Scene-1
After 2 weeks…..
Swara’s marriage preparation is going on….ragini is getting her ready as bride…..Swara is wearing red lahenga with golden lace….she is looking like a typical Indian bride…..but one thing is less than a bride….A smile and excitement.
Sumi comes there….she hugs Swara and says…
Sumi:(with tears in her eyes) shona….you are going to become someone’s wife and someone’s daughter in law.you will have many responsibilities from tomorrow….I have full trust on you that you will handle them very well as you are mature now….but you leave this house as well….This house will be incomplete without you….
Swara starts crying. …
Ragini :(with fake anger) ma….Please. ..don’t do this emotional talk….save this for later….you are spoiling my di’s makeup…and Di…..you are staying in kolkata….don’t behave as if you r going to leave India.
Sumi:(with smile ) Ragini….you will have to do this one day.. so be prepared…
Ragini: I am not going anywhere.. I will stay with you..
Sumi: all girls say like this…but one day you will say by yourself that you want to get married.
(Turns to swara) one last question….you are happy with this marriage na???
Swara:(with tears) yes ma…I’m happy….you don’t need to be worried.
Ragini: not again….now I have to do your makeup again..
Sumi goes with a smile.
Swara was trying hard to hide her emotions.
Suddenly they hear sounds of people that groom has arrived.
Ragini goes with her friends in the balcony…..she sees or hit sitting on a horse..
ragini: di….jiju is sitting on the horse…..and is coming to take you with him.
Swara:(in mind) first time I will see a donkey sitting on a horse.
She comes to window…and sees them from behind the curtain.
Sumi and other women does aarti of groom….shekhar goes to greet groom’s family and other guests.dida and dado goes to check the preparations for the last time..
Rituals start….and the groom sits in the mandap……ragini brings swara downstairs….
she makes her sit in the mandap…
Suddenly rohit getsup and says he can’t marry swara…
Everyone looks shocked.
Shekhar: this is not the time of joking.
Rohit: I am not joking…. I want to tell you a thing in secret. Please come with me uncle.
In shekhar’s room….
Rohit:I want to ask you something.
Shekhar :is there anything serious beta??
Rohit:okay….let’s not drag it….If you want me to marry your daughter….then you have to give me half of your property.
Shekhar looks shocked.just then swara comes and listens to this.
Swara:(with anger) how dare you rohit?? We already gave you much more than you deserve.
Shekhar :okay….I will give it…
Swara:but papa…
Shekhar :swara beta…Afterall it will be yours one day than why not today….
Rohit:but it will be on my name…
Shekhar :okay….but please don’t embarrass us in front of my guests…
Rohit:okay….let’s go…
Swara: one minute papa…
She drags rohit to the mandap….and she slaps him hard…..
Swara: how dare you rohit…..what you think of yourself??? You think that I will marry you under pressure….but no rohit…..I have tolerated enough….I listened to all your nonsense…just because of my parents…..who r u to break this marriage….I am breaking this marriage now….
Sumi:swara beta no….
Swara:no ma….He doesn’t deserve me….and I don’t want to give you trouble because of this man…(turns to rohit) and you Mr. Saxena…..get lost…just get out from my house and my life.
Rohit’so parents drags him from there and rohit says to swara…
rohit: I will be back Swara…..just wait and watch….
Swara runs to her room….
Scene-2
Sanskar and laksh returns from mall…
Durgaprasad asks them to come to his room….
Durgaprasad : you both will pass your MBA next week…. then you both have to join our company….
Lucky: but papa….We want to enjoy…
Dp : you have enjoyed enough in your college….now its time to work…
PRECAP : swara goes to Delhi….Sanskar goes to kavita and says”I have to talk to you about something .”
