The episode starts with Suman claiming to have strong proof against Debika in court, but Bhoomi denying possessing any call recordings as evidence. Shocked, Suman requests ten minutes from the judge and confronts Bhoomi privately, questioning how she could lose such crucial proof. Suman also criticizes Bhoomi’s abilities as a lawyer. However, Bhoomi insists that she wants to start fresh without Rishi, believing it would be best for everyone. She refuses custody, stating that Rishi is her and Akhil’s child, but she no longer wants to be burdened by past mistakes.
Bhoomi recalls how her one misstep drastically changed her life. She remembers Suman stopping her from aborting the child, as Akhil had refused to take responsibility. Due to medical complications, she was unable to proceed with the abortion, and Suman stepped in to care for Rishi. At the time, Suman was young and unwilling to sacrifice her future for a single mistake, but she took responsibility so Bhoomi’s career wouldn’t be affected.
Suman is stunned by Bhoomi’s sudden change of heart and questions her strange behavior. It is revealed that Bikram manipulated Bhoomi, convincing her that Rishi was the reason Suman never had a successful life. He persuades Bhoomi to deliberately lose the case so that Teerth can gain custody of Rishi, allowing Suman to move forward. Bikram exploits Bhoomi’s hidden feelings for him, using them to ensure she throws the case.
The sisters argue bitterly over the matter, with Bhoomi warning Suman to back out or she will reveal the truth about Rishi’s real parents. Before their dispute escalates further, Akhil arrives and calls them back to the courtroom. The judge asks for the final time if Suman can present proof against Debika, but since she fails to do so, the judge grants Rishi’s custody to Teerth.
Heartbroken, Rishi clings to Suman and refuses to leave, but Teerth takes him away. Devastated, Rishi locks himself in a room, crying for his mother, while Suman is left in unbearable pain after losing her child.
