the ring. He kisses her forehead. She drags him into a room and angrily closes the door.
Ragini: What the hell was happening outside? U know I dnt believe in love and still u…I had to say yes before everyone so that u dnt feel dissapointed..
But I cant say yes because I saw how people fail and become weak in love. And I have to fulfill my dreams and I cant fall weak.
She returns him the ring. He looks on teary eyes. She goes to open the door. He puts the lock and pins her to the door.
Ragini:Leave me…u r hurting me!
Kunj:U should have said no before everyone.. now u hurt me..u gave me my life’s biggest happines and snatched it in a second.
Ragini cries and looks at him.
Kunj:U say u dnt love me? Then why do we share this beautiful bond…this is mot friendship that we share…its more than that! Why did u risk ur life for my family? Why? Tell me.
Ragini thinks and shushes him.
Ragini:Its nthng like that. She goes away.
He turns her towards him again.
Kunj:Why r u mistaking love to be fridnship? Why?
Ragini looks at him and thinks.
Ragini:I give u one chance..if u can prove to me that we love each other…I will accept..I will give u one week’s time.
Kunj looks on and promises to fulfill their love in one week. Ragini looks on.
Kunj has been trying to make Ragini realise her love since many days and today is the last day.
Its morning, ragini wakes up and gets a message from Kunj “Good morning Princess” she smiles. Her mother,the Queen comes and teases her. She gets ready and eats her breakfast. She works on her laptop ( she writes books and wrote many successful ones). She hears a beep outside. She goes and sees Kunj on his jeep.
Kunj:I have come to take u. Come!
Ragini:But where to go? If u have forgotten let me remind u today is ur last day of the challenge and I have not realized my love for u.
Kunj lifts her and makes her sit on the seat. He goes close to her and ties her seatbelt. They have an eyelock. She looks down. Kunj smiles and says its the first time u r bowing ur eyes in shyness right. Ragini gets surprised and looks at him. They go to a fair and enjoy a lot. They spend a good quality time together.
At night, Kunj drops her home. She gets a call and gets shocked. She gets scared and thinks what to do. She sees a car coming towards her and gets shocked. She tries to open her mansion’s door but they are locked.
Ragini:Oh no! Mum and dad have gone out. My car is in garage! Oh fish!
She starts running on the road. She sees the goons behind her in the car. Someone pulls her behind a tree. She is happy seeing Kunj. She hugs him.
Kunj:What happened? Why r u so scared?
Ragini:These goons had tried to kill my frnd’s brother and I saved him. They had challenged me to kill me.
Kunj: but as far as I know u…u r not someone to get scared right? Then why?
Ragini:Yeah but when I get too scared I dnt have the courage to fight.
Kunj:U have to be fearless…for urself…for me okk?
He cups her face. She looks at him and feels something.
They hide. Ragini gets scared and murmurs. Kunj says as long as I am here they will not do anything to u. Ragini hugs him. They goons come there and holds Ragini.they beat Kunj. Ragini gets angry and remembers Kunj’s words. She takes a rod and beats the goons. She fights karate with them.
Ragini:How dare u Beat my Kunj! How dare u hurt him.
She beats them black and blue and beats the pulp out of them.
Kunj is surprised and looks on. The goons run away.
Ragini:Abe ohhh!!!hey! Come back and show me!). She sees Kunj injured and runs to him. He faints. She brings him into a hut as it starts raining. She luckily finds a first aid box and put a small bandage on his forehead.. Rab ne bana di jodi plays… She feels cold and tries to light a fire. Kunj wakes up and sees her. He remembers her words while fighting. She runs to him and asks if he is alright.
Kunj;Why did u say “my Kunj’?
Ragini thinks and realises she said that
She stammers and say that she said that in anger.
Kunj smiles and teases her. She smiles seeing the rain and dances in the rain outside. Kunj comes to her.
Ragini:U know Kunj everytime we met..there was rain
Kunj pulls her closer and says its a sign.
Ragini:Wha…what sign?
Kunj gets closer to kiss her. She goes inside the hut. He comes inside and closes the door. Ragini asks him not to come near her because he lost the challenge.
Kunj: Oh madam! We still have 3h for this day to end!
(They have a comic scene)
Ragini:As if u r gonna do miracle!?
She goes to open the door. He stops her. She angrily asks him not to block her way.
Kunj:What will u do? I will block
Ragini:He does not let her go.
She throws some woods on him. He gets angry and throws some on her. She takes a pot and throws on him. He pulls her and kisses her. They have a lip to lip kiss ?. She gets shocked. She pushes him. He stops her and pulls her.
Kunj:when I kissed u…did u not feel anything? Did u not like it when I came closer to u…Did ur heart not beat fast when I pull u and hug u?
Ragini looks down and says love is a weak thing.
He stops her from behind and smiles.
Kunj:I promise u our love will be different..it will not be weak. It will strengthen us…and most importantly it will not fade away…never…and I promise u…I will not let it fade.
Ragini cries and hugs him. He smiles and hugs her. Rab ne bana di jodi plays…. He makes her lie down and touches her cheeks. She hugs him. They come closer….
