The episode starts with Teerth, frustrated by what he just witnessed, feeling deceived, believing everything he saw and felt until now was a lie. He questions how Suman could ally with the very man responsible for her brother’s death, accusing her of being blinded by hatred and losing her sense of right and wrong. In reality, Suman gives Gulshan money to reveal the truth in court, making it clear that while she will seek revenge against him one day, for now, he must leave. Gulshan, surprised by the amount, promises to support her from now on. However, Teerth misinterprets the exchange, believing Suman is paying Gulshan to turn against him.
After Gulshan leaves, Suman confides in Vikram, acknowledging the need to teach Devika a lesson but unwilling to cause Teerth more pain. She decides to drop the case, wanting to give him time with Rishi. Vikram remains silent but visibly annoyed. Determined to keep Rishi away from Suman, Teerth resolves to fight for full custody, convinced she is unfit to raise him. Overhearing Teerth and Akhil’s conversation, Devika smirks, sensing an opportunity.
Meanwhile, Isha assures Vikram that her decision has nothing to do with feelings for Teerth. Vikram reassures Suman that he trusts her completely. Suman then decides to inform Teerth that she no longer wants to continue the battle. However, when she meets him, he hands her legal documents stating his intent to fight for Rishi’s custody. Furious, Suman declares that if Teerth’s ego outweighs Rishi’s happiness, she is ready for battle. Vikram vows that Teerth won’t even get to see Rishi, and Suman, agreeing, insists on punishing Devika first before confronting Teerth.
Back home, Teerth instructs his lawyer to win Rishi’s custody at any cost. Meanwhile, Vikram warns Devika that Suman is coming after her first and advises her to be prepared. Suman entrusts her case entirely to Bhoomi, determined to secure victory.
The next morning, as Suman and Bhoomi prepare for the court hearing, they realize Rishi is missing. They find him hiding behind a curtain, crying. Rishi, torn between his parents, pleads for them to stop fighting, saying he wants to be with both. Suman, heartbroken, tells him that Teerth only wants custody for himself, but she can’t live without Rishi, nor can he without her. She comforts him and asks for his support in winning the case so they can stay together.
