Swaragini FF by Lina (Episode 20)

I feel soooooooooo ashamed. I’m a real traitor. I can’t believe I hadn’t written one word for like months…????? Anyway, I had lots of you telling me to continue and one telling me to end it and come up with another ff so I still have no idea what I’m going to do….

Episode 20:
Scene 1:
The atmosphere of the party was fantastic. Everyone was having a good time. While the two families sat, Swaragini and Sanlak were now alone again, conversating deeply.
Laksh_ Tst tst… Don’t lie Ragini. it’s okay if you don’t know how to dance.
Ragini_ first of all, I do KNOW how to dance and shut up will you?
Swara_ yes ji, we both know how to dance

Sanskar_ pfffttttt, says the chicken…??
Swara_ (glaring) what are you trying to say?! huh? that we can’t dance? well let’s see, how about you boys? do you know how to dance
Ragini_ nuh Swara. These two are anything but dancers. I’m pretty sure a puppy can do better than them.

Laksh_ that’s it! we’re having a contest and whoever wins will do whatever the winner team wants.
Swaragini_ FINE
Swasan left to get ready leaving Raglak alone. Laksh moved closer to Ragini and took her chin, pulling her face closer. Her heartbeats were becoming faster and faster.
Laksh_ Remember that we said Anything. Anything
Ragini pushed him and smirked.

Ragini_ What’s that? you think you’ll win? keep dreaming sweetheart. And carefull with the ANYTHING.
She moved passed him and gave him glare then smiled and winked.
Suddenly the room went quite and Uttara’s vioce was heard through the speakers.
Uttara_ today is a very special day for all of us. It’s the pre-engagement party of Swaragini and Sanlak. But to make this party challenging, our grooms Sanlak challenged their future wives to a dance contest. And all the people are going to be the voters. And as a gift, we’re going to give the winner a statue representing Our God Krishna
Whispers of excitement filled the room.

Uttara_ starting now with Sanlak on the one and only song: Desi Boys.
Applause filled the room once more and the light went of. Music started and light went back on automatically showing Sanlak and some back up dancers.

The boys paused and the song finished. Swaragini were dumbfounded by the end. They never expected to see how good they are at dancing. They still had hope to win, but they knew Sanlak were a hard component.
Uttara_ Wow!!! that was a great show. Now for our last show, we have Swara and Ragini. Let’s hear a loud applause for them.
They got ready and went to the dancefloor. Moments of silent and the music was on. Only this time it was Swaragini’s turn.

All the time till the end of the song Laksh couldn’t take his eyes off Ragini and so seemed Sanskar. They were both looking at them as if they were some kind of angels they’ve never seen. Laksh held his breath. He knew they were better and they knew they didn’t have a big chance.
Uttara_ Wow! No comments. It was Beyond amazing ???. Now it’s time we see who’s the winner . Inside this envelope are written how many votes are for each. Let’s see.

Applause were once more heard and both girls felt proud. They couldn’t hide their smiles. After taking the award, they moved towards Sanlak and said at the same time.

They giggled and passed them, leaving them both surprised and smiling goofily.
