Hema calls her daughter Suman, informing her about Teerth’s critical condition. Shocked and devastated, Suman rushes to the hospital. Meanwhile, Devika urges Chandrakant to take action against Suman, and in his distress, Chandrakant decides to end her life.
In the hospital cabin, Teerth struggles to breathe as doctors fight to save him. Elsewhere, Suman runs through the streets, haunted by memories of her husband. At the same time, Akhil interrogates Vikram for entering the operation theatre unauthorized. He discovers that Vikram attempted to kill Teerth during surgery, leaving Vikram terrified that Suman will hate him if she finds out.
As Suman nears the hospital, Chandrakant tries to run her over with his car, but she narrowly escapes. She recognizes him but refuses to stop, determined to reach Teerth. Upon entering the cabin, she desperately tries to wake her husband, but he remains unresponsive. Moments later, his breathing stops entirely. The doctor declares Teerth dead, shocking Geetanjali Devi and the rest of the family. Suman and Teerth’s mother plead with the doctor for another attempt, refusing to accept the loss.
Suddenly, Teerth’s heart rate revives. The doctor orders everyone to leave as they restart treatment. Geetanjali Devi attributes this miracle to Suman’s devotion in offering prayers to Gangaur Devi. Meanwhile, Vikram confesses to Devika that he tried to kill Teerth during surgery. Furious, Devika scolds him for acting without her approval.
Later, the doctor announces that Teerth is now stable, crediting Suman’s unwavering faith. However, Chandrakant refuses to acknowledge this and slaps Suman, only for her to push him back. Akhil then exposes Vikram’s attempt on Teerth’s life, but Vikram denies everything. When questioned, Rishi and Reva surprisingly support Vikram, having been silenced beforehand.
Feeling betrayed, Suman misunderstands Akhil, while Chandrakant rages at her for accusing his son. Suman tries to expose Chandrakant, but Akhil and Geetanjali Devi refuse to believe her. Just then, Chandrakant pretends to fall sick, and the doctor confirms that he has suffered a heart attack.
The episode ends.
