Part 72:

It was Saturday afternoon and the couples had gotten ready for the party.
Karan came out and the bathroom.
Naina looked and gave him a thumbs up.
Karan: I like this guy, only because he gets you at the end.
Naina laughed: They always do.
Naina was all dressed and was finishing up her hair.
Karan: Come on princess.

He held his hand out which Naina held onto.
They walked and and headed to the stairs where they saw Kunal and Meghna.
Kunal: You guys look amazing.
Meghna: Yeah, Naina you look stunning and Karan you look dashing.
Naina: Thanks Di.
Karan: Thanks Bhabi, you really do like a beauty.
Meghna: Thank you Karan.
Kunal smiled: My beauty.

Naina: Jeeju looks very handsome.
Karan: You don’t even need a beast mask because you look like one anyway.
Meghan laughed
Naina: Karan, at least he’s not dressed up as a guy who break into castles .
Kunal: Thank you Naina.
Karan: You’re the one who wanted to be Rapunzel, I had to be Flyn.
Nainna: I wanted to and had to be Rapunzel because of the hair.
Sh says while flipping back.

Kunal: You did a great job with the hair Naina.
Meghna: Yes, we’re all looking amazing. Now let’s go.
Naina: We need our masks.
Meghna: Here, I saved them from last time.

She passed them a mask.
Karan: Yeah Bhai, cover that ugly face.
Kunal: Verh funny (!) Let’s get this show on the road guys.
The went downstairs and everyone bid them farewell, only Arjun knew where they were going everyone else just thought it was some other party.

Kunal drove to Arohis house and saw guest had started coming.
Karan: Looks like a lot of people.
Naina: That’s good for us then.
The four of them got out of the car and walked to the house. They gave their invitation card to the person at the front door and walked into the house. They saw more and more people make their way in.
Karan: A little too crowded.
Naina: We need to find Arohi.
They looked around and Meghan found Arohi who was dressed as Cinderellla.
Meghna: There’s the Princess.
She pointed at Arohi.

They smiled at her and then walked to her.
Kunal&Meghna&Karan&Naina: Happy birthday Arohi.
Arohi had to think who it was for a second and then guessed: Hi guys, I’m glad you could make it.
Kunal passed her two bags: This one is from us 4 and the other one is from lover boy.
Arohi: Thank you.
Naina: Arohi, where is your dad?

Arohi: He was greeting the guests last I saw.
Karan: We need to go and do what we came to do.
Arohi: Sure, you know where to go.
Meghna: Yep, upstairs the second to laat room on the left.
Just then Akshay got on stage.
Akshay: I want to thank everyone who attended tonight. It’s mY one and only daughters 16th birthday, my princess join me on stage.
Arohi went to her father and everyone clapped.
Kunal: What we do?

Naina: Well he has the audience’s attention.
Karan: Yeah, but we need to make sure he doesn’t have an eye on us.
Meghna smiled: How about a performance?
Kunal: Oh yeah, I want to dance.
Meghna: Not you and me.
Naina: Me and Karan?
Karan: Bhabi, your plans are great but I really don’t worry to dance.
Naina: Why not?
Karan: I don’t feel like it.
Naina: Please!

She made her puppy eyes.
Karan: Fine.
Naina smiled.
Kunal: So what do we do?
Meghna: You and I will fix the camera while they dance.
Naina: Dance to what though?
Kunal: We’ll go to the DJ and tell him to play something.
Kunal an Meghna went to the DJ and told him to play a song, they instructed the light coordinator to hit the lights onto Naina and Karan who were the entertainers of the night.
The lights drew to Naina and Karan and so did everyone else’s attention.
Naina and Karan exchanged looks.
Karan: We’re tonight’s entertainers!

Naina: This is for the Birthday girl!
Akshay was confused but saw Arohi very excited and let it slide.
The music played: Cheez Badi from the Film Machine ( I told you I’ll put it in somehow! )
Karan and Naina started dancing.
Karan: They chose a really good song.
Naina: They really did.

Karan: This sing sums you up.
Naina smiled as she and her husband were dancing away.
Kunal and Meghna made sure everyone was looking at the couple dance and then they left to go upstairs.
They walked into the room and looked for the old camera, it was broken. Kunal put the broken one in his pocket and got the new camera out, he placed it onto the desk. Meghna was taking a look at the room.
Meghna: Kunal.

Kunal looked over to where Meghna was, she was standing in shock.
Kunal: What’s wrong?
Kunal walked to her and looked down at what she was looking at.
It was bail papers for Trishna Gupta.
Meghna: He’s going to get her out?
Kunal: I don’t know, it looks like that.
Meghna: Kunal, after all she’s done.

Kunal: Meghna, listen, we don’t know what’s going on.
Akshay: Maybe it’s time you do.
Kunal and Meghna looked up at the door where Akshay was standing…..
