Despite her outspoken nature, Touqeer has often faced unwarranted criticism from trolls, prompting her father, Touqeer Hasan Khan, to take a stand.
In a recent social media post, Touqeer’s father announced legal action against individuals who circulated defamatory posts targeting him and his family. Accompanied by photocopies of the legal case, his tweet emphasized, “Any/ all the defamatory posts published or circulated against myself and our family will be dealt with strictly and in accordance with the law. Cases are registered, and notice is on its way. Truth always prevails with patience & belief.”
Touqeer’s father, who made appearances in a few episodes of Bigg Boss 16 to support his daughter, has endured the brunt of online criticism in silence. However, recent events have compelled him to take decisive action against the perpetrators.
The situation escalated further when actor Fahmaan Khan hinted at Touqeer’s father’s alleged interference in his friendship with Sumbul, leading to a rift between them.
