Vasudev Krishna gives start of episode moral gyaan. Drona fumes when Duryodhan announches Karn as his army chief and walks out with Ashwathama. Kansh says Duryodhan that he did wrong and Drona is very much needed for them. Karn also says that Drona is great warrior and needed for them to win war. He knows how to bring him back.
Ashwathama tells Drona that he will go to Pandavs and sacrifice his life right now, but will never stop helping Duryodhan.
Gandhari waits for Dhritarastra. Dhritarastra enters and cries that he cannot see his people dying and asks if a mother cannot feel when her son is in distress. She says yes and starts crying with him and consoling him.
Karn brings Ashwathama’s dead body at night to Kaurav’s base camp and calls Drona out. Drona shatters seeing his son’s dead body and asks who did it. Karn says Pandavs. Drona asks him to wage war against Pandavs. Karn asks to reply if he did not want to be with Kauravs fearing Ashwathama’s life. Drona says yes but now he is ready to fight and destroy Pandavs. Ashwathama wakes up. Drona says they cheated him. Karn continues confronting Drona. Drona apologizes for his mistake and agrees to fight on Kauravs behalf.
Krishna comes to Arjun’s tent and after a bit of moral gyaan asks him to get ready to fight with Karn tomorrow.
