Recently, Jamai Raja got a second season as Jamai Raja 2.0 which streamed on OTT platform ZEE5. Following the same, Qubool Hai 2.0 is all going to stream on ZEE5
The leads of the show Surbhi Jyoti and Karan Singh Grover who played the role of Zoya Farooqui, a modern girl and Asad Ahmed Khan, an orthodox. They sizzling onscreen chemistry is loved by the audience. To their happiness, they confirmed that Surbhi and Karan are uniting again for Season 2
All we heard is, the sequel show is going to be limited that is of almost 12-13 episodes. And Gul Khan is not going to produce or direct the sequel. Regarding this Gul said, “The digital platform had approached us for this big. Unfortunately we could not find a common ground regarding this,”
Though this time the show will have a fresh love story between the two, we hear that the producer is planing to retain some old cast along with Karan and Surbhi.
Shalini Kapoor, who played Dilshad Ahmed Khan in the show, will also be seen in the series.
A source close to the project informed us, “Shalini Kapoor will once again play mother of Asad (Karan Singh Grover) in the show. The storyline will be completely different from season 1 and she will once again play an important role in Asad and Zoya’s chemistry. Shalini will soon start shooting for show.”
She was last seen in Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum.
