It’s the birthday of Ishqbaaaz’s khidkitod Annika. She has ruled the hearts of her fans with her portrayal of Annika alongside Nakkul Mehta as Shivaay Singh Oberoi in Star Plus’ popular daily soap Ishqbaaaz. The series however came to an abrupt end last year and after keeping her fans waiting for a long, Surbhi Chandna is back as Dr. Ishani in Sanjivani 2.
Today the gorgeous actress turned 30 and she rang in her birthday with all the noise she could make. Her co-stars from Ishqbaaaz Shrenu Parikh, Mansi Srivastava, Mreenal Deshraj, Nehalaxmi Iyer and other friends of Surbhi got together with a red velvet cake and rang in the actress’ special day.
They decorated Surbhi’s living room with countless balloons and Surbhi just couldn’t stop dancing in the videos her gang shared on the internet. It was a surprise for her and her reaction to her surprise Bday party is priceless. As they all sang Happy Birthday to her, she started to swoon along and it soon became the crazy Annika style dance. She even went to Lal Baugh to visit the Ganpati puja on the occasion of her Bday.
They even had a cake cutting ceremony on the set of Sanjivani 2.
In a statement to Toi, Surbhi talked about her birthday gifts and the love she is getting. She said,“I have been getting many gifts from my family and friends. But ever since Ishqbaaz happened, gifts have become more memorable. I have been receiving maddening love from fans and they keep sending me something or the other. My fans have an army called SCians and they sent me flowers of different colours everyday. It is so special. Not just them, all my fans have made it very special for me.”
